In reading other reviews, I was a little skeptical about calling them but I know that sometimes damaged siding or issues with certain types of Windows or cracked chimneys can cause roof leaks so I didn't pay much mind to those reviews and went with the coupon in the mail. Half of my moms roof is about 7 years old and the other half was way overdue for replacement. The guy explained two options, one to replace the whole thing with the same materials on all 1800 or so square feet or only replace the 700 square feet that needed it now with a different material than what was on the other 1100 from 7 years ago. Right off the bat we liked how they were honest and didn't tell her she needed to do everything all at once, even though that's what they did. The warranty they offer is great and gave us the info on the roof material manufacturer warranty as well. It took about a little less than two days (normal, considering shorter days in the fall & winter) and instead of telling us to buy new gutters they just cleaned what we had up at no charge. Will use them again when/if the need arises.
