The facility is also outdated and in need of repairs. At times, parts of the gym have leaked and become unusable, making the limited space even more challenging to navigate during busy hours. Considering how small and outdated the gym is, the membership fees feel overpriced for what's being offered. Because of this, we've often chosen to drive farther to another gym where we feel we get better value for the money.

I had some concerns about some past injuries but their ramp up program is such a great introduction to crossfit. The owner is also a chiropractor so you know youre getting quality care. All the coaches are experienced, very professional and always have a great attitude that creates a positive environment. The gym is always clean, the workouts are great and scalable. Very little ego and you will always be encouraged by others to help you on your journey to fitness. Overall a great place for beginner and experienced athletes.
