Last week I decided to give Yoga Chikitsa a try, and I'm SO GLAD I did. The studio space is gorgeous. The teachers are super knowledgeable and really walk you through poses and offer great direction. Ruth and Tina spared no expense on designing a studio that is very warm and inviting. I did my first vigorous class with Rebekah on October 5th 2022.
