They came out to replace a valve and charged $200. Set the valve incorrectly to 180° turn instead of 90° and installed the valve without the center O-ring gasket causing the valve to leak. They also broke the handle off another actuating valve. They are dodging phone calls for weeks now and still won't acknowledge the problems or come to fix their mistake. This company is completely unprofessional and not worth your time.

We were happy with the price and quality of work. After they did the plaster job, we hired them to do the weekly service, and they have competitive pricing for that. They do a very good job, better than previous comanies did, and they clean out the diatomaceous filter every 6 months, as well as tell us when any kind of equipment repair is needed. After every cleaning, they send me a report by email with details of the pool chemistry plus a photo of how the pool looks, which is very helpful.
