Upon checking the status today, the status of "Pending Processing- Payment information has been received" has remained unchanged from the date of the order. My American Express Credit card was charged the same date the order was placed which leads me to believe that the status you are displaying is misleading to consumers. I have called and left 2 voicemails to the 1-800-650-4006 number without a single call back. I expect an update by the end of the business day today.
