Food is always good. My favorite is lemon pepper wings. Just a quick spot to grab and go because they only have outdoor seating.

The service we received was still good, though. Our server was attentive and gave good recommendations. I ordered the salmon sliders and fries which were great (picture attached).

Upon entering the restaurant, the ambiance was very nice, and it gave a "grown and sexy" vibe. First off let me say that our waitress, (I won't say her name) wasn't attentive AT ALL. The only thing she did was take our order. She never checked on us, she wasn't the one who brought our food....nothing. I even put my empty glass on the corner so she would see it and just automatically re-fill it...nope. I had to get her attention and ask for a refill! Very disappointed about that. Now, on to the food. I had the lambchops, w/ veggies and a side of corn. The lambchops were delicious, but small. Whatever the veggies were, were very tasteful and seasoned to perfection! I also like the taste of the corn. My husband had a steak. He got it well done, but it came out w/ too much pink for his liking, so he sent it back to be cooked more. It came back out, just right and was seasoned well. There is also a D.J. that played the best music. It wasn't too loud either, which was a PLUS!! I will mos. def be returning in the near future. Try it for yourself!

First the good...the 3 stars were for our waitress Bella! She was awesome. Fast, sweet, friendly,…read moreattentive. She was an example of excellent customer service. Now, the not so good....Food: frozen pizza with canned sauce and they just top the frozen pizza with your choice of toppings. Parmesean and pepper flakes come in pre packaged servings ,(like for take out). The medium pizza is really just a "personal" size pizza. We decided to try the lemon pepper wings. They were crispy, very salty, but, they too, started as frozen. 1 order is 6 Wings. Flavors were just mediocre and the dressings were prepackaged dressing. Metal plates, plastic cups and disposable plastic utensils in sealed plastic. Cocktails were strong and good but served in small disposable plastic cups. Music was upbeat and loud. I think it would be fun to come here for a few drinks with friends and listen to music and maybe play a few games or watch a game on their big TV's. 6 wings, personal pizza with 2 toppings and 4 drinks before tip was $80.

I got there pretty early, so it wasn't too crowded yet, which I actually liked--it gave off a chill, relaxed vibe. I had a honey margarita and a frozen lemonade--both were super refreshing. I also ordered a pizza, and everything was freshly made and seriously delicious. If you're just looking for a quick bite, especially pizza, or something to sip on without the pressure of a formal setting, this is the place. They had karaoke going, which made the night even more fun, and they were even giving out free drinks! That definitely added to the good energy. I'd absolutely go back again. If you're into frozen drinks, casual vibes, and solid food, it's worth a visit.

My wife and I…read moredecided to pop in last week....later in the evening with about an hour left on their open sign. Grabbed a table, got the menu....made our orders (lasagna for me; chicken parm for the bride) and settled while the kitchen was making food....freshly made food. Foremost...the place is homey. The people that I saw there and coming in behind us were uniformly blue collar; leathered gloves types that were hungry. Hard workers with an appetite. Almost every one were there right from work; on the way home from work....or already back home to pick up their wife to go out for dinner. Nothing pretentious about the place....these guys aren't into Italian decorations and knick knacks, they came for the food. They all looked happy and they all left looking content. They all took their hats off when they came in the door and when the food arrived; they all said grace. Tough guys like it homey, clean and good. Ditto for us. The salad with the meal was...ice cold; fresh tomatoes just cut, a helping of cheese and peppers with a wonderful vinagrete dressing. Small things speak volumes....the salad is alway the first indicator for us. The food came out just perfect and with the warning about not touching the baking dish as it was very hot. Myself....I've heard that warning many times...and touching the dish proved that the server was wrong. Not here. Just like it needs to be....hot enough to sizzle and finish cooking down the food even while off of the fire or out of the ovens. Our waitress wasn't lying...unlike other places that tell the servers to say that line to offset any premise of liability. Our gal was shooting straight with us. The food was wonderful and the surroundings were both clean and polished; table was cleaned and washed down after each patron left as were the seats before being put back into place. Why did Atlanta Pizza & Gyro survive while most of the restaurants around this area have closed down and now sitting vacant? It would include all of the above....good food, welcome and homey seating areas, friendly folks working each table, great food at a very reasonable price....and everything was fresh, cold or hot with clientele that enjoy a good meal with their families and can find it right here at this location that survives and thrives each downturn by having just the right ingredients for their food and accommodations for all. The boss has the recipe for success in a very tough business. We'll be back.

Didn't have to lose my parking space, a recent Chicago transplant I was dying for a good gyro. I got there and it was fairly busy during lunch. Good sign. I looked over the menu and saw they had Italian beef. If you know a Chicagoan, this seemed like the holy grail of Atlanta restaurants. Italian beef sandwiches and gyros are 2 of Chicago's biggest and loved sandwiches. I go with the Italian beef with cheese and hot peppers. I get back to the office and sit at my desk, opened my food, and was so disappointed. This definitely wasn't it. My first clue was asking the cashier about the sandwich and her really having no clue of what it was. There was more bread than meat. The flavor wasn't there and the gravy/au jus wasn't hitting either. It was just a skimpy roast beef sandwich. I let a couple of coworkers try it and they weren't feeling it either. I just threw it out. If the owner sees this, I would recommend sourcing your Italian beef from a brand that specializes in it out of Chicago. You can find it at GFS or Sysco. Look for Vienna brand, Scala's, Ditka (the food company of the former Bears coach Mike Ditka), or Buona beef. Also, don't skimp on the sandwich. It's pretty much just meat and bread with optional toppings. Just saying put some respect on the sandwich. It's also made on good fresh French bread. I haven't been back after that. It was also the last Italian beef I tried in the Atlanta area. If you make a hot roast beef sub, that's great, but don't call it Italian beef.

There were two young ladies working the front counter. Both were wearing gloves, but instead of handling food with professionalism and care, they were laughing, playing around, and repeatedly checking their phones with the same gloves they were using to prepare and handle customers' food. That is not only unprofessional -- it is unsanitary. Gloves are meant to protect the food from contamination, not to become a tool for spreading it. What made it worse was that they clearly saw me standing there and continued the behavior as if it was normal practice. It did not appear to be a one-time mistake. It looked routine, which raises serious concerns about management oversight and food safety standards at this location. The following day, I called the store to speak with the General Manager to address the issue properly. The manager who answered the phone had an extremely nasty attitude and hung up on me mid-conversation. That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Food service requires accountability, professionalism, and basic hygiene standards. If those expectations cannot be met, customers will understandably lose trust. I hope ownership takes this review seriously and implements better supervision and training before someone gets sick or the business reputation suffers further.
