Only problem is that I only got pepperoni on half.  The same (incompetent) server from my previous post said "it's probably underneath the cheese".  I politely explained that there was no pepperoni on that side and it wouldn't make sense that half was on top and half was underneath. What a delightful spot! Everything about this was a great experience. Nice decor, very clean, good waitress. And the food!! Italian. To die for!! Our first time there and it won't be the last. The food is made on the spot. All fresh and soooo delish! Varied menu with pizza, Stromboli, calzones, and wraps, plus entrees that are Italian specialties. Can't wait to return and you should go too! It was a wonderful surprise - Rt. 210 construction makes it a bit hard to access but it's worth making the effort. Hopefully, that road will get finished sooner than later so this restaurant can attract many more visitors. Waitress told us it was SRO before construction began and I can believe that. They need to get that road done soon! Meanwhile, they serve indoors plus there's pick-up and free delivery most days. Closed on Mondays. Go. Just moving into the neighborhood and stopped in for lunch. Hubby and I shared a 14" pepperoni pizza. We're from New York originally and appreciate a good, crispy, thin crust. Amore Mio delivered! The pizza could have used a little more pepperoni, but the sauce was great and the cheese was good quality and the right proportion. We will definitely come back to try the entrees. read more

HONEST REVIEW - Cheap quality & expect Tips Went here because of convince. I got Ziti with salad which was OKAY not great. Good at best but definitely not a delicious place to eat at. Everything looks and tastes like homemade like boiled wet noodles with cottage cheese spread and sauce dumped on top. It's good, not fantastic including the pizza. Read the other reviews, it's true they spread the crust and toppings so thin to save money and burn the bottom for $19! My issue is with the women at check out. Your customer service is terrible. We come in, make an order, I ask for olives on my salad and get told "there's no way for the system to charge me extra money to add olives, so I can't have that".. then at signing the receipt you ask for a tip? HA. When food is ready 20 minutes later you visibly show anger at me on my way out because I was taking 4 extra napkins yelling from the register you put napkins in my bag. MA'AM. You placed 1 single sorry thin napkin in my bag. Absolutely disgusting cheap place where quality is NOT worth the prices. Go to Olive Garden for $25 with free bread & delicious taste. read more

We are from out of town visiting family. Ordered a large cheese pizza that we requested to be crispy as one of the order options. Pizza was not crispy. Overall a decent crust. The sauce had a very off flavor that was bitter. Not sure if this was a bad batch of sauce or if this is the norm. Regardless, can't see how Amore can remain in business serving such inferior product. read more

We saw the 'Pizza' flags waving each time we passed and decided to give Amore Mio a try. Being from NYC and recently moved to the area, I didn't get my hopes up too much, only because we have been disappointed with several other so-called pizzeria's in the area. I do have to say that the pizza at Amore Mio will not disappoint. You can taste the quality ingredients in the sauce, cheese, etc. We met the owner Dennis while we were there and he was a real gentleman and stand up guy. The interior is very nice and cozy, although the walls are missing a picture or two of Frances Albert Sinatra, but I'm sure those will be displayed sooner or later since his songs and other Italian favorites were playing continuously throughout or meal. We will return to try more pies and the Hot Heros. read more

We had a dinner party and some friends offered to bring Italian food from Amore Mio Pizzeria on 210 in St John's County. Wow! What incredible pizza! Loved the assortment but mainly loved the really fresh, quality ingredients. It was no ordinary pizza! The pizza was followed by the most delicious Tiramisu and Cannolis that any of us had ever eaten! Both were homemade and again, with quality ingredients. I don't think I have ever actually licked a pan in my life but I did that one! Give Amore Mio Pizza a try! You will be happy you did! read more

Mediocre pizza at best. The owner has the worst customer service. I recommend Miei Amici Pizzeria and Jenk's Pizza.

Pizza is good and delivery is timely. Staff has been attentive when we call. Would recommend.

The dining room was nice t impressive. Menu is a little on the pricey side. Pizza was phenomenal, really fresh.

I'm sad to read the reviews bc we want this place to survive based on location convenience. We have ordered here twice. The pizza has been OK. The first time we did to-go & my husband said the place was very smoky inside. They also forgot our salad dressings. Second order was delivery and we appreciated that it was on time, however we paid for extra cheese and there was barely any cheese and barely any crust. We are simple people who usually just order cheese for our toddlers. Please thicken your crust a tad and add extra cheese, so we're eating something! We will give you one last try! I am from Jersey so I am extremely picky on what ' good pizza' is. It is hard to find a good slice here in Florida, but Amore Mío Pizzeria did not disappoint! The pizza tasted just like home. It was so so good! We got a pie half mushroom half sausage and pepperoni and it was devoured very quickly. Also very quick service- only took 15 min to make the pie!
