This is blowing my mind how shady this company is !!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this gym and the incredible trainers here. What makes this…read moreplace different is how well the trainers truly know each member -- they understand your strengths, your weaknesses, and how to push you in a way that helps you improve safely and confidently. The workouts are always challenging, motivating, and never boring. As I've gotten older, I've become more aware of my physical limitations, but the trainers have been amazing at helping me work through those challenges instead of letting them hold me back. They encourage me to keep getting stronger, improve my balance and mobility, and believe in what my body can still do.

Working with the Elevate team, I have lost 70lbs and I am healthier than I have ever been. Their personal trainers are incredible and really help with form and motivation. If you're looking to get healthy, relieve stress, or just get moving, I highly recommend Elevate Fitness.

I would cross paths with Lucy at Veterans events and always thought to myself she looks like one…read moretough woman that you would not want be on the wrong side of. I then found out she was trainer through a friends posts on FB but didn't really commit to wanting a trainer then. Then I received another sign when I saw a business card that had the 1stPhorm logo on it(a supplement company I started following in 2015). I picked it up and Lucy's name was on the other side and I thought oh wow she's also affiliated with 1stPhorm. I still toyed around with the idea of getting a trainer but still not committed yet. Early 2018 I decided to start making changes and getting healthier on my own. March I lost my uncle due to heart attack, I kicked my own ass for another few months going from 320 down to 265lbs with lots of cardio, crash dieting and energy drinks and fat burners. Guess what I fell off the wagon and started to gain my weight back. November 2018 I put my foot down and said nope not going back and contacted Lucy and said I'm ready to commit to changing my life. I gave you some of my back story because I was nervous about getting a trainer (how can I afford one?), I was lacking confidence in myself to go work out in a big box gym and not know what I was doing, I was afraid of being judged by others. I was unsure of how to build and structure routines and etc. It is an investment to get a trainer, eat right and etc but it is an investment in yourself that if you stick to and learn the ropes the investment is well worth the life style you will gain. So what happens when you decide to commit to Lucy and CabaFit? Day 1. We met up and talked about all the above and talked about my goals. We talked about my nutrition, current health issues and habits and then we assessed my current weight, measurements and posture. Lucy made the process professional, fun and she handled with care. ( for some I could see how this can be personal and hard news to hear, but you have to know where you're at in order to start). From there we hit the floor running. There is not one day of training that is duplicate of a prior session. Lucy keeps your body guessing what's next. (That is a good thing and you'll learn why). She will also adjust your meal plans throughout your training with her, you'll learn how food is now used as fuel for your body vs fuel for comfort. So, if your a newbie to fitness & nutrition, prior jock who let things slide after high school (that's me), a Veteran (Lucy is an Army Vet) or someone who is experienced that wants to sharpen your skills, hit up Lucy and find out how she can help you develop your lifestyle that will help you achieve your goals and live your best life. 11/2018=270+lbs 07/2019 = 232lbs Steven

I was very very new to fitness and training and Justin made sure to show me every step, correct my form when needed, and create a workout that would yield results while also recognizing I was at a beginner's level. I have noticed a meaningful difference in my muscle mass and even got compliments from other people who noticed the change. Justin tailors every workout to my goals and makes them fun rather than a chore. He is also just a nice guy who you will undoubtedly find a common interest with to talk about while working out. I look forward to my work outs with Justin and am already seeing the results. Thank you Justin and can't wait for our work outs this week.

Today was my first time at LiftHER, and I absolutely loved the experience!…read more Our training with Kai and Jamal was amazing. Everything was guided and easy to follow without ever feeling intimidating, which I really appreciated. They were there to motivate and guide us throughout the workout, but also gave us enough time to complete our sets and reps at our own pace. It felt supportive rather than pressured, and honestly made the whole workout so much more enjoyable and motivating. The gym itself is beautiful, super clean, and very well maintained. I was especially impressed by the bathrooms and getting-ready area. There's even a little beauty corner where you can dry and fix your hair after your workout, which is such a thoughtful touch! There happened to be a gas leak in the building when we arrived, so unfortunately we weren't able to use the bathrooms or showers during our visit, but that was obviously an unexpected building issue and didn't take away from how great the overall experience was. Betina and the entire team did such a fabulous job making us feel welcomed and comfortable, especially as first-timers. Such a fun, motivating experience, and I will definitely be back!

To experience the transformation I've been able to achieve with his help is nothing short of a miracle. Before Eric, the last time I was at a gym, I was probably playing dodge ball with the other middle schoolers. I've never been a athlete, never worked out. I spent most of my 20s and 30s eating crap and drinking way too much. After getting a physical where I was informed that I had high blood pressure and was at high risk for diabetes, as well as knowing that 40 was fast approaching, I finally woke to the idea that I needed to make some changes. And, that's where Eric stepped in. In the last year, I've gone from a very flabby 250+ to a much more muscular 190. I know it only says 60 lbs on the scale, but I know I've lost MUCH more fat than that. I've lost 5+ inches on my waist. I've discovered muscle groups that I didn't even knew I had. People comment every single day on how much better I look. More importantly, I feel better. Physically and mentally. I sleep better. I'm in a better mood. I have an easy time focusing. Blood pressure is down and risk of diabetes is gone! I'm now 40 and in the best shape of my life. And that's all thanks to ANEW Fitness. The way Eric works with you helps you to accomplish tasks that you think are impossible. Through patience and encouragement, he motivates you to push yourself past the point where you think you are done. And, his passion for what he does is evident and infectious. After just 3 weeks with him, 3 times a week, I found myself at the gym on my own. Didn't have an appointment or anything. I just wanted to get a work out in because he made me realize how satisfying it feels to do something good for yourself. Again, I'm not somebody you would have EVER seen in a gym a year ago. But, it was worth it just to see how excited he got seeing me there. I can't imagine anyone taking such a personal interest in somebody's growth. I truly can't sing his praises enough. And even though I know it was me that put in the work, I still have to thank Eric for showing me the way!
