Their sales staff and phone operators are hands-down the rudest people I've encountered in any customer service role. Condescending attitudes, short and snappy responses, zero patience, and zero willingness to actually help solve problems. It's like they're annoyed that you're even calling or showing up in person. we decided to give them one more chance, thinking maybe things had improved. Big mistake. Same rude treatment, same incompetence, same total disregard for the ocustomer. Never again. Avoid Ferguson if you value basic courtesy and competent service. There are plenty of other suppliers who will treat you like a paying customer instead of an inconvenience. 1 star only because I have to pick something.

I am a director of a local vocational school and was highly impressed how Cisco and Fua were very respectful of our student atmosphere, and made sure that the appliance they installed and was working properly (which Cisco reviewed with me) before leaving. When another customer interrupted, she did a great job of juggling us both. When we were done, she also offered a few more ways she could help me select and order appliances. I had just come from Fergusons to see their appliances, and was surprised and delighted to get much better customer service at Home Depot. Thanks Alina!

I always find it truly interesting about how people say negative things about the Home Depot. Why?…read moreBecause it really doesn't matter which Home Depot you go in to, they're all pretty much exactly the same. Yes, some are a little bit larger than others, but they all carry the same selection of great construction and home design based stuff. Whether you're in there looking for lighting equipment, power tools, gardening items and plants, or wood to build that whatever it is you want to build, you're going to find it here. What is there to complain about? In terms of pricing, they're very competitive with whatever marketplace your looking at. They sell things for a very reasonable price. So, if you're looking for that whatever, you pretty much know you're going be able to find it at the Home Depot, and you know you're gonna be paying a fair price for it. This location is situated right off of Highway One. I find this a great location, because you can just hop right off the highway, walk into the store, get whatever you need, and then jump right back on Highway One. You can't ask for more than that. Overall, from all my experiences here, the staff here have always been super nice. Nothing to complain about there. Thus, if you need what Home Depot has to offer, and you're in the area, this is the perfect place to go and buy it.

In the end though, I got the item I needed and I was able to fix my dishwasher. When you walk into this business it is like walking back into time. You don't see stores like this anymore. It's has motors and parts all over the store. If they don't have it, they can definitely get it for you. My fist order went as smooth as silk. Got my order in 1 day. My advice is be patient and appreciate this store. I have lived in the Monterey County area for over 30 years and there is not another store like this anywhere.
