The time we went was on a weekend probably around 2:00 p.m. and there was a few other people in there but there's no excuse why to have such dried out pizza since you are paying a higher price for it on the weekend and expect nothing but the best service no matter what time of day you are there. From being at other Stevie B's I noticed they did not have any pretzel bites ok no problem. That may only be the one in Covington GA that does it, but they have done it several times with different servers, so I am convinced its a policy or directed by the manager. Another thing, from what was mentioned to me by a server who asked me to pay for the meal early and she would still serve me, the servers get dinged if the person is at the table more than 29 minutes, so they have a big incentive to brow beat and avoid your eyes for refills hoping you will leave.
