My ONLY recommendation is to have benches or some type of seating out in the check in area. people who don't like wearing their training shoes to and from their workout can sit and change their shoes. I felt weird sitting on the floor so I balanced and changed shoes standing up. Haha! Walked to the car and changed out of my shoes back into my regular street shoes. I was charged again in September and reached out on 9/8 to cancel but got no response until days later, after the 30-day notice window had passed. I was also advised they had already reached out and I was forward a screenshot but had no email in my inbox so that seemed odd to me. Despite canceling the day the link was provided (9/11)I was charged again in October. The whole process felt intentionally confusing and inconvenient. I kept getting told that I was past the 30 days cancellation but that was due to the lack of communication on F45's part. It's very easy to communicate when you're contemplating becoming a member but extremely hard to get a hold of someone when you wish to cancel. The classes themselves were fine- good instructors and solid workouts- but the billing and cancellation process feels misleading and difficult. Be aware this is a recurring membership that's difficult to cancel and can only be done through a hard-to-find link.

David is so great to work with, will accommodate scheduling as best he can, and really does his research to tailor each workout to my needs and abilities and make the most of every session. Stay very far away from this place. They lie on prices,…read morecharge you randomly for large amount. Make it almost impossible to cancel your stuff when its s simple click of a button. when you do try to cancel they pull out every reason and excuse they can find to make it nearly impossible. Kiran, who is the manager is a scum bag. When I left 3 months ago I asked for them to take my banking information out of the system because I started hearing from other people how they were charging them. She outright refused and said they would do it anyways because I didn't hand write a note and have someone put it in the system. I canceled all my stuff through coach and they fired him the next day before he had the chance to upload anything. That is a them problem not a me problem. She was not willing to work with me on it even when I told her who was handling my stuff. All she said was he got fired and she won't remove my information. Well, 3 months later she made good on her words and they charged my card. Different is, I pay attention to my money and as soon as I saw it I called them to find out the manager was on a 3 hour break. no one called me back so I called my bank and reported it as fraud and it was fixed. This place is truly horrible and Kiran is the absolute bottom of the barrel type of human being.
