I remember when Anatolian Table first opened It's doors about 18+ years ago ..... after trying a few of their dishes I was hooked for life ! I was a regular for a long time ..... long story short, I moved out of the area 10 years ago and just a few weeks ago I had the opportunity to Visit Rocklin after a long time. Of course I had to stop by Anatolian !! Different location but It still maintains that great flavor, nice atmosphere and great service that i always remembered ! You can't go wrong with any of the appetizers or with any of their main dishes !! This is a must try restaurant !

We have had the opportunity to eat here several times and in every instance, we've had a great experience. From the friendly staff, to being served with such flavorful dishes, this is a place we would highly recommend that you experience for yourselves.

The food was really good. It was really warm and the chicken piece was so tender. The service was excellent. We were 3-4 people. The food was served hot. Amazing timing. The place had good seating as well.

I've been wanting to come here for some time. Coming with a group of friends we had a great time, and the food was very good. Turkish/Mediterranean food which I particularly enjoy. I was expecting the ambiance to be a bit more upscale but the casual cafe style was quite pleasant. Plus the staff was incredibly professional, friendly and accommodating. They were most patient in giving us time to decide in amongst our chatter. They also gave us time lines for food preperation with certain selections in case we had time constraints, which we didn't. The menu is very broad and interesting. I was intrigued to see the variety of authentic dishes. I especially like eggplant and there's a wide array of eggplant selections. We started with appetizers of Babaganouch and Feta filled Filo pastry. It came with nicely charred pita bread and it all was excellent. I ordered the Lamb Saute that came with rice and pickled vegetables, onions. Overall, I'd say the entree was just OK. I found it didn't have the rich flavor I hoped for, yet everything was fresh and well prepared. I tasted another entree with a smokey eggplant puree (Sultans Delight) and it was exceptional. Now I know what to get next time! We shared desserts of kunefe and rice pudding. I was quite full at that point so just tried the kunefe which was awesome. The consistency with honey blended together beautifully. So tasty. The surprise was the Yogurt drink which I was most curious over. The server kindly brought me a sample to try as it does take an acquired taste. I liked it and got a full tumbler of it. It's rich, refreshing and not what I expected, almost like a buttermilk. I did enjoy it, but not everyone would. I am overjoyed with the array of ethnic restaurants we have in the area and having a great Turkish one makes it all the better. I will be back!

I have been going to the Anatolian table ever since 2006ish and it has always been amazing! There is not a bad dish on the menu, everything is good. The entire staff is so knowledgeable on the food and everyone is so kind. We're from out of town and this is always a stop whenever we come up to Roseville!

We had a great meal to celebrate my friend's birthday! We made a reservation for a Friday night, and were greeted with the most inviting smells as soon as we walked in. We also really enjoyed the vibe, as the Turkish lamps and decorative dishware around the dining room were beautiful. We did think it was awkward that they sat us right next to the only other two parties that night, close enough to hear all conversations, while the other (larger) half of the restaurant was totally empty. But our booth faced the open kitchen, where you could see the chefs's heads moving around/hard at work so maybe that was the intent? Now, I'm pretty indecisive when it comes to menus with more than one page. I feel obligated to read every dish, before making a decision. The staff were incredibly helpful in helping me narrow down my options, and I enjoyed the flavors of the adana bowl that I finally chose. We also ordered dolmas and baklava for the table to share. At one point, the owner or chef came out to check how we enjoyed our meals, which was a nice touch. All in all, it was a solid restaurant choice for Mediterranean food in Rocklin. I do think the prices are high for homestyle food ($20 for a bowl!), but I recognize that we don't have tons of options out here.

Finally tried this incredible Turkish restaurant last night. I'm upset with myself for having taken this long to drop in. One of the BEST meals I've had in a very long time. The owners are so sweet and hardworking and their passion for what they do shines through in all the delicious food. I can't rave enough about the taste and quality of everything. We will be back very, very soon. My new favorite restaurant in the area by FAR!

One of the hidden gems of Roseville. This guy deserves a Michelin star! Not only is the taste and quality of his food beyond amazing, but he uses clean ingredients and maintains a clean kitchen while doing it all. Also little kiddo approved!

Zero stars. For the price and size of items, was a complete rip-off. Don't waste your time, the food is sub-par. (And definitely not worth the $80 we spent). Complete rip-off.

Just do yourself a favor and go. We were in town and this place was close to our hotel. Everything is made in house, is fresh and just delicious. If you want to try all of their great appetizers try their 2 person sampler. It had everything to try and enough for several people. The baklava was the best I have ever had. They make the syrup for the dessert in house. Everything was great!

We ordered the cheesesteak rolls to start, and I had to try the popular Bubble Bliss drink. When the drink arrived, the waitress made the experience even more exciting by infusing the bubble right on top of it. Shortly after, our appetizer arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the rolls were, as we weren't quite sure what to expect from a cheesesteak roll. When our entrées arrived, every single one of us enjoyed what we ordered, so we decided to share with one another. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. At the end of our meal, I was offered a complimentary birthday dessert, which was a thoughtful touch and a great way to end the evening. Overall, this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. From the beautiful decor that's perfect for taking selfies, to the delicious food and drinks, and down to the excellent service, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It's a great spot for a date night or to celebrate a special occasion!

We had the fried calamari appetizer and it was delicious, not greasy at all and had fried green beans and onions mixed in. Wife loved her grilled salmon entree. We both enjoyed our cocktails as well. Service was fairly good overall, although it took a long time before our server came to take our order and service was just all around slow. Very friendly though. Cons: My entree was not good. Ordered the pappardelle with short rib ragu. This was NOT a ragu as it is commonly known, it was more of a cream sauce with some meat in it. The pasta was swimming in cream. And I hate cream sauce. I never would have ordered it had the menu description said it was a cream sauce. The server offered to make me another entree but I did not want to wait another 30 minutes so I choked down what I had. Value is not good. The burger is $20, for example. Prices are a bit too high for the experience you are getting. Verdict: We may be back, as 2/3 of the food was quite good, they just failed on my pasta dish. But it's pricey, so who knows. Moderate recommendation.

The lobster bites came with a lemon wedge and their house Thousand Island sauce, and that sauce was incredible. The combination of the crispy lobster, lemon, and sauce worked perfectly together. The broccolini was also seasoned really well and paired nicely with the grilled lemon. I ordered an Old Fashioned, and it was one of the smoothest I've had. One detail I loved was that they stamped the restaurant's logo into the ice cube. Small touch, but really cool. For my main course, I ordered the Grilled Huli Huli Chicken with a crispy rice cake, pineapple, greens, and a house sauce that completely made the dish. The sweet and tangy flavor paired perfectly with the chicken. Me and my girlfriend also shared the mac and cheese, and honestly, this was one of the best mac and cheeses I've had. It was rich, creamy, well-seasoned, and the breadcrumbs on top added the perfect texture. My girlfriend ordered the braised short rib with garlic mashed potatoes and carrot purée. The short rib was so tender it practically fell apart with a fork. Everything on the plate was delicious. One thing that surprised me was the portion sizes. Everything was very filling, and we ended up taking some food home. By the time dessert came around, we were already pretty full, but there was no way we were skipping it. To finish the night, we shared the Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and strawberries. It was the perfect way to end the meal. The restaurant was busy and lively, but it never felt crowded. The tables were spaced out really well, so my girlfriend and I could still enjoy our conversation and watch the basketball game. I also appreciated seeing Chef Q and his wife walking around and checking on guests throughout the night. They stopped by tables to see how everyone was enjoying their food, which was a really nice touch. I even had the chance to take a picture with Chef Q before we left, which was super cool. Between the food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail, this is easily one of the top restaurants I've been to in Sacramento. Definitely worth a visit.

The broccolini was great too (it was the veggie I chose). And... the carrot cake! Bravo! I love a great carrot cake. The unfortunate negative for us? And I hate to even mention this, but it was definitely a thing for us... the musician, whom I LOVED for his talent and music... was just too loud for us. Not sure what to suggest on that. We enjoyed the music, but we couldn't hear anything else. We couldn't hear each other... we couldn't hear the waiter more often than not... the horn (clarinet) just blasted us out. We weren't RIGHT next to him, we were a couple tables away... but the same side of the room as him. In the future, I'll try to be seated further away if I'm with a group that wants to talk. I'll be back... but maybe after I take an ASL course.

Even though we were the only two people in the restaurant most of the time, we felt like an inconvenience. At one point, I said out loud that we were ready to order; the staff including our waitress stopped for a second, looked at us, and then just went back to what they were doing without acknowledging us. It was as if we were on her time, and she was making it clear that she would get to us when she felt like it, not when we were ready. The wait for food was also way too long. Despite being the only ones there, I waited about 40 minutes for my ceviche mixto bowl ($22). For a raw dish that requires no actual cooking, that kind of delay in such a small space is hard to justify. We also had the broiled oysters ($15) and oyster shooters ($5), which were solid. There is also a picnic bench under covered roof outside patio dining. You won't be disappointed! No wonder they are at almost perfect 5-stars in Yelp. Instagram: @mezcalitorocklin Review #4055

Our server greeted us right away and was very sweet and attentive. You could tell she was still in training, but everything went smoothly. The only small thing I would suggest is having more napkins at the table, since we were only given one per plate and ended up needing a few more during the meal. We had originally reserved a tatami table, but quickly realized it wasn't the best fit for our group since we had some older people with knee pain. Just a heads up, the tatami seating does not have recessed flooring. Luckily, we were able to adjust to a regular table. Once we were settled, we looked through the menu and ordered a double toro roll, a wagyu roll, and a dinner bento with unagi-don. Happy to report everything we ordered was delicious! The double toro was very fresh and refreshing, and the wagyu roll had a rich, savory flavor that reminded us of a yummy steak. We enjoyed every bite. I was especially impressed with my bento box. The presentation was beautiful and the portions were very generous. The bento came with steamed egg, a fresh garden salad, assorted tempura, and unagi-don. Everything in the box tasted great. The tempura was light and crispy, and the unagi was savory and satisfying with egg ribbons in the rice. I think it might be one of the best bento boxes I've had in a long time. Overall, we had a great experience at Azayaka Japanese Fusion. The food was delicious, the service was warm, and we would definitely come back to try more dishes.

Service 0/5, Ambience 5/5, Food 4/5…read more We came on a Thursday evening around 5 pm on 6/4 and it wasn't busy. First, I want to say the chef was younger, but he put alot of care and effort into each dish, so he should definitely be acknowledged. However, as soon as we walked in, there was no greeting from both of the female servers, only cold stares. Many servers do not give great service to younger tables and assume they won't tip. This occurred throughout our dining experience and we didn't feel welcomed at all. Our table also wasn't the biggest and there was no pre-bussing done to clear our dining space. Also, as a recent graduate, I brought my cap to receive a $15 gift card for their promotion. Instead, she gave a "neighborhood" discount (10% off which made it $10 off). I didn't mention anything since I did not feel like coming back to this location. Then I looked at the receipt, wrote a 20% tip, but this was where I felt scammed. It's difficult to explain and I wish I took a picture, but please check your math on the suggested tip. Total with discount: $98 Previous Total: $108 Suggested Tip: 20% = $20 and Suggested Total: $128 I don't mind tipping $20, but the suggested total would include a $30 tip? I don't know if it's intentional and the server wanted to pocket the discount as her tip, but it did not feel fair. We had two younger kids with us and I didn't want them to notice, so we just left after paying. We been to the Sacramento location many times, but their Roseville location was disappointing. Horrible service.
