After two years, this facility still meets all my initial requirements. When I joined, the owner of the gym, Frizz Poe, provided her cell phone in the event I ever need to contact her. I enjoy 24/7 access, and member safety is enhanced by 24/7 monitoring. If someone is looking for training assistance, licensed trainers are available for consultation. Unlike any gym I have ever joined, there is also a licensed physical therapist, Russell Darrington of Phoenix Osteopractic Physical Therapy, located onsite. This is not a "Big Box" fitness center, so like anything else, you get what you pay for. The gym is not overcrowded, and all the members here are friendly and courteous.

Get up to date already. When you are all done you get to get dressed in a locker room with music from the cleaners personal phone competing with the sound from the speakers overhead.....great way to end your work out, said no one ever.

I met the owner/trainer, Travis, and was very impressed. I have had a trainer of my own and can tell Travis knew what he was doing. There is a very simplistic feel to this gym...there may not be fancy equipment but everything they do is very effective. Travis is pretty hands on and makes sure you are doing exercises correctly to get the best results. He showed me how to improve my squat so that they were less harmful to my knees! I was also able to see some of his success stories there and these folks are inspiring! Everything is specific to YOUR needs and wants. My trainer Blaine has been nothing but helpful and understanding to my goals.
