Hot dog kiddie meal (opted for no bun)
    Jennifer H.

Went during their soft opening. New eatery at Wilkeson Point. Need to correct some menu items but very happy it's tacos and nachos and not burgers and hotdogs! Lots of seating. Got the chicken house tacos and mahi mahi tacos (fish is fried, not grilled as the current menu indicates, but the cashier advised me of that upon order which I was grateful she did - superb customer service). Both were solid choices. The nachos were top notch; got them with steak. Pork belly is also a protein option. I really enjoy that they use a pineapple salsa, delish! Got the hot dog kiddie meal for our dogs. But that was a bit unreasonable at $10 for a hot dog and a few fries. Everything is pricy nowadays so be prepared to spend a little bit. Got the homemade lemonade, 32oz for $10 which seems to be the going rate. No alcohol yet but I'm sure there will be options once they get their liquor license. Recommend a visit! Wilkeson Pointe is a relaxing spot that not many people know about or go to. Dogs are very much welcome!!

This is a new restaurant on the outer harbor and is recently opened so I expect it will improve as they learn. The facility looks clean and tidy with a great view but no inside seating. The dishes have fun creative names and the portion sizes are decent and the ingredients seemed fresh. My burrito was screaming for some salsa and it's one thing I didn't see on any of the dishes. Plenty of queso and guacamole but no salsa. They use a counter ordering and pickup system and there seemed to be still growing around this since they prepared and called out the same order number twice. They are still waiting for their liquor license so no alcohol yet. It's a great place to take a walk or bike before or after your meal.

The man working at the register is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and the service here is absolutely fantastic. We ordered a handful of tacos including vegetation, chorizo, carnitas, birria and two others I can't remember. Since it was our first time here I also wanted to try some of the sides to compare to my favorite Mexican spots and we ended up with chips, queso, beans, and chocolate tres leches cake. The toppings bar is absolutely the best in Western, NY with anything that you can imagine (except for radish slices). Our food was ready in just a few short minutes and all was to our liking. My husband felt that the birria was a little bland and I thought the beans were a little too soupy, but considering the spread we ordered and the excellent service that can be forgiven. Great spot if you're willing to make the drive.

My husband and I love sitting at the bar and watching the show of endless birthday singing, and patron sparklers with music. There is always music. You can't be in Margaritas and not smile at least once. The spirit in there is infectious. On this particular date, we got to catch some of the Sabres game, which was a treat and celebrate St. Patrick's weekend drinking margaritas. I got a flight, as always. I'm usually not a frozen marg girl, but when at Margaritas...plus on one flavor you always get a mini rubber duck and they are adorable and you can take it home with you. I like adding it to my collection in my Jeep. The standout marg was the watermelon. It wasn't too sweet. Prickly pear and dragon fruit were a little too sweet for me. Because I was hungry, but not hungry enough, I went with two side orders. I got a tostada and a taco. They were fine. My husband got a burrito and finished his meal. If you like a little excitement and party in your life, I highly recommend this place. Employees are friendly.

I came here with some family who were visiting from out of town. We wanted somewhere that everyone could eat at since we have omnis, GFs, and vegans. Love that there were options for everyone. However, my partner and I ordered the guacamole azteca which came out with cheese clearly on it and mixed in. I asked the server immediately if it was cheese and he said no, they would never put cheese in it. I had my doubts but thought perhaps it could be finely minced garlic. So we started eating. About halfway through we hit a pocket of unmixed cheese and I stopped eating. Asked the server a second time who denied it was cheese. He claims he also asked in the kitchen and they assured him it wasn't cheese. Well, it was- I got sick that night. My vegan dinner was small- no rice or beans. Just two sad little enchiladas with very little filling. There was a pile of iceburg lettuce next to them with a small scoop of pico. But all in all, the meal is NOT worth the price. The vegan options were the same price or more than the meat options, but came out with half the food on the plate. I felt this meal deserved only 1 star, but the fact that there were vegan options on the menu bumped it up to 2 stars. I will not be going back, I would much rather eat elsewhere in a more quiet atmosphere where the servers and kitchen staff KNOW what they put dairy in.

It's a Mexican-Breakfast fusion that works in all the right ways. From the Chicken and Churros to the Tres Leches Pancakes and Breakfast Entrees, this place is a pleasant surprise. Pancakes were really good but still definitely needed syrup, of which they had none. I ended up putting powdered sugar in my cream to make a bit of a glaze. So stash some syrup in bag if you're a pancaker. According to my guests the chicken and churros were great. The steak was two HUGE pieces. The rice was perfectly cooked. The refried beans, salad and potatoes were very flavorful. The tacos were great and very filling. We all left with doggy bags. Easily one of the best Brunch options in the Buffalo area with delicious non-alcoholic options beyond just pop. Ambiance is fabulous. Plenty of space for any size group. We got the south of the border lunch and the steak fajitas. Those plates came out heaping with some of the best food we've had in some time. The chicken was perfect as was the steak. I literally couldn't have been more impressed with the meal. The only negative was the beans. Maybe it was us but we just felt they were too "soupy" but definitely not something that would negate how fantastic this was. Definitely not going to pass this gem again when we're in Hamburg.
