How do you RSVP for the classes? I've called 4 times, left 2 messages & never received a call back.

Not sure about you but I love myself a deal! I noticed Class Pass was showcasing this place and…read moreI've seen a few of the venues popping up all over DFW. I like that they have lots of options for early morning workouts. They offer a 7 day trial so take advantage for sure!! I did the 6 am class not long ago and it was packed with the regulars. It was athletic conditioning day so we did different stations with TRX, ropes and etc. Lots of bodyweight style reps and a high energy instructor (also great for early mornings so THANK YOU). Nicole was awesome and kept us hype the entire 45 minutes. Every day is a different style of workout and they also have dumbbells and etc. The bouncy floor that helps with impact was also incredible. They were very attentive and the constant pumping you up (is a little over the top lol) is GREAT for a bootcamp beginner. They followed up with me after the workout and even gave me Epsom salt for post workout TLC! If you are in search of major accountability and a fun environment to sweat in definitely check it out. I will for sure be back and can't wait to check out the other locations.

I tried the free trial this week and really enjoyed it! I signed up for a month of membership. The instructors are kind and seek to challenge you. It's a really encouraging environment. I also think it's a pretty good deal. When you pay, you get unlimited access, as opposed to a lot of gyms that offer classes where you pay and get like 8 classes. They offer focus meetings where you can talk about nutrition and any concerns. They also have childcare at most of their classes. They also offer a 5am class which is great because as a teacher I can't go to a 6am. I've really enjoyed this week and I'm excited to keep going!

The first day we have them all or info and we were told that we would not be charged for those couple classes. My husband hurt his knee during the one week freebie (needed 3 mths PT, scans, the whole nine to fix). We told the instructor that we decided it wasn't for us 4 days into the free week. My husband opened the app and it instructed him to accept something in order to see what was on the app. Apparently that signed us up. We called the instructor again and told him we were not going to do the classes and my husband had to see a doctor. He told him he had to contact CS which was a joke and uploaded a letter from my husband doctor. They said they cancelled his membership but would not give him a refund. I just now checked the CC transaction history and they have been charging us since oct of last year..... During Covid (6mths)..... unbelievable. We don't really use the CC so we didn't think to look up the transactions. Now I'm going to have to call the bank and report it as fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO DURING THE TRIAL WEEK!!!!! Update: Beware.... Reported it to the bank and have requested a refund about 20 times from Camp Gladiator with only computer-generated responses. Made phone calls and still nothing. This company is a fraud save your money and join a reputable gym with an actual trainer. 152 complaints on the better Business bureau website of similar grievances. July we were told that new management was coming that following Monday. I show up Monday no one there lights off doors locked. No explanation try reaching out to D1 no response for about 2-3 weeks. Finally we get a call stating that their new management and they will be starting class back up and that we would have the weeks missed added to the end of the contract. Well everything was fine until December 12 when I get a text message telling me classes were canceled. I called and spoke with Corey and he stated that the facility was going to be closing for renovations. I already knew something was up. The space is small what more can they do to it. Well, he told me that we will be getting an email from corporate about what going on and that we will be getting refunds. I did receive an email from corporate that Sunday night telling me another lie about what they're doing and how they plan to reopen in 6 weeks but that we were going to be getting a refund by the end of the week. That was December 15 and today is Jan 16 and I still have yet to receive anything from D1. I have sent emails with no response. I called the Frisco location which is were Corey from Firewheel D1 went to. He told me that refunds had been refunded, but after talking to some the other clients that also attended D1 Firewheel they have not yet received their refund either. I've reached out to corporate no response the number for corporate on the website for immediate assistance goes straight to voicemail. I really thought highly of D1 the trainers were all great. But, the owners they don't care about us. They only care about lining their pockets.
