Love their Mediterranean pizza. I've recently moved away and will definitely miss getting pies delivered from here.

Amore's Pizza is ideally placed for where I now live -- close by and easy to get to. Their pizza is affordable, quickly prepared, and the staff seems pretty friendly. The pizza bread is soft but tasty, and their toppings are fresh. That said, though, as pizzas go it's only average fare. Their sauce is nothing to write home about; I can make better myself. The toppings, while fresh, are a bit on the sparse side -- present, but not particularly generous. Also, their pricing structure is a bit weird. A large Hawaiian, as of this review, runs $12.50; a large cheese pizza is $10 with each extra topping costing $1.70. So when I order a large half-Hawaiian, half-pepperoni and sausage, I expect to get charged perhaps $13.40 -- for the more expensive half. Instead, I got charged $14.90. In conclusion, although their pizza's not bad, I've had better and I'll be checking out other nearby restaurants before I go back. read more

I stopped in for a slice of pizza a few weeks ago, and it is by far the best pizza anywhere in the Stoneham area! It's old school pizza, made simple, the way it's supposed to be! The sauce is perfect (not too much, not too little). An the crust is that perfect balance of soft on the inside, crispy on the outside and bottom of your piece of pie! I highly recommend Amore Pizza. Their subs / salads are fantastic as well. Very generous sizes! Check them out, you'll thank me. read more

I decided it to give the place a try after reading the reviews it came up the top most popular pizza place and to my disappointment I won't ever again. The white small pizza (which it was small) it was like frozen chopped spinach in the oven just enough time so it wouldn't be cold and the tomatoes they just cut it and place it on top of it. No flavor to it. I'm not even going to mention the chicken tender!!! For the cost of it I would've gotten better quality for my money- even Domino's would have topped it off for the $$$. My first and last. read more

Love the Amore speciality pizza -- and quick service! Better than the pizza shops in Winchester, in my opinion.

Food is unreal, so fresh! We ordered the fattoush salad and chicken shawarma... Owner is so nice and friendly! Highly recommended!

Fantastic pizza and Mediterranean food. Our first time ordering the food was great but there was an issue with the delivery driver going to the wrong house. The owner, Joseph, personally called me to apologize and offer a discount on my next order. He followed through on that promise the next time I ordered. Great food and great customer service. Amore is my family's new go-to pizza place. read more

Babaganoush - creamy, smoky & delicious! The shawarfel wrap, mixed falafel and shawarma, was so good! Well-balanced with spice, just enough tahini to be creamy but not messy, all wrapped in tender fresh pita. What to get next time??? Yum! read more

I recently moved to the area so this was my first time ordering at Amore Pizza. I was so happy!! My pizza was excellent!! It wasn't greasy, had ample toppings and cheese, wasn't that sloppy soggy bottom, and the crust was so good, crispy not dough-y. Yummy, yummy! Also, the owner and his wife were so friendly and warm and made my first visit enjoyable. There is nothing better than good customer service! I will be ordering there all the time. read more

Friends of ours recommended Amore's for a quick bite on a Friday evening. We had the chance to check out the menu and figured we wouldn't have difficulty finding something for all of us. The atmosphere is your fairly typical "pizza joint".....order at the counter, a couple of TVs, pictures of Italy and the more popular menu items on the wall. That's pretty much where the "typical" ends. The menu features not just pizza, subs, roll ups, salads, pasta, and calzones but a lot of traditional Mediterranean selections that includes fresh steaming-hot pita bread, hot and crispy pita chips, and homemade hummus. I don't know if this is typical but Joseph the owner wouldn't let me pay for our food until after we tasted it. His confidence was well founded. Two in our party had grilled chicken salads. The chicken was tender and moist, and the lettuce was GREEN Romaine, not your typical salad out of the fridge with light green iceberg. My pizza was a crispy thin crust with fresh toppings and the fourth member of our group didn't say too much but he chowed down a large Tuscan chicken sub and finished with a big smile. We were able to land a parking spot right out front but I imagine that parking could be a challenge. All in all Amore proved to be a surprisingly enjoyable experience. read more

Never had a bad experience with these guys. The pizzas are just awesome, consistent and a great prize. I recommend the amore pizza and the breakfast pizza read more

Absolutely amazing pizza spot. I have loved every item that I have tried on the menu. They have everything you could want from a pizza shop and more! Their shawarma, hummus and other Middle Eastern foods are absolutely delicious. Their buffalo chicken calzone, chicken parm sub and specialty pizzas are the best in town! The owner is so friendly and accommodating. If something is not on the menu, he will go out of his way to make it for me. It's a great family run pizza shop. I've been going here for a few years now and I couldn't imagine getting my pizza from anywhere else! Highly highly recommend! read more

Amore Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Stoneham, Massachusetts

My boyfriend and I ordered pick-up from here the other night and everything was amazing. He got the beef shawarma plate and a small Mediterranean pizza and I got the chicken cutlet club sandwich with curly fries. Everything was fresh and super flavorful and ready really quickly. We're definitely putting this place in our take out rotation moving forward. read more

We were craving Mediterranean and found Amore. There isn't many places around this area that serve this food! We ordered falafel, chicken kabob, Kibbe and fattoush salad . was so happy to see they had baba gannoush which was DELICIOUS!! Everything was GREAT! Fresh and very tasty. Will definitely return and try more! Thanks Joseph! read more

See all

I was really impressed with this pizza. It's not soggy, it's not greasy. The crust is not too thin, not too thick. It was cooked just right, had structural integrity (didn't flop and have cheese sliding off as I grabbed a slice). The wings were also good, not too saucy. Definitely will be back for more. read more

Been here twice and the pizza has always been really good. Recommend it if you're in the area and looking for a pizza.

We're visiting from California and decided to stay in one night. Found this place and so glad we did. Absolute delicious!!! Next time we're ever in Massachusetts we'll define be eating here again!! read more

I can't understand how this place gets nearly 5 stars. The pizza isn't good. The crust is very heavy and the sauce isn't anything special. I also got the Caesar salad. It was horrible. The dressing has a lot of vinegar in it. There's hard tomatoes in it and and the bread isn't good either. read more

Just got a cheese pizza delivered from this place for the first time. It will definitely be the last time. Pizza was tasteless, cold and dry. This is why i hate trying new places. read more

First time here, not a fan. Steak bomb was just okay. I would have tried their pizza but they had one in the box that looked about 3 days old. There also no one else in there at noon time on a Friday and for the entire 20 minutes I was there. . I should have taken this as a sign the place wasn't good. I welcome international fto classic American fair but be careful doing to much to an American classic. Won't be back. You know Joseph, it means a lot you actually took the time to respond. I will stop by again and update this post. I appreciate you taking the time and think more business owners should do the same. Thanks read more

Was greeted warmly. I arrived 5 minutes before the estimated delivery time and the sandwich was ready. Customer service was excellent & the guy was funny. The ordering process through yelp was easy. I had the Joe's bomb sandwich which was decently priced for its size and delicious. What more can I say, it was a great experience over all. read more

What a great little neighborhood place! Large menu, very clean kitchen, and very friendly staff. They have great pizza and sandwich/wrap offerings and the food was ready in 5-8 minutes after ordered. I definatey will be back! Try the garlic bread, delicious! read more

I've been living in Stoneham for 14 years and only just discovered Amore this past month. I wish I'd found them sooner, I probably could have saved a lot of time and a bundle on gas since we had to go quite a distance to find decent pizza. We have ordered a variety of pizzas from Amore four times now and each one has been absolutely perfect. Friendly staff, quick order fulfillment, and delicious food that can be counted on... we're now loyal, regular customers. (And bonus: it's a five minute walk so no more driving to get amazing pizza!) read more

This was easily THE WORST experience I have ever had with a food place. I ordered a delivery for my girlfriend and I and after an hour and a half of waiting, I decided to call to see what was going on. The first call got me absolutely nowhere, as the employee just said that the delivery driver would be there shortly and then hung up. After another 20 minutes I called again only to be given the same response and before they tried hanging up on me AGAIN, I said i'd like to speak to the manager. Big mistake as the "manager" was just a rude scum who repeatedly told me I was lying and that I had already gotten the food and ate it. When I said I just wanted my money back the man continued to tell me I was lying and yelling at me. Doesn't seem like he knows what he is doing at all, which is passed down to his workers who were also clueless. read more

We have ordered everything from pizza to specialty sandwiches to salads and apps. Everything has been amazing. The selection is huge. I would absolutely recommend this place for lunch or dinner. read more

I've only ever gotten pizza from them, but it's been fantastic every time. Very reasonably priced, and all the staff I've ever interacted with have been extremely nice. Definitely my new favorite pizza spot. read more

This place has everything, the owner is always going the extra mile to make sure you have great food. The menu has just enough so if you wanted to change it up week to week you can. If there is something you want to change on an order they are happy to accommodate. If you walk in you are greeted with a warm hello, I believe all the food is homemade, the hummus is the best there, I even ordered it by itself! If you get take out they will be happy to deliver it at the time you want (within reason of course). The food is always hot and fresh! I have been trying their shawarma and falafel lately and I might be a little addicted. All around I never have a bad experience and I always keep coming back! read more

Recently moved to the area, after trying several places this one knocked it out of the park!.. Now our go to Pizza place!

Driving by on the highway looking for lunch and followed yelp reviews to the place. Awesome pizza, had 2 slices of pepperoni. Perfect! Great food, friendly people. I will return whenever I come to Boston. Bonus-easy street parking. I love this place. read more

Amore Pizza is great. The pizza is always good, pretty basic but consistent. Where they really shine in my opinion is the Middle Eastern food. I love the Falafel wrap -- I don't know of anywhere else in Stoneham with falafel. The Fattouch salad is outstanding. I've ordered it a million times and the ingredients are always very fresh, and the dressing is delicious. Their hummus and fresh pita bread is good too. They are fast, and I've never had an issue with an order. The owner is super nice, so you can count on getting great service too! read more

This place is amazing, great owner, great food, everything prepped daily. We came in right around closing and the owner took great care of us and was happy to let us stay after hours. If you can ask for the "Lebanese Burger" it's phenomenal. It's off the secret menu and I promise you won't be disappointed in trying it. Great hidden gem in Stoneham square! read more

Really good!! Greek salad was one of the best I have had in a long time. My son loved the steak and cheese - just wished it was bigger. ;) Who doesn't! read more

This is my favorite pizza and sub place! The staff is incredibly friendly and hardworking. We love the Mediterranean Pizza! And we are huge fans of their Steak & Cheese sub sandwiches! Just moved to the area and looked up pizza delivery on Yelp. This place had great reviews, and it took me about 2 minutes to place my order and pay for it using the Yelp app. Let me say the 5 stars on Yelp are well deserved, pizza is delicious! They included one of their menus on the pizza box and we will definitely be trying some of their other stuff. We recently moved here from New Haven, CT which is a place known for their amazing pizza restaurants, we have found our new go to pizza place here at our new home. I was able to customize our order which I always appreciate, and seldomly find and delivery was super quick! read more

definitively our go-to place for take out! I personally LOVE their cheese ravioli & garlic bread (my favorite glutenous splurge after a long day) and their pizzas always hit the spot! Such friendly staff too, always a great experience =) read more

When I told my co-worker to find a shawarma place for lunch and he came back with a link to Amore Pizza, my immediate response was "that name reaallllyyyy isn't a good sign." But then I read some of these reviews and, feeling brave if confused, took a chance. I'm very glad I did. I don't know if this started as a pizza place with a Mediterranean staff, or if it added pizza and then rebranded, whatever. I'm still legitimately confused. But the shawarma was excellent. To top it off, when we showed up and mentioned in passing that the pizza looked good, and maybe we'd come back for pizza, the owner insisted we try it so he comped us free pizza just to convince us of its worth--super nice guy, and the pizza was pretty solid as well. Will definitely be back. What we didn't know and I wish we had: they'll give you 20% off your first online order through their website, and after that they have coupons for $3, $5, or $10 off orders of $15, 25, or 50. (Coupon codes-- 201, 202, 203). Or try Coupon 204 for free wings and fries with a $30 order. Makes an already good place an even better deal. read more

I eat from Amore Pizza at least a few times a week. He has an excellent Buffalo chicken pizza. One of my friends commented that their crust is so good, that they actually eat it! How often does that happen? The hummus is always made fresh by Joe, the owner, and its awesome. He really cares about making the customer happy. I also love their Lebanese food. read more
