barre3 -- Dallas, TX barre3 was the first barre class I ever tried, and it completely changed how I view fitness. I originally found it through ClassPass, and now I find myself rebooking over and over again -- it's truly become one of the biggest reasons I fell back in love with working out. What I love most is how fun and uplifting every class feels. It's this perfect mix of cardio, strength training, and balance work, but somehow it feels more like a dance party than a workout. The music, the energy, and the lighting all create a space that pushes you while still being gentle and encouraging. The instructors are so friendly and supportive, and even the owner teaches classes, which really says a lot about the culture here. You can tell they genuinely care about their community -- they remember your name, cheer you on, and make you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. Every time I leave, I feel stronger, more confident, and more connected -- both to myself and to the people around me. It's rare to find a studio that combines great workouts, amazing instructors, and a true sense of belonging, but barre3 does exactly that. It's no surprise they're opening more locations -- once you try one class, you'll understand why! read more

One of the best fitness places in Dallas! The studio is well maintained and clean. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciate because some places can be intimidating and overbearing. They offer a variety of barre, kickboxing, and weight training classes so you can have a well rounded fitness routine. Their music choices are top notch and they frequently come up with new routines. They offer free classes for newcomers and they often have membership deals going on so don't hesitate to check them out! read more

I've been a member of the barre code/barre3 for 5 years. The reason I keep coming back is because of the large variety of classes (cardio, kickboxing, barre, strength/weights, restore/yoga, etc) and also because the class routine is never the same. Other barre studios I've been to always had the same basic structure of the routine each class which gets old quickly. With barre code, you never know what's next, which I love!! Come barre with me & say hi! I'll be in spot 23. read more

Been coming here for a few months now and can't say enough great things about it! The studio is very clean and well kept, the staff/instructors are so supportive, and the classes are both an awesome workout and a lot of fun. read more

This spot is my new workout addiction! I've been looking to gain functional strength, tone up, work on my balance and generally just feel more confident about myself. I've been coming here for 3 weeks and I have no intention of leaving any time soon! The studio is very clean and you can tell they take sanitation seriously. The instructors are amazing and very encouraging and helpful. There is no ego here, everyone wants you to succeed! Robin and Chelsey are my favorite instructors but everyone is great! They do a good job of making it challenging but accessible for all levels so truly all experience levels are welcome. I also love that they have several different formats to keep things interesting. If you're looking for a new challenging workout and supportive community, try the barre code! read more

These are the first group workouts I have done in person since COVID and am so glad I did! In the month I have been attending, I have tried most of their classes and can say they are all challenging in their own ways and leave me feeling stronger than when I came in. The instructors are energetic, easy to follow, and keep the class engaged and focused. The atmosphere of positivity is infectious. While I personally won't be able to continue due to cost, I highly recommend this studio to anyone even a little bit curious about the barre method. read more

Best workout studio I've been to!! Highly recommend if you want to get an all over body workout. Everyone there is so friendly and so motivating!! You won't regret giving any of the classes a try!! read more

I love the barre code! You'll get a great workout in and they'll kick your butt in a good way. Each class is different so you'll always be challenged. 10/10 recommend. read more

I LOVE the variety of classes at The Barre Code! The barre class is my favorite, but they have a kickboxing-esque class, a strength class, and barre/stretch class. The instructors are so sweet and encouraging too. If you're looking for a studio that meets your needs, look no further than The Barre Code Dallas! read more

Love coming to the barre code! The instructors and staff are so kind and welcoming. I love the different class types (barre, strength, cardio, etc) and the variety of the props the studio has available read more

The Barre Code is my favorite place to workout in Dallas. I love the different class formats and that the instructors give you options to modify or advance moves as needed. You can also try your first three classes for free! read more

I have been going here for almost 2 years now and love it! would recommended to anyone who loves cardio, barre, and strength training

The most supportive, energetic and kind instructors and owner. Are there closer barre studios to me in Irving? Yes, but none of them are as great as Barre Code. Absolutely worth the drive. A ton of class options and times to fit any schedule. Would totally recommend if you are looking for a barre studio in Dallas or even near Dallas! read more

Def strange location for a studio, but no complaints as its relatively convenient to my workplace. I attended a Barre class during lunch, expecting it to be relatively easy. Trick was on me! In comparison to other barre classes (i.e., Pure Barre), this place was an asskicker. Depending on the instructor, each class is different, which is great for mixing it up, but bad for knowing what to expect. As for this class, we used hand weights, ankle weights, and the ball. The classes call for a lot of toning, and extreme repetition to wear out the muscles. Everything was burning, and oh, it hurt so good! I def busted my ass and sweated more than I had wanted to (apologies to my co-workers). There are a two curtained rooms to change in pre/post workout. They supply a few necessities (wipes, dry shampoo, hair clips), and have lockers but the one downside, no showers. read more

Barre3 - Barre Classes Near Me - Dallas, Texas

This class is SO LOUD & OBNOXIOUS. It's like being in an annoying Vegas night club if they DJ were yelling over the music with a bull horn. Just what I don't want after a long day at work. The choreography isn't on beat with the music at all and form is definitely not a focus. I had to leave class early because I just couldn't take it anymore. The instructor was nice, but I could hardly understand what she was saying because her mic was at a 20, when it should have been at a 10. We're in a tiny room, that hardly needs a mic in the first place. Bar Method and Barre3 have a much better atmosphere and more challenging workouts. This class is pure chaos! read more

I was 2 min late, and couldn't get in the class, door closed. First time ever in my entire life. This is insane. One of the worst day in my life. I got up early on a Saturday morning just wanted to get some work out. This totally ruin my day! read more

The Barre is my home away from home! Luckily 5 min away and it has been the most convenient workout based on my schedule and needs. Ive been to several different bar/ barre studios and this one has been the best thus far. Its welcoming and not intimidating and the music is awesome. They have both HIIT and cardio related classes to mix it up. Ive always worked out (high intensity heavy cardio) however Barre has shown more results and toned muscles in less time. I think everyone needs Barre in life! read more

I have been here twice now! It's been a great experience both times! Miso was my last instructor and she was so great and super informative and helped me with my technique! read more

The barre classes are great, the studio is clean and friendly. They offer a strength training & bootcamp class but they are so limited on when they're scheduled that I can never get into those classes. I wish they offered more times for the other classes to make the studios offerings well rounded. read more

Best studio in Dallas! It truly does check all the boxes: - great variety of workouts and intensity - tons of times to work with any schedule - amazing instructors - community of awesome people - affordable (and they always run amazing deals) - fun events around Dallas read more

I am totally obsessed with the Barre Code! It is a new recent obsession. The review is for their Barre Code Class. Teachers: Love love love Julie, she is the master trainer here, I've taken about 3 classes from her and she is great. You're going to sweat, challenge yourself, and be sore the next day, but totally worth it. She won't waste your time, you will be working for 50 minutes straight during her class. Also have taken Morgan's class-would recommend her class too. Gym-Boutique gym, stocked with hair ties, deodorant, hair spray, etc. I love gyms like this because I can go straight from work and not worry about forget something. The classes are perfectly packed, you don't want to go to a club that's empty right? Same with this class, the teacher feeds off of the energy of the class and it's great with all the people in the class. This class is now in my weekly rotations, getting ready for that summer bod. read more

Okay, I just finished my 2nd class and I'm hooked!!! Going from pretty much zero exercise to Barre classes is killer, and I've felt like I was going to die both times but I've also left feeling SOO strong both times. I got the 3 week unlimited classes...looking forward to tomorrow. And btw, the reason why I haven't seen any men going in/coming out...it's ladies only!! I personally think that's a plus! read more

Barre3 - Lockers - Barre Classes Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I will start by saying this review is long overdue. I initially discovered Barre Code (formerly known as Barre Bee Fit) in January 2014 when I bought a five class pack on Groupon. At the time, I was looking for a place to get in shape for my wedding; today, the Barre Code has become a part of my daily routine. I could only rave about the classes... which go beyond traditional barre classes to include high intensity interval training, brawl (a spin on kickbocking), baryasa (yoga), in addition to other offerings. After coming to the Barre Code for nearly two years, I still find the classes incredibly challenging. I could also only speak to the quality of the instructors...who are thoughtful and encouraging, ensuring that no two routines are the same. I assure you that Julie, the studio's master trainer, will kick your butt every time. Morgan, Michelle and Kara are also superb. But above all this, the reason I sincerely love the Barre Code is not just for the physical benefits of the workout, but for the incredibly welcoming team that Lori, the studio's owner has assembled. Each time I walk through the door, I am greeted by name, and I genuinely feel that the studio appreciates me being there. The community Lori and her team have built is inclusive, supportive, caring and down-to-earth. I exercise via group classes every day and have tried several studios in Dallas. The variety of classes here is unmatched for a boutique studio, and the service exceptional. I cannot recommend this studio enough. read more

Update: the owner of the studio reached out and responded to my review on Yelp and personally via email. I appreciate this very much.. She was not made aware of the situation so that explains why I had never gotten the initial follow up. I do appreciate that greatly, so +1 star to this review. Small boutique studio in the design district. Parking is a mess on the evenings and weekends since it's technically under apartments / lofts. But it's manageable. The facility itself is well maintained, charming and intimate. It gives off a very welcoming vibe! Had a free pass to try a class and was incredibly interested in their "rooftop yoga", which my friends who are members RAVE about. Signed up easily though the online scheduler. Drove from Plano to Dallas in traffic at 4:30 on a Friday to make the 6:30 class. *sigh* but alas I arrived excited for the class. Got to the studio, the receptionist was friendly and gave me a quick tour. She did inform me at that time the rooftop class was cancelled because of the rain earlier in the day. WHAT?!? It was sunny and beautiful by that time and had been for hours. But I understand - liability issues I'm sure. She told me they replaced it with an indoor candlelight baryassa. I asked if I could come back the following week and redeem my pass instead - because that's not the class I was I interested in. She told me she'd have to ask the studio owner.. But I've never heard back from her. I ended up taking the class since I had already driven down and was ready to go. I was still bummed. The class was very basic, nothing special. It was basically a beginner yoga flow. I'm excited to check out one of the sunset or rooftop yoga classes they offer in the future! I would recommend that you check it out & decide if it's a good fit for you personally:) SUPPORT local small businesses! read more

What a great work out! I found BBF through a Groupon (5 classes for $45). I love that BBF has different types of classes (high intensity, toning, cardio mixed with barre) so it really fits all my needs. I know that the ones in Chicago have Barre Burn which a "hot" version of barre, and a Barreyasa class which is barre mixed with a hot, slow paced yoga flow. I am excited to try this out when BBF Dallas gets it! The instructors are all very friendly and motivating. The work out is HARD, but I really feel it the next day. i love you, BBF! read more

This is one of the best studios around for a full body workout and a range of classes that can get you toned, sweaty and your body moving and grooving! I started going to this studio "full time" once I got engaged and realized I needed workouts that provide more toning classes for my arms. I started with the traditional Barre Code class and then started to take their Total Body Conditioning and Brawl classes. My favorite has to be the Brawl class because of how sweaty you get and how wonderful you feel. However, all classes are great! Just make sure, if you're looking to lose weight, you balance their cardio classes with their Barre Code strength class! read more

I really hate to be the only Debbie Downer here, but I thought this studio was just alright. I should preface this first by saying that I have only been once and took a HIIT class. So I will vow to go back and try a barre class and will review again. First off, everyone was really nice and welcoming. The check-in process was easy for ClassPassers, they showed you to your lockers, and helped you grab all the equipment that you needed for the class. I wasn't really impressed with the room though. It was pretty dark in there, and grey... it just felt like it was still "under construction". Morgan taught a pretty good class. The fact that she is able to jump and still talk amazes me! I did work up a good sweat and felt sore in my legs for a few days... but the HIIT class just wasn't for me. The moves reminded me of old school aerobics or jazzercize... personally, I just couldn't really get into it. I do appreciate a Barre studio that incorporates cardio and high impact classes in their schedules. After reading all the rave reviews about their Barre classes, I will definitely come back and try those and review again. read more

I took a class here about a week ago thanks to class pass and I loved it. The staff in the front were extremely nice and gave me a small tour before class since it was my first time attending. They have free lockers to keep your belongings in, a restroom, and a small changing area. I went to the 11am 50 minutes brawl class and it was a great workout. It was a mix of kickboxing and Barre. It's very easy to make adjustments based on your skill level and the instructor (I can't remember her name ) was very motivating. We did kickboxing first , then went to barre, and then back to the kickboxing routine on the other side. The kickboxing was really great cardio, we were jumping and moving the entire time. I really felt the burn in my thighs and butt during the Barre exercises. I will definitely be back for this and other classes. read more

I recently discovered the Barre Code through ClassPass and can genuinely say that this one of my most favorite places to work out. The staff are super friendly and the instructors are very encouraging and motivating throughout the workouts. I've yet to attend one of the signature Barre classes because I'm obsessed with the HIIT class. The instructors are encourage you to go at your own pace but to make sure you're challenging yourself throughout the workout. I always leave a sweaty, proud mess. I love that the location is close to my apartment so making a 6 am class isn't too difficult. There's lockers and a small area to change, but no showers. I'll definitely be coming back and will make myself try some of the other classes soon! read more

Absolutely love working out at Barre Code Design District. The instructors are high energy and provide excellent alternatives and guidance throughout class. The variety of offerings--cardio kickboxing (brawl), bootcamp (TBC), HIIT, barre--provide tons is great options for cardio and strength training. I've been a member for a few years and I've seen amazing changes in my fitness. The best studio fitness option in Dallas. read more

What a great studio this is! I love the decor, class size, and incredibly motivating instructors. I am totally ADD with workouts and am easily bored, the instructors at Barre Bee keep me on point! I leave every workout drenched in sweat and am sore in all the right spots for days. I bought the Groupon and quickly went through the 5 classes... unlimited monthly membership here I come!! The only [minor] improvement I can see is for instructors to work one or two water breaks into the more strenuous classes. The Interval and Barre-dio Interval classes are pretty high energy and I always feel like a lazy bum when I have to step aside to grab water while everyone else is still plié-squatting for their lives. Overall - Private lockers, small class sizes, clean, fresh, and new facilities - come check out a class and I'm sure you'll be hooked! read more

I am always so nervous before I go to a new studio/class, and I have to say, everyone was SO welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. They immediately made a relationship with me and walked me around so that I knew where everything was. Such a big help and I felt comfortable from the start. I don't think I will go to another studio after this. My class was also 5 stars with Malory! So motivating and positive. I cant wait to go back. read more

This is my favorite barre studio! Before committing to membership I tried other barre studios and they didn't compare to The Barre Code Design District. When I started coming here I was a total newbie to barre and I never felt intimidated by anyone. The instructors are awesome, very encouraging and will correct your form to ensure your getting the most out of your workout. They offer several different types of classes so you can include cardio & barre classes in your weekly routine. I have been a client for over 2 years and their class schedule works great around my work schedule (9-5). They offer early mornings classes and evening classes along with weekend classes so I feel like it's convenient for everyone. The studio is very clean, there are dressing rooms with amenities available, a bathroom, lockers, and a retail section with super cute apparel. If you are interested in barre, regardless if you are brand new to barre or have done barre before, I highly recommend checking out a class. read more

I went to a 6am class at The Barre Code Dallas. The studio is super cute, the instructor had great energy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was given a quick tour before the class started. The studio provides lockers and sticky socks (for purchase), if you forget to bring your own. Each person was provided ankle weights and light dumbbell's. I was surprised at what a great work out I had! When I saw the two lb bells I thought it was going to be too easy, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was challenging. The class provided a full body workout, we hit arms, abs and legs. After class, the instructor took the time to come over and ask how everything went and to invite me back. The studio is under an apartment complex and was a little difficult for me to spot from the street, (but it was still dark out and this could have limited my visibility). If it is your first time I would definitely factor in a little time to find the studio and to fill out a quick waiver. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Barre Code in general and this studio specifically. Not only is it a great workout every time, but the instructors and owners are super nice and welcoming. It feels more like a community than just a place to work out. The great thing about Barre Code is that they change their routines every week, and every instructor teaches a different workout each week, so you'll probably never take the same exact class twice! Also, they have an amazing variety of classes - they have regular small-movement, toning barre classes AND cardio-intensive classes, like HIIT and Brawl (kickboxing). My personal favorite class is Brawl - it's so fun I forget I'm working out even though it's super tough. I've been coming to classes for two years almost every day and I never get bored of the workouts. I love the mantra and atmosphere of The Barre Code. They really want to empower women and make them feel strong and capable. They don't make the classes about burning calories or losing weight (even though you definitely do those things when you take the classes), they make it about challenging yourself and being strong and healthy. It's a really motivating and positive environment. Love it! read more

Still here, over a year and 300+ classes later. The variety of class formats at TBC have ensured I stayed interested and motivated and kept up with my workout routine. As my situation has changed a few times (e.g., running more races, dealing with injuries, etc.), the instructors have all been helpful in suggesting adjustments and modifications. My original review stands and I continue to recommend the studio to people not only looking for a great workout, but also a great community. read more

This is a great place to work out! There's a great variety of classes from strength to cardio to kickboxing. The instructors are friendly and helpful.
