We visited this location off of I45 in Spring. We walked into this location to see no one when we…read morecame into the office. We were able to look around their showroom, walk into office / other rooms of the building without the presence of anyone for a good 15 minutes. We finally found Austin Jackson in a back office at his desk. After speaking with him, he mentioned he could not be out that week but could the next week. He asked for a survey of our property. Few days later he finally texted back asking about our availability which he was provided 3 full open days to come out which he never did and ghosted us at that point. This company doesn't care to make money I guess.

The pool which did turn out lovely almost took 7 months to construct and then with in that time line the outdoor kitchen and tile around pool remained issues after everything was constructed. Cody Pools has zero customer service knowledge as they do like to play the blame game and hardly (did I write hardly) I meant never except ownership... no matter how black and white the situation is or now was... Pay the extra 10K or so and go with a company that is definitely less stressful and takes the time to deal with their clients; whom are spending their hard earned money to hire you. Here is Cody pools trying to be clever in a response not realizing that I have parents with a different name than I and I was at the house everyday during this construction. Try again, Mr. Pools as I got the receipts to prove purchase of the frustration our family went through. Like I said beautiful pool but horrid customer service. Case and point

Love this pool! Great prices, clean, and secure with lifeguards on staff. The deep end of the pool…read moregoes to 12 ft deep! Wish the pool had a bigger grassy area for patrons to lounge and sunbathe on towels and blankets. Disappointed that they didnt have proper shower and changing areas in the restrooms. All they had were toilet stalls in the womens restroom. The city only offers two outdoor rinse-off showers for everyone to use. They probably made it bare minimum like that for safety reasons.

We recently took a day off and wanted to take our bikes out for a spin. After hitting Kitty Hollow…read morein Missouri City and Oyster Creek in Sugar Land, we decided to try to find Memorial Park in Sugar Land. Well, Siri had trouble finding Memorial Park. But she did point us to this one. It's an older neighborhood in Sugar Land and it looks like it's been there forever. But it's totally worth finding: - Well maintained bike/jogging trail that goes for a couple of miles - Skate park for the teenage boys in your family - Tennis - Baseball/Softball fields that are well maintained and used by the Little League - Sand Volleyball - A public pool The pool is pretty basic but it ranges from 3 to 12 feet and has 2 diving boards. It's also dirt cheap. Sugar Land residents pay $1 for kids under 18 before 5 and $2.25 for adults before 5, $0.50 for kids/$1.00 for adults after 5. Non residents can use the pool for a little more: $1.25 for kids under 18 and $2.85 for adults before 5, $0.65 for kids and $1.25 for adults after 5. We eventually found Memorial Park in a newer part of Sugar Land. But the pool at City Park is a good option for the summer if you don't have ready access to one in your neighborhood and the trails are well maintained. If your kids are into skateboards, the skate park has shade and looked pretty popular.
