I have been a member for a year now, and I can keep up with most of the members (even the young ones). They now have all the equipment any Crossfit box has, but at a much lower price. The owners and coaches are there to see you succeed at whatever your goal is. If you are interested in Crossfit in the Lewisville/Coppell/Flower Mound area, I recommend you give them a shot.

It has 2 bathrooms, a shower, fans, and a drink fridge (for purchase). All the coaches are super welcoming and do their best to get to know you and your fitness level. In my opinion, F45 is the best gym to get the perfect balance of strength and cardio training. The days are divided into Monday/Wednesday - Cardio, Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday - Strength, and Friday/Saturday- Hybrid. There are rotating programs of workouts every few weeks and you will never do the same workout back to back. There are TV screens in front of the studio showing a clip of each workout and the timing. The coaches will also explain and demo the workouts at the beginning of every class. This place is truly amazing! I highly recommend checking it out whether you're starting your fitness journey or if you're looking for a new gym! There's never a "bad workout" here!

I never attended a regular class, so I can only review pt and the location itself. My trainer and I focused on endurance and strength training. We never did long distance running. Since I had little/no running experience it ended up being a bit of an experiment. We focused a lot on nutrition as well. One of our sessions was even at the Sprouts market. It sounds kind of silly but ended up being super helpful. I took part in the Whole 30 challenge during this time. The location isn't the best. My workouts were primarily at night, and since it got dark early after time change it made me a little nervous running at night. It's not well lit down that street. I ended up asking Niki to go through and watch me run on the other side of the building for safety. I always felt encouraged and supported by the trainers and other cfers. There's lots of excitement built up around the CF community and my experience here coincided.

Ever since we stepped foot into CrossFIt Lewisville, we have never felt bored. Furthermore, the sense of community can't be beat! The trainers work individually with you to meet each person's personal fitness goals. We enjoy visiting other crossfit locations when we travel but feel that the leadership, instruction, workouts and friendship at CrossFit Lewisville and CrossFit Flower Mound are unmatched.

I went in to cancel my membership that I already had "frozen." Because I came in on the 6th of the…read moremonth and not the 5th they made me pay a $99 cancellation fee in addition to unfreezing the account and paying the last month that I didn't access the gym instead of just letting me pay out the remaining two months. So, if I had just come in one day prior they would not have taken an extra $100 from me. The girl even said they have redone their contracts since I had signed to make things more clear. What a racket, and all of this considering that I was a member for 6 months used the gym a total of 2 times. They had no problem taking my money for all that time and at the end without extending any grace. Would not recommend at all.
