How do you RSVP for the classes? I've called 4 times, left 2 messages & never received a call back.

Not sure about you but I love myself a deal! I noticed Class Pass was showcasing this place and…read moreI've seen a few of the venues popping up all over DFW. I like that they have lots of options for early morning workouts. They offer a 7 day trial so take advantage for sure!! I did the 6 am class not long ago and it was packed with the regulars. It was athletic conditioning day so we did different stations with TRX, ropes and etc. Lots of bodyweight style reps and a high energy instructor (also great for early mornings so THANK YOU). Nicole was awesome and kept us hype the entire 45 minutes. Every day is a different style of workout and they also have dumbbells and etc. The bouncy floor that helps with impact was also incredible. They were very attentive and the constant pumping you up (is a little over the top lol) is GREAT for a bootcamp beginner. They followed up with me after the workout and even gave me Epsom salt for post workout TLC! If you are in search of major accountability and a fun environment to sweat in definitely check it out. I will for sure be back and can't wait to check out the other locations.

I tried the free trial this week and really enjoyed it! I signed up for a month of membership. The instructors are kind and seek to challenge you. It's a really encouraging environment. I also think it's a pretty good deal. When you pay, you get unlimited access, as opposed to a lot of gyms that offer classes where you pay and get like 8 classes. They offer focus meetings where you can talk about nutrition and any concerns. They also have childcare at most of their classes. They also offer a 5am class which is great because as a teacher I can't go to a 6am. I've really enjoyed this week and I'm excited to keep going!

I have been a CG camper for several months now, and I am ADDICTED! Never thought I would ever say…read morethat about working out but, when you are always surrounded by supportive fellow Campers and AMAZING trainers who always ensure you get an excellent and effective workout, how could you feel any other way? I can honestly say it feels like a family. And there are so many location and time options so no one can use the excuse that it isn't convenient. If you've thought about trying out CG but have been hesitant, DO IT! You'll love it and, if you stick with it, you'll see results! Thank you to all of my CG family for the difference you have made along my health journey!

Don't be fooled. This is not a positive review but I will lead with the good, because we there is…read morealways a positive. Good trainers, good classes, super supportive vibes from the crew. However the business model is the worst. Membership is super expensive for a class which you have to bring your own equipment and is held outdoors. I requested to put my membership on pause during the winter. I have arthritis in one of my knees and when the temps fell to 20 degrees, I decided to keep my workouts indoors. I was unable to put a pause on my membership because I had an outstanding month of dues owed. I was told I was suspended until I paid my monthly dues and that I could not attend classes but my dues will continue to accrue, despite being a month to month. Let that sink in, a month to month contract is not eligible for cancellation because you owe a month of dues and until you pay, the months will continue to accumulate. Seems like the term month to month has no meaning to these people. Well when they finally got my card to go through they charged for all the months owed and argue that I rightfully owed them all those dollars because I didn't cancel my membership. At the end of the day, they offer nothing that any other gym offers at a much lower cost. A hard "no" recommendation from me.

I just want to warn anyone that might be thinking about joining D1 Training....DO NOT!!! I started…read morebring my 2 girls there in June 2024. July we were told that new management was coming that following Monday. I show up Monday no one there lights off doors locked. No explanation try reaching out to D1 no response for about 2-3 weeks. Finally we get a call stating that their new management and they will be starting class back up and that we would have the weeks missed added to the end of the contract. Well everything was fine until December 12 when I get a text message telling me classes were canceled. I called and spoke with Corey and he stated that the facility was going to be closing for renovations. I already knew something was up. The space is small what more can they do to it. Well, he told me that we will be getting an email from corporate about what going on and that we will be getting refunds. I did receive an email from corporate that Sunday night telling me another lie about what they're doing and how they plan to reopen in 6 weeks but that we were going to be getting a refund by the end of the week. That was December 15 and today is Jan 16 and I still have yet to receive anything from D1. I have sent emails with no response. I called the Frisco location which is were Corey from Firewheel D1 went to. He told me that refunds had been refunded, but after talking to some the other clients that also attended D1 Firewheel they have not yet received their refund either. I've reached out to corporate no response the number for corporate on the website for immediate assistance goes straight to voicemail. I really thought highly of D1 the trainers were all great. But, the owners they don't care about us. They only care about lining their pockets.

I'm doing the 6 week group training and it's going great! Halfway which is only three weeks but…read moremobility, flexibility, and strength are on the rise with fat on the decline. Highly recommend D1!
