It is so obvious that they care about their members and take the time to get to know their members! The workouts are incredible and different from each trainer and they really help you out with technique so that you can improve every time. This is the type of workout where you get out of it what you put into it--some days I come in feeling exhausted already from a long day and try to focus on my form and then some days I come in and focus more on power and strength!
