Guido is an experienced, creative designer with excellent taste who thinks outside the box. He went with me to pick my stone and backslash even offering to drive me to the Bay area for more choices. Victoria did all the 3D plans in order that my non-3 demential brain could see exactly what the space would look like, as well as the plans to submit for a permit. Guido and Victoria helped me pick and buy appliances, which is not easy these days. Every detail was handled including buying hardware. They even purchased for me so I got discounts. Same rude treatment, same incompetence, same total disregard for the ocustomer. Never again. Avoid Ferguson if you value basic courtesy and competent service.
