The staff are friendly and professional - Greyson, john, Gina, and the entire staff is friendly and warm. When I need help they are responsive. I've been to many gyms/trainers, from Los Angeles Equinox, to San Antonio Golds Gym, and Houston 24 hour fitness, but Trophy has really honed in on what makes a gym great and has fair pricing.
