Why is this a thing? I don't understand why Jersey Mike's exists, and it's baffling why it seems to be popular. I've been to Jersey Mike's twice and both times were disappointing. I do like to try new things, so I ordered shortly after they opened in my town. I ordered a turkey sub and it was flavorless. The tomatoes were under-ripe, the turkey had no discernible flavor. It was beyond bland. Still, I like to give the benefit of the doubt. Next visit I ordered their equivalent of an Italian sandwich. Same deal. Bland, bad quality ingredients, and worst of all, expensive. I don't understand how it survives in a town with so many great locally-owned sandwich and pizza places. I regret giving them any money, but it was probably on a Sunday when a lot of local places are closed. Even so it was a terrible experience. read more

Patient, friendly and helpful staff. This was my first experience and my children's second visit. We were all happy with our take out sandwiches. The deli tasted fresh. When my kiddos don't complain I call that a win. We got there right on time before the dinner rush which began around 5pm. Even then there were four attentive staff who were all hands on deck greeting customers. This is a decent option over other fast food locations. read more

Unfortunately the quality at this Jersey Mikes has gone way down. Don't know if ordering subs here after lunch is the issue but our order tonight was way off. Bread was hard as a rock, toppings were switched on orders. Not worth driving all the way back to ask them to correct but not sure I want to spend $40 on subs and throw half away. read more

I like the Steak & Cheese subs, sweet onions are nice. I feel like they're expensive, at ~$20 each. Just more than I want to spend at a sub shop. read more

Just a little sub shop for lunch and dinner casual place. Service was excellent and the food was pretty good got a steak and cheese which was delicious and juicy with onions it was really good. read more

This place has gone so downhill it's ridiculous. And it's not just this location, it's every Jersey Mikes recently.. it's very clear there is a company mandate to lessen what goes on subs. Almost $20 for a damn sub and this is what you get? Literally worse than Subway. And they stopped accepting coupons on the app, every single one I try says it's no longer accepted.. combined with shrinkflation = peace out Jersey Mikes. This location is not much bigger than a bathroom stall. Ordered ahead and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes!!! That is impressive but it turned out to be a lie. Took a while to get out of there and was asked to wait in a different line after I told them I ordered ahead. No place to stand without invading someone else's personal space. I will not go there again and recommend that you don't either. Extremely frustrating. read more

Here we go again. I really want to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but this however is getting ridiculous. I ordered a club sub and everything I asked for was right... except for the bacon... there was none. I understand that sometimes your store will run out of ingredients and you cannot offer them, totally fair. But when I walk in and see that your holding pan of bacon is full to the brim... common... it's the first ingredient on the sandwich. I don't even know what to say at this point other than it feels like I'm paying full price for 2/3s of a sandwich. read more

FYI Im a jersey mikes fan in general. This was my first time ordering from this new location. I ordered via the app and picked up an order for takeout. Instead of having the rolls they use for a mini, they cut a regular sub roll really small. Thats fine, not a big deal. The lack of filling in our chicken salad and turkey subs was the only problem. Other locations put an acceptable amount of meat... it was really really light at this location - hardly any chicken salad at all.... Very light on the amount of turkey as well. read more

First experience at a Jersey Mike's. Not sure what all these negative reviews are about. The staff was very friendly. Ordered a regular chicken bacon ranch cheese steak with a couple modifications. They repeated the order back once when ordering and again while preparing to make sure they got everything right. The food was better than expected from a chain restaurant and was still piping hot after returning home to eat it. I thought the sub looked a little small but it was actually very filling! Overall, great customer service and a clean, well maintained cook/prep area. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

We had ordered online before and the food was ok. This time not so much. Horrible experience with service. I ordered at the counter a cold sub and a steak sub. The cold sub was ready after about 5 minutes and I waited and waited and waited for the steak. At least 15 minutes went by and I realized that the people who had just walked in a few minutes ago were getting their steak subs off the grill. So I asked and the kid told me my order was never prepared. No apology, no concern, just a look of "so what". No going back. Put cheese when asked for none on my #43 and forgot extra side of chipotle mayo. Might want to check before you leave. Also barely any tuna on my brother's sub. read more

As one of the other posters mentioned, they do not get orders correct. I am not talking about missing an ingredient - they give you WRONG sandwich. The bag specifically said it should be #65 portabella chicken cheese steak - however I end up with a sandwich with beef in it. I can't eat it and it has to go to waste. Best part, when you call them to tell them they gave you the wrong sandwich - their way to rectify the issue is to put your name on a list to come back for a free sub. How do they keep track of that, and why would I come back to get another sandwich if you are perpetually messing up orders? As someone else mentioned, you need to watch them like a hawk to make sure the order is correct. That is not a good sign. No apologies from them, no accountability to get orders right, and no credit when they mess up. I wouldn't support this business if they keep making mistakes like this. Better slow and accurate versus fast and completely wrong. read more

The food is delicious but customer service is absolutely terrible. My friends and I got yelled at for simply ordering our subs. The worker slammed down the tomatoes when I politely asked for no tomatoes. Made me feel not welcome. The subs are great though. read more

I went in to the Jersey Mikes in Stoneham and asked for just Chicken and bread. The gentleman put a piece of chicken on and then proceeded to give me what he had already started before I walked in. I got it home and done think it was just chicken. The bread was brown and it tasted like there was something on it. it may have been from the grill but I have stomach issues and wanted just chicken. Do I need to ask them to clean the grill first? They are almost on their 3rd strike. The first time I went in and asked for the same thing they gave me cheese. read more

Order accuracy is horrible - ordered a club sub with turkey, ham and bacon - got a roast beef sub with lettuce!!?? I had to add ham and cheese at home. Ordered extra meat on 3 sandwiches, an extra $8 cost and THAT was ignored - they were the emptiest, flat subs I've ever seen. And fresh bread???? Give me a break - my sub roll was hard on the ends. This place just opened, I've been 4 times since they did. Twice they screwed up my order, don't take your eyes off of them! Thursday night I went in at 8:30pm, I thought they were open to 10pm, my bad. One person identified himself as the manager and complained because I came in so late because he had cleaned off the grill. He didn't want to dirty it up again. Why are they in business again? He told me they close at 9pm, I honestly didn't know that. Didn't care either! This shop is a 15 minute drive for me so I wanted what I came for, a hot sub. I got it but they screwed it up from the way I ordered it. The mgr. seemed pissed off I came in so late. If they want to close at 8:30pm they should lock the door and turn off the lights and CHANGE THE HOURS ON THE DOOR! The mgr went on to complain about how they had things so hard working there because customers give them a hard time.. to me, like I care. I pointed out he's getting paid, complaints are a bonus, bedside he's getting complaints FOR A REASON that starts and ends with HIM!!! As long as that guy is the manager at that Jersey Mike's they are going to get plenty of complaints, I don't expect they last long at this location, the customer base isn't going to stand for it, myself included! If none yet, let me be the first! The mgr. at the Jersey Mike's in Stoneham MA needs a new job, if indeed he was the manager. In place of complaining I was there he should have thanked me for my business, something no one at this store has done on any of my 4 visits. They get one more chance to prove that they are worth my time and money. After that I write their corporate office a letter after I get names of management if possible. I truly hope corporate or the owners of this franchise see this report. I know you just opened but your employees have a bad attitude starting from management on down! read more
