I came to Crossfit 3040 after visiting other gyms, after reading and checking the goods and bads for crossfit box and your regular gym, I decided to give crossfit 3040 a chance. 6 weeks later and several several lbs. lighter, I would highly recommend Crossfit 3040. The Knowledge that Coach Willie has on form and how to train is excellent. The support that you get from the more experienced members is amazing. So if you are looking into getting in shape, but doing it in a safe and knowledge way come to Crossfit 3040 in Lewisville TX.

This gym is an absolute mess. It's filthy, loud, and feels completely neglected. The equipment is outdated and clearly hasn't been maintained in years. The staff are just as disappointing. Instead of doing their jobs, they stand around talking to each other, completely ignoring the condition of the gym and the people paying to be there. There's zero accountability and no sense of professionalism. What makes it worse is how much this place has declined. It used to be open 24 hours and had a kid center--both gone. Those were the only things that made it worth dealing with, and now they've stripped those away without improving anything else. At this point, the only thing keeping this place afloat is the Zumba class, I don't know how they were able to get this talent, but he makes it bearable. And he has to work with faulty equipment, so OUTDATED and the stop working in the middle of a song. Everything else feels like it's falling apart. Management should seriously consider shutting this place down and starting over, because right now it's embarrassing. Denton location puts this place to shame.
