So, gave this restaurant another chance after several years. Service good but only 2 tables occupied! I had chimichangas which were good but quite small. Came with a little salad and beans which were ok. Margaritas seemed a little weak. Prices are definitely more than other Mexican restaurants in the area. Place is really cut, parking is ample but could do better with portions. I will try again in a bit.

Chile Colorado with rice and beans served with two flour tortillas. A little spice but not too much and very delicious

Great food. Very extensive Mexican menu. Cool and welcoming atmosphere. Prompt and courteous service. You will be greeted and seated with delicious homemade salsa and fresh tortilla chips. Quality food and reasonable prices. I'll be back to explore more of their menu.

Never a bad meal at Andale! I had el burra rancheros and my husband had chimichangas. Food was quick. Our server was friendly and very attentive. Love the decor! We were there early for dinner. It wasn't that crowded.

It kills me to update my review like this, but Andale is not what it used to be. I brought a friend here a few months ago (while there was still snow on the ground) and called to make sure they were wheelchair accessible because I honestly couldn't remember. We got all the way there, and the wheelchair accessible sidewalk was covered in snow. To say I was angry is an understatement. I called the next day to let them know and the manager barely spoke English. Fast forward 2 weeks and I stopped in with another friend, and almost slipped while opening the door. I caught myself on the handle, but my bones were feeling it. It took us THREE times to mention something to staff before someone went out there to de-ice. In the meantime we watched a few other people slip in the same spot. I brought another friend there again last night, and the service was terrible. The waiter also didn't speak any English when I was trying to ask questions about the menu. I realize it's a Mexican restaurant, but how do you have employees who speak little to no English? This posed a massive problem when I was trying to tell him that the bacon in the camarones a la momia was raw! A manager (or someone who at least spoke English) came out to investigate. She tried telling me that the bacon wasn't raw, and offered us another one. See picture that doesn't do it much justice. Bacon was slimy and cold, and parts of it were still pink. It was almost like half of it was cooked, and the other half was outside the frying pan. Against my better judgment, I agreed for them to prepare a new one for us. The rest of our meals came out and they were room temp, I felt bad saying anything because I felt like I was already being a hassle, which I wasn't trying to do. Just all around poor service and experience. We waited for the new Camarones a la Momia. We waited, and waited, and waited. At this point we have to get out of there. A manger came out to check up on us and I asked for them to not cook us a new Camarones a la Momia as we were running late for something. Manager insisted, but I told her we didn't want it anymore, and we just wanted the bill. The Camarones a la Momia came out, then our bill followed. We were charged for the appetizer despite us telling them that we didn't want it and the waiter was not helpful. Apologies if this review is all over the place. Just really disappointed with the way how things were handled.

I'm writing this from a food coma... I ordered Andale out for the first time tonight for dinner. I ordered the Birria tacos, it comes with chips, rice and beans. I ordered an extra side of queso. I am literally giving them 5 stars because queso is the best I've ever had. The birria is tender and delicious, it comes with consommé for dipping ( you would be surprised by how many restaurants don't include consommé). Food is excellent, and the restaurant was clean and smelled delicious upon entering. Thank you staff of Andale, you guys are amazing.

Andale has quickly become a staple for my parents, so I was excited to try it for myself! My mom and I opted to get takeout, which can be hit or miss, but the food held up. And it held up well! I decided to get the chicken fajitas and they were 10/10. An ample portion of chicken and veggies, plenty of rice and side veggies. And everything was delicious! We also indulged in an order of chips, queso, and salsa and were pleased with how hot and fresh everything was. I'd love to order here again sometime. My mom is a huge fan of their shrimp tacos, so I know I've got to give them a shot. Don't pass this place up!

The food was incredible. My fried chicken chimichanga was sensational. Perfectly cooked - crunchy exterior, flavorful chicken inside, smothered in queso. My gawd it was amazing. Big gripe, I was still very hungry after polishing off my plate. I had to fill myself up on chips + salsa (which was also great). Not cool when spending over $20 on lunch.

Love the colors:).

I don't remember the last time I had a huge colorful Mexican restaurant plate for lunch. I just want to say, Andale fed us well and we truly enjoyed our visit. We had possibly the best view of the house, too. The colorful wall with beautiful murals and cute blue boots would put anyone in a festive mood. The complimentary chips and salsa were beautifully served. My chicken fajita burrito was full of tender, nicely spiced meat and perfectly crispy vegetables. The little side salad was served in a tortilla shell, how lovely:). The combination of beans and rice had a very pleasant taste as well. It was a late lunch and we were looking for a satisfying meal before going back to work. The service was great and the food came out from the kitchen quickly. We couldn't ask for more.

The chimichangas are very good, definitely one of my favorite things on the menu. The staff was nice and they weren't too busy so it was pretty easy to move around in my wheelchair and walk with my service dog.

I would like to give this 3.5 stars, not 3 and not 4... but anyway, there's some good but mostly avg. about Andale. My wife & I love Mexican food, and there's a spot on Harlem Rd in West Seneca that we frequent at least once per month (usually at least 2x/month), but they are closed Sunday/Monday, so we decided to try Andale b/c we've heard lots of folks raving about it. First, we got chips, salsa--bad start. The chips are out of a bag and have almost no flavor at all. The salsa didn't help matters. It wasn't awful, but nothing to write home about. Next, we ordered Margaritas... they looked awesome, but were on the weak side, IMO and pricey too. I've included the pics of our drinks, and I honestly forgot to take pics of the food. I ordered the chimichanga dinner, they were really good, but small. The queso was avg, but the beef was the best part of the dinner--very tender/moist and just awesome overall. The beans were sub-par, and the little side salad was really great in a tiny shell. I also ordered a quesadilla and chile relleno as well--both were good but not great. My wife ordered a combo meal and said the same thing about the beans, avg.; not awful, not great. Rice was decent. A very generous scoop of sour cream was given as an extra. Service was decent, not bad, not anything to remember. I dunno, I feel like I should give it another chance perhaps---but for what I spent, we had way less leftovers than usual. The easiest fix for them would be to do a better job w/their chips/salsa b/c it's the first thing we see & eat upon arrival. It would not cost much for them to make their own chips (fresh) and put some more flavor into the salsa.

If I could give it 3.5 stars I would but I was pretty disappointed in my experience. It started out…read morewhen we were told a 20-30 minute wait. We finally went inside and were told another 10 mins after waiting almost 45. So all told it was about an hour wait. I get they're busy but they were not honest about the wait time. Then we were sat in the bar area and it was just very loud and rowdy thanks to what we found out was a rehearsal dinner, seriously it went down about 10 octaves after they left. Our server seemed very frazzled. When we first sat down we were given a smaller dinner menu and told the regular menu was only for drinks. Our server explained they are training a new kitchen. So we go to order and our appetizer came before our drinks. We ordered the guac and it was tasty. When we finally got our margaritas they were good. Then they delivered a queso to the table that wasn't ours, but let us keep it anyway. Then dinner arrived. I ordered shrimp tacos- and chicken came. I had to wait while they made me the correct tacos, according to the bill the server had put them in wrong. I also felt $20 for three taco shells with 3-4 shrimp each was a lot. You can not mix and match taco types. The only toppings provided are a very spicy sauce, cilantro, and onion. I ended up putting the queso on them which was good. Just never had tacos with that limited toppings for the price and no toppings bar. We repeatedly asked for more water during the meal and never got any so my friend had to go up to the bar. We ordered a soft serve margarita (the real reason we were here!) for desert to share as the flavor was chocolate and raspberry twist. It was really good! Very rich and definitely a sweet treat type of drink. The server said the flavors aren't usually like that or as thick as ours was. All this to say I honestly feel they are trying to figure some things out right now. The food itself and drinks were very good. I enjoyed the soft serve margarita and would love to try some other flavors that aren't as rich in the future. Would I go back? Yes but not for a few months. The service piece of this place is not it right now. I wouldn't order the tacos again either as I don't feel the value is there. My friend has been here dozens of times and she said it's never like this. So I hope to give them another try!

I'm still trying to figure out what they put in that food because I have never left a Mexican…read morerestaurant feeling quite like that. The food was so ridiculously good that it genuinely put me in a different state of mind. Every bite was flavorful, rich, and satisfying. And the funniest part? I only had one margarita. ONE. I wasn't stumbling around drunk or anything -- I was just sitting there completely overwhelmed by how good everything tasted and suddenly feeling way more flirtatious and sexually charged than any normal person should after dinner. The combination of that margarita, the incredible food, and whatever kind of culinary magic was happening in that kitchen had me leaving the restaurant feeling hot, confident, and extremely ready to make some questionable romantic decisions. Usually I leave a restaurant thinking, "Wow, that was delicious." This time I left thinking, "Wow... I need to go home and figure out what just happened to me." 10/10 food. 10/10 margarita. 100/10 inexplicable horny aftermath. I came hungry and left very satisfied in more ways than one.

The atmosphere was on point with great vibes and music that really set the tone. The service was especially impressive--our server was attentive, efficient, and made sure everything flowed seamlessly without ever feeling rushed. It really elevated the whole experience. The chips and salsa were easily some of the best I've had, and of course I had to try the flan (a personal weakness)--it did not disappoint. Perfect portion, smooth texture, and incredible flavor. Highly recommend and already looking forward to coming back!

It's challenging to compete with the best Mexican restaurant in town, which is actually located…read morevery nearby, but... . Los Mezcales Bar & Grill also has a lot to offer. The menu is extensive and the wait staff was simply ideal. We enjoyed ourselves having a good meal. Whether I was relaxed, I'm not sure :). The early afternoon music selection was great, fun and energetic. Perhaps I ate my food too quickly, but I couldn't help myself. The La Bandera was three enchiladas, one cheese, one ground beef and one shredded chicken, topped with three different sauces. It was good. Maybe if there was more green sauce, it would be even better. The small side of salad with a good amount of avocado was refreshing. From the beginning to the end of our stay, I felt welcomed and invited. I almost took a photo of myself wearing one of the beautiful sombreros placed around the dining room. They looked like new, super colorful and sparkly.

Our waiter got us set up in a reasonable amount of time at a table that was a "little tacky" and by tacky I mean sticky (I did see someone wiping tables post meals). We ordered a couple margaritas because why not enjoy a frosty marg with tacos and the frozen lime one .... Definitely delivered on the booze. The chips and salsa were a big hit with the little yelper, and the salsa was a little runny for my Liking but it was definitely good. We started off with some nachos and this kinda set the tone for the rest of the meal. The queso on this dish was literally like a runny wet texture, most queso tends to be a lot thicker than this and the chicken was a touch bland, those chips had no chance with this queso, they all got a bit soggy in no time. We also had a heavy quantity of tacos ordered. 3 beef and 6 chicken. The beef tacos were pretty bland, as were the chicken tacos (dripping with water). But for $1 tacos I guess it wasn't too bad. I'm just guessing that the chicken is boiled because the amount of moisture was pretty decent. The beans carried the runny theme as well, with the rice being the most non soggy item we came across. Overall though it's $1 tacos, so we can't set the bar too high with them.

Well a few years have passed since Andales opened and finally decided to try it again. I'm happy to…read moresay I am able to give it 5 stars this time! I ordered the Queso Fundido and the Quesabirria Tacos to go. My order was ready on time, packaged nicely, and still warm when I got home. The queso was super good! They do not shy away from the portion, and that includes the chorizo in it. The queso had such a good flavor and was nice and gooey versus watery. They gave enough chips for it as well. The tacos were fantastic and hardy. Me and my son were both impressed with the size of them! I dipped mine in the queso for added deliciousness lol. The tacos also came with a nice portion of rice and beans. I can happily say, the food today versus when it first opened is like night and day and I would gladly eat here again!

The bartender spent the majority of her time talking to her friends. It was a significant amount of time before she even took our order. For a second I thought it could be because it was Taco Tuesday but it was nearly empty! I'm hoping and believing that it wasn't intentional but it felt as such. When it was time to order the bartender was legit not able to answer any of the questions that we had. Everything came out separately. Let's start with the appetizer. I had to ask multiple times to get chips and salsa. When I finally got it I ate it quickly becsuse I was starving and asked for more which I never received! My friend ordered corn and it legit never even came until her entree came out. One person got they steak while the other two of us hadn't gotten our food. Well the next person got their meal and here I am still waiting for my food to come out. Which is a tad bit concerning because. When the bill came out there was a plethora of stuff on it that my friend did not have. Now as far as the food I throughly enjoyed vegan tacos. It was incredibly flsvorfu Misc We didn't get any silverware. The most disturbing thing was when the bartender bit off of a fork to try some food her friends offered her. I believe this is cross contamination. I don't plan to return back here because of alarming lack of awareness.
