Tim has been there every step of the journey, encouraging me to try new things, being goofy at 0530 am (we used to train at night but he built me up to where I'm excited to get out of bed), but most importantly being an advocate for my body. Training to recover from an injury is painful and in my opinion more patient than training for weightloss - you dont get to diet away not doing the exercise and Tim has been amazing at designing workouts which are exciting, effective, and challenging. Im never board when Im working out with Tim and its also amazing to get off time nutrition counseling and injury prevention tips. Since training with Tim and having him rebuild my stablity muscles, Ive been able to resume walking without pain, wearing the baddest high heels, playing hockey, and most importantly I ran my first half marathon

I signed up for personal training at what I understood was a flat rate. After learning about additional charges that were never explained to me when I signed up (80 dollar initial scan fee, 50 dollars a month for inbody scan, 3% processing charge, 80 dollar gym membership) I was very alarmed. I thought I was signing up for a flat rate of 640, but with the additional charges it ended up being 800 dollars a month - none of this was outlined in the contract I signed. When I asked him to send me the contract so I could verify the fees are not in the contract, he refused and said it was all explained verbally to me (which is 100% a lie and if it were true, it's unethical to charge customers based on 'verbal' agreements). He ended up not charging me for two months of the gym - which if it would have ended there I would have been completely fine and not feel the need to write this. I decided to complete my 3 month contract and after that I would not be able to financially support 800 a month and would no longer be signing up for additional months. When I informed Taylor I would be cancelling I received an e-mail with a notice of my cancellation and in the notes "Has been a pain in the a** since day 1" when I confronted him about this he said "oh it's just a jovial joke, you know", didn't apologize! and went on to belittle me saying I am the problem and he never has issues like this. I have never felt so disrespected and talked down to in my entire life. All I was trying to do was understand additional charges that were not in my contract nor communicated to me and instead of realizing there is a gap in his business model he shifts the blame to me "I've never had this problem with anyone but you". Just so disrespectful, I am extremely appalled. I would never ever recommend anyone doing business with Taylor. This is not how you treat someone paying you 800 dollars a month. And to anyone from the gym who is going to respond to this.... it isn't about the money, it's about being ethical with your contracts and how you treated me. Five stars for the gym, equipment, and my amazing trainer. Zero stars for the way they treat their customers.

Having exercised at an on-again/off-again basis and with no real diet structure, I really wanted some guidance with a diet plan and motivational instruction to show me how to workout correctly- what exercises I should do to accomplish my goals. On the first day, Chad asked me what my goal was, and I told him that I wanted to lose weight and get defined. Chad is great! He is absolutely what I need to get me to where I want to go. He is positive and motivational, and every workout has been fun and different. That's right... they are FUN! Our workouts are intense, and I feel incredible afterward. Also, the workouts are so constructive and I feel like I have made so much progress that, on the days I don't see him, I am motivated to reinforce our progress it by doing what I need to do between sessions. Chad is a great accountability partner, and he wants me to succeed. On the days that we are not doing our workouts, I do cardio at my recreation/workout facility. For the first time in my life, I am actually careful of what I eat! Imagine that! I lost 10 lbs. in 2 weeks and 19 lbs in 1 month! For me, the sessions with Chad are like a game day in a sport. We both know if I am ready for the game that day; if I have "practiced" for it during the week by sticking to my diet plan and exercising during the week in between sessions. He is absolutely wonderful at providing positive motivation and positive reinforcement, but I know that this is my body; my workout; my decision. I have to want to succeed as much as he wants for me to be a success story. This is one of the best things that I have ever done in my life. I feel better, I look better, I am happier, and I am still seeing progress and improvement every week. I have gone from a size 38 (40 in some pants) down to a size 35, and they fit very comfortably! My wife loves the way that I look and she is very proud of me. This investment in my health has proven to be so fun and such an improvement in my life, and I want to express to whoever will read this that, if you want a guide to show you what you are capable of; if you want someone to help you reach your goals; if you want to see change before your eyes and feel change within yourself, Chad is a great workout coach who will show you how to be in the best shape of your life right now!

Six Stars Kylene is…read morea true healer. I office at the same location and she saw me limping one day. She told me about her therapy and I scheduled appointment. I injured my leg about a year ago and I have never gotten so much relief from a therapy session. I've had about 5 sessions now and my limp is almost totally gone. Kylene got interested when she was injured. After recovery she decided that she wanted to be a person that helped people with injury and dedicated her life to studying ways to heal and maintain good physical condition. She uses the "Rossiter Method". A little bizarre as she massages with the heel of her foot but the results speak for themselves. I am a true believer. Before seeing her I could barely walk.
