Look up the BBB complaints before wasting your time. My husband and I tried out a couple classes to see if we liked it. The first day we have them all or info and we were told that we would not be charged for those couple classes. My husband hurt his knee during the one week freebie (needed 3 mths PT, scans, the whole nine to fix). We told the instructor that we decided it wasn't for us 4 days into the free week. My husband opened the app and it instructed him to accept something in order to see what was on the app. Apparently that signed us up. We called the instructor again and told him we were not going to do the classes and my husband had to see a doctor. He told him he had to contact CS which was a joke and uploaded a letter from my husband doctor. They said they cancelled his membership but would not give him a refund. I just now checked the CC transaction history and they have been charging us since oct of last year..... During Covid (6mths)..... unbelievable. We don't really use the CC so we didn't think to look up the transactions. Now I'm going to have to call the bank and report it as fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO DURING THE TRIAL WEEK!!!!! Update: Beware.... Reported it to the bank and have requested a refund about 20 times from Camp Gladiator with only computer-generated responses. Made phone calls and still nothing. This company is a fraud save your money and join a reputable gym with an actual trainer. 152 complaints on the better Business bureau website of similar grievances. Even did the online chat and the woman admitted that they cannot give more than one month refund for any reason... Even fraud. Horrible horrible business model. read more

You will not find a better group of Trainers that HELP you! While this is a group fitness camp, you can easily get individual coaching during the workout so you can get a modification that will allow you to keep working and moving forward. It is a FAMILY of people at all different fitness levels that welcome you in and are eager to help you grow too. Also, I have seen post about being "held to a contract". Nothing is further from the truth. You are in an agreement...yes...but you have options for a medical hold until you do get well but also have some just personal hold options if one month you are a little little short. I have exercised both of these with ZERO problems. I achieved MANY MANY goals while a Camp Gladiator camper and I only left due to an extensive travel schedule that prevented me from remaining an active part of my CG Family. read more

I have been doing CG for 4 years after doing another one in Richardson for 6. You can work out for way cheaper with this one and work out as many times a week as you want. This boot camp is so great because you work out with a group of people who become your friends! The trainers work very hard and are so dedicated to your encouragement and improvements. I like someone coaching me where I don't have to think what to do next and every time is different so it never gets boring, like the gym. This is my first week at this bootcamp. Camp Gladiator seems to have it all together. Erin is the instructor here. It's a four week session with emphasis changing each week. Erin makes the session fun, if you can call a tough hour long work out, where you leave drenched in sweat, fun! It's not easy, but I'm sure I'm going to see some results. He's encouraging and changes it up, so you're working on EVERYTHING! I came here because I needed more structure than I was getting working out on my elliptical at home, along with weights and exercises. Erin and Camp Gladiator provide that, pushing you to your limit, but making sure you're doing it right at the same time. The price is right too. It's pretty expensive if you pay by each 4 wk session, but signing up for 6 months or 12 months drops the price drastically and gives you great options to work out at any of the hundreds of classes that go on in the metroplex. I've actually hit up two others. This one provides the best timing for me. At the end of the four week session, I'll have to update this. So far, so good!! read more

I am not satisfied. To begin with, I was not informed at sign-up that canceling my auto-draft would be an incredible hassle. Next, during my first workout, my legs gave out from beneath me and I nearly hit the concrete while sprinting. I thought it may be temporary and attended one more meeting, but when it was obvious I had a problem, I decided to cancel and see a chiropractor. Oh NO! You can't just "cancel." NOPE! I first attempted to cancel through my app...NO! Not Allowed! Then I logged onto my laptop. Again, NO! It stated that I did not "qualify" to cancel! ??? Really? I thought. "What's this?" Well guess what? It's not freaking over yet! I decided to call CG....No Answer for a long time! I call again the next day and I got ahold of somone. I asked," Why can't I cancel? They told me that I would need a doctor to fill out a form, and they couldn't cancel a payment unless it were Two Weeks in advance. Wow! So I asked them to pause my draft(bc I was told I could at any time)I asked why I couldn't pause it online. They said I would have to call in to pause it. So I asked them to pause it. They said they couldn't because I need Two Weeks Notice!! So I asked them to pause for December in which they still charged $5! I have them email the form for my chiropractor to fill out. No email ever arrived! I go to my next chiropractor appt. without the form. I call CG again. I confirm my email. They said it was spelled wrong. So they sent a new email, again I confirmed that all they needed was for my chiropractor to fill out the form. My next chiropractor appointment I opened the email to print the form and!!!!! Nothing! No form! No attachment! NEXT: I call again and explain that there was no form in or attached to the email. The person tells me that I never needed a form!! That it was just a blank email, and I needed my doctor to write a note, and I were to attach it and reply to the email!! OMGosh!! So, I ask them to resend the email. No email ever arrived!!?? What's Going On?? It's been the holidays with shopping, visitors, cooking ect... and I'm plum tired! This is a bunch of BS!! I've had multiple chiropractor visits since my near-collapse, and can't get these people to get it together!! While with all the mistakes they've made, they still refuse to cancel the auto-draft!! I'm sure I won't be able to pause again bc it's probably not "two weeks" from the draft!!! So NO!!! I am NOT HAPPY with your Service!! read more
