Wow! This is definitely one of my favorite go to Mexican restaurants now. Thank you so much for opening it in our area. Of course the drinks are excellent and once you order the food is usually there within 10 minutes. I have not had a bad meal there yet nor has anyone I've gone with. I would highly recommend this Mexican restaurant to anyone. The wait staff is phenomenal and so are the owners. read more

Really nice Mexican restaurant! All four of us ordered tried the flight of margaritas which were so colorful and delicious! They all came with a fruit slice which added to the aesthetic. The complementary chips were served warm with salsa. We ordered a side of guac for the chips as well - definitely recommend! I tried the Andale bowl which was a nice size and yummy but a bit expensive at $20. The other ladies at my table were all happy with their entrees as well - the el pastor quesadilla getting the highest praise. We finished things off with the fried ice cream which was also delicious. Servers were very friendly and the perfect amount of attentive. We didn't wait long for our food or drinks on a Friday night. read more

Food was great! However service was a little minuscule My drink went empty for 10 min without the waitress coming to ask me for a refill... I also always tip weather or not the service is to my standards because I understand it's how they make their money but as the card reader was handed back to me the waitress had already clicked a $15 tip!!!! Very unprofessional and there was no way for me to change the tip amount. read more

Awful. Received wrong drink order. Then we got the wrong food. No offer to fix it - then they charged us for another drink I never received. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. read more

Offering pub style atmosphere, featuring an updated decorating theme of elaborate painted Mexican skulls. Looks really well done and cool! Food was delicious, hot, and came out pretty quick, although it was later in the evening and the place was emptying out. Fun bar area, lots of t.v.s for watching games. A couple of us ordered fajitas, that came out on two platters, and then foil wrapped soft taco shells separate. Tortilla chips and salsa came out after we were seated, and then replenished before our food came out. Fun place to bring school age kids to try something different. Friendly wait staff, and festive atmosphere. I enjoy coming here. read more

Definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants in Buffalo!! The chips and salsa were free, delicious, and refilled without having to awkwardly ask. I got the la bandera enchiladas and they were perfect! So flavorful and I loved the variety of 3 fillings and 3 sauces so it was a dish with a lot of dimension. The portion sizes are huge here; it may seem a little pricier than some Mexican restaurants but honestly most people could split a meal here or have a lot of leftovers, this is especially true with the combination platter. My mom ordered this and we just kept laughing cuz it came out on 3 different plates and we couldn't believe it was all for one meal. My husband got the Santa Fe burrito which was also huge and super flavorful. Honestly all the food was amazing but we all agreed my dad ordered the stand out of the night, the steak fundido. They asked how my dad wanted it cooked and he replied medium and a perfect medium it was, it was also super tender and juicy. It came out on a sizzling skillet with carmelized onions, mushrooms, cheese sauce, and chorizo. My husband and I are already saying how we need to go back and split that dish cuz it was other-worldly amazing. It is like $20 but honestly that's a pretty good deal for a delicious and filling steak now a days. The best part of our night was our sweet and attentive server Mackenzie. She anticipated our every need even before we needed it (I know this skill takes a lot of practice and she'd had it all down!) all while while being funny, friendly, and just all around a great waitress. The last thing I'll mention is just the general atmosphere is very clean and cozy. I loved the beautiful dia de los muertos art and the festive uniforms of the servers. I also noticed how genuine they were when they went over to sing for people's birthdays which I'm sure makes people's day. Really can't say enough good things about our experience. Our only down was having to wait 40 minutes but it was a Friday night so to be expected, I think think we'd all happily do it again for such a nice experience. read more

Andale is a great addition to the Lancaster/Depew area, which really had no sit-down Mexican restaurants of note, until now. The service was very friendly, attentive and quick. Our dinner came out super fast. In fact, we were seated, had our orders taken, and had our drinks and food delivered faster than if we had gone to the drive-thru at Mighty Taco across the street. And of course, the food was far better. My wife had a burrito and I ordered enchiladas, one each of chicken, ground beef and cheese. The chicken was the best of the three, in my opinion. We'll be back. read more

Food was really good- let's start with that. We had the tableside guacamole which was delicious. The server was super friendly and really sweet. The only qualm was that it was a little overpriced. $22 for 4 tacos is a little steep and an average of $20+ for entrees was a little high for what you got. The atmosphere was great, the food was really good and the service was good but it was a little overpriced. No liquor license yet- read more

Andale - Guac - Mexican Near Me - Depew, New York

Super crowded, so obviously they are doing well. It really wasn't for me. The flavor of the meat was spicy but not a lot of taste. They forgot some parts of our order. If I am going for mexican, I would go to taqueria Los Mayas on Genesee and Transit read more

The food was ok, the service was inconsistent and the waitress was kind of rude. My boyfriend and I both ended up with food poisoning... take the extra time and drive to Aguacates Mexican Bar & Grill they're way better. read more

Ordered food from this place on Cinco de Mayo online for a pickup. I walked up and spoke with Security who was working the door, mentioned I was there for a pickup and they pointed me at the general queue... Waited for about 10 minutes before I decided to just walk in and speak with a hostess. I spoke with the young lady working the counter, mentioned my name and my order, she looked at a digital handheld then mentioned nothing. Walked away for a bit, so I spoke with someone else, who treated me exactly the same. I figured since they were busy I would be a bit lenient, but it definitely wasn't the greatest customer service. After waiting for 45 minutes in their crowded lobby, I asked for a third time what the status of my order was. The hostess had mentioned that all online orders were cancelled and that she could refund me if I wanted it... I used to order takeout from this place all the time but after the way I was treated I will never be ordering here again, and encourage more to do the same. Go to Don Juan in West Seneca instead- better food and better service read more

Wondering what happened here. When they first opened the food was incredible every time we went. The last 2-3 times we have been there the food has been very bland. My wife noticed the salsa had an aftertaste but I know some places add too much cilantro but I could not see any in there. Our last visit was this past Saturday and I had to use a lot of Cholula sauce to give the food some flavor. I had the combination and only ate the ground beef taco and chicken enchilada. Even the rice and beans were very blah. I am sorry, next time we decide to go out for Mexican food, we will be heading to the competitor. No wonder the placed seemed dead on a Saturday night right at the dinner hour. read more

Food is delicious. Big portions. The margaritas are gigantic and delicious. Service is spot on. The restaurant is kept very clean.

What a great place! The food is AMAZING and the staff are so friendly! I'll definitely be back!

Ordered take-out and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Chimichanga and it was one the most tasteless meals I have ever had. No spice and very bland. I ordered the fried chime and there was zero crunch to the tortilla. The refried beans were also very bland. My daughter ordered the enchilladas with red sauce and could not even eat them because they were so drenched in the sauce and she said they still were very tasteless. Both of us were not searching for spicy but we do want some flavor to our meals. We will not be back. read more

Need to try again, so expensive. Mexican food is usually inexpensive. This place is robbery.

Unfortunately, we are very disappointing. We went into the restaurant today supposedly under new management and new deals they change their menu my favorite three tacos deal is gone and the service was slow read more

The best Mexican restaurant in Western New York. My husband and I have been to Andale numerous times since opening. The staff, service, environment, and food are consistently wonderful. What truly made me write this review is that at the end of our meal, the staff unexpectedly celebrated my mother's birthday with song and dessert. They even placed a sombrero on top of her head. You could see the genuine excitement from the staff, which made it even more enjoyable for my mother and family. Thank Andale!! read more

Overpriced, not authentic, and food is not the quality of what you are paying for lol

The service was very friendly. The staff did their absolute best. The food was...unseasoned. The sauce on the enchiladas was like canned tomatoes. I got salmon with vegetables, and it was all nicely grilled, but I'm not sure that it was even salted. The skinny margarita was good. It's possible we came on a busy night and caught the kitchen unprepared for a big party. Some of our party comes here frequently and really likes it. It's probably worth a shot. But if you're used to great Mexican food...maybe wait until you're south of Oklahoma. read more

Food was good. Service was subpar. They got rid of the 5$ margaritas after 8 pm despite 2 weeks ago their bartender told us otherwise. We ordered take out and we were charged "take out fees" of 3.75% by the restaurant. We get home to find out they forgot to give us some items and prepared a meal wrong. Upon going back, the owner stated that it wasn't his fault nor my fault for the mistake but the kitchen staffs fault. He promised my wife a refund over the phone which he didn't offer in person, and stated he's sorry for me having to drive back. Despite the food being good, the service seems to have gone down and for rhe food to already be pricey to be taxed another 3.75% for take out is unheard of. I doubt we will come back here again as there's another Mexican restaurant, Taqueria Los mayas which is a bit better quality and we have had some better service experiences. read more

I have been to their location in East Amherst before for lunch and was excited to try this location since it was closer. We went on a Sunday around 6:00. Its located in a old Pizza Hut and just doesn't have the same look or feel as their other location. It was loud and our server was just so so. The food seemed like it had been sitting around for a while and reheated as it was ordered We had a nice sampling of menu items. Burritos, enchiladas, tostadas, and tacos. The refried beans were pretty much tasteless and the rice was mushy. The reason for the 2 stars is because the salsa and chips were pretty good. I won't be going back to this location again. Should I be near their other location I may try it again. * If you want a margherita make sure you check the drink menu. They have 3 different sizes and the medium one we ordered was $16!! We were not given the option of the size. That was our mistake for not checking. read more

First time here and it won't be the last !! Absolutely fantastic. Everything was fresh, tasty, and amazing. The chorizo & queso French fries are to die for !! 5 stars isn't enough. read more

If I could give it no stars , I would. Piece of thin steak, undercooked, greasy, chewy & no knife to cut but butter knife. No seasoning. Onions undercooked ., ONLY 2 soft tortills wrapped in tin foil. Refried beans - NO taste. Definitely " OVERPRICED ". read more

Stop in this location to try it out. Went in a Saturday night and the wait was only 5 minutes. Service was very slow but understood due to the pandemic. Many places are still struggling to find good help. Food was very good. Especially the guacamole. Guacamole was very fresh. Chips and salsa were served at the table. The salsa was a bit hot for me but not the others. Chips are in the thicker side. Will definitely go back and try other dishes. Definitely worth checking out if your in the area. read more

I I simply loved everything about this restaurant ! We were greeted amiably at the door and chose to sit at the bar. This Mexican Restaurant is a gem! The atmosphere is so very friendly and inviting and the food representation is as gorgeous as it is delicious. The bartender was very willing to interpret and explain any questions we had about the menu. We ordered a Merlo and a frozen (out of this world ) strawberry margarita to start which went well with our house tortillas and salsa (yummy). Finally we both decided to order the combination of chicken and al pastor street tacos that was served with a medium spicy sauce, and side orders of cotija cheese and enchilada sauce. If you like Mexican food, I recommend you try Andale! read more

We went fir lunch at 1130. Our waitress was fantastic and very attentive. Food was fast and very tasty

Great food and friendly service. The menu has lots to choose from and it's reasonably priced.

Live around the block and have seen them getting it ready for a couple months now. Super excited to try it and wasn't disappointed. Waitress was extremely nice and friendly. The menu was huge and had so many things to pick from. Food was hot, came out quick, and delicious. There was a buser (I think I overheard her say her name was Margarita?) she was busting her butt to clear tables and get them cleaned up. Love to see people working that hard, she looked happy to be there. We will be back!!! read more

I love Mexican food , but I hate nock off American Mexican food . This place is somewhere in between. I am from Mexico and I know real Mexican food . Andale has a better attempt than other places . Atmosphere is decent , the salsa isn't good . Tostitos salsa would be much better . Tacos are decent if you guzzle down a whole bottle of Malta Goya ! I will go back only to flirt with the sexy bartender and to get her to wear my sombrero . Words of advice ..... get rid of those awful chicken wings , bring more of Mexico to the menu . Don't fall victim to Taco Bell or mighty taco . However you guys have the best glass of water this side of the Mississippi! Andel andel mama E I Ei oh oh read more

Food was good and all however our server completely wrecked us on the bill. Changed around what we ordered without our knowledge of the extra charge and even "re-directed" my girlfriend to another part of the menu that was a more expensive order than what she was asking for. I ordered a $14 margarita, which our server asked if wanted flavor in. I said "yes" not knowing that I was ordering a completely different margarita that was an extra $5. I'm truly upset with my experience there, I will not be going back and am recommending to others that they not go there as well. read more

This was for a bit our favorite Mexican spot for dinners and business lunches however we won't be coming back. Last time my wife and mother went they ordered classic margaritas but when they got the bills they were confused as to why all of a sudden they were charged for the most expensive margarita offered. Nonetheless they paid and moved on. Tonight we came for dinner but this time my wife's dinner actually had quarter of a bouillon package baked into it. We waited for a waiter to come by and what appeared to be the manager came and asked what was wrong. He then followed up with a "would you like something different?" I felt like the answer to this was common sense. Much to my surprise my wife decided to just have them remake it, even after biting into garbage. Anyways we ate and got the bill. No apologies were offered and no discount was given. $100 meal that included trash in our food pretty much solidifies that we nor our referrals will be back. Don't waste the money on the guacamole either as it had no flavor. Service has gone done since opening another location and as unfortunate as it is we will be finding a new weekly spot. read more

Hello to anyone interested in the absolute best mexican food ever!!! Oh my goodness have we found a FIVE-Star gem here! My husband and I stumbled upon this amazing place about a month ago after a local job we were doing, and have been regulars since then. We certainly were not expecting this to be our "go-to", but it has become just that. The food is so phenomenal you'll definitely be back, too. Everything is so fresh and authentic, it's unreal. The staff is kind, courteous, competent, and just down right wonderful. Ask for Anna as your waitress when you're there and you will not be disappointed-this wonderful lady is straight from Mexico and delivers the best service there is! Talk about authenticity-The chorizo is homemade from a very talented lady right from her homeland of mexico and it is the very best I've ever had, and I've tasted many. Everything is honestly " Made with Love". Also, the guacamole is the freshest, and best we've ever had, along with the fajitas, tacos, and sides ( rice and beans). We've sampled many mexican style rice and bean locally over the last few years and honestly, most are bland and under seasoned. But...let me tell you my husband is so ridiculously picky with flavors and seasonings, even he says it's prepared perfectly! Also, the place is kept immaculately, and you can tell the owner holds his staff to a very high standard. But, the component that really keeps us coming back is the consistency-it is so very rare to find such wonderful consistency in quality! We have even ordered random things off the menu to see how good they were and we have sincerely never been disappointed! So, if you're in the mood for a flavorful meal with the best quality, service and atmosphere, get in here! And whomever is reading this, you have youself a beautiful day!! :) read more
