Sean is incredible, he seems to be able to fix anything, he is prompt and makes himself available when you need him - even on the weekend - when most things break. :-) He fixed our washer, replacing a belt, the bladder and a spring, had to make two trips to our house but still, the bill was very reasonable. He is polite, hard working, we really can't say enough good things about him. A week after he fixed our washer, our dishwasher stopped draining, so Sean came out on a weekend, determined the issue, ordered the part and return within a couple of to fix it. Again, the bill was reasonable. If you have an appliance that is not working, before spending money on a new one - please call Sean. He will probably be able to fix it and save you time and money and prevent a fixable appliance from going to the landfill! read more

Sean is awesome! We called due to a burning rubber smell coming from the dryer and he was able to come out within 24 hours on a weekend. He quickly disassembled it, completely cleaned out the interior and vacuumed up dust and lint, replaced the cracked belt, tightened up the rollers for the drum, and showed us each step of the process while explaining everything clearly. He even found a seam in the exhaust pipe that wasn't properly sealed and was able to repair that as well. He took the time to level the dryer AND our washer, which were both wobbly before. Sean went above and beyond.. We lost power for 4 days over Christmas.. Our 2-year-old Frigidaire double oven, which was out of warranty, got zapped when the power came back on, and the screen went black. Sean came over and diagnosed the problem. He came back and installed the user interface board.. bada bing, bada boom! So far so good.. and he didn't charge an arm and a leg. ..Also, no loud cursing...Sean is a good guy, and we'd love to see him get more customers. He's a one-man biz, no middle man. read more

Sean was able to come out the same day and quickly diagnose the problem to our dryer making a whining noise. He discovered our toddler put one of his socks past the lint trap door which got sucked into to blower motor and was causing the sound. I called and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning for 10:00 am. My refrigerator was leaking out the bottom, our model had the drawer freezer on the bottom. He arrived on time, spent about 1.5 hours working on the fridge. When he was done he cleaned up everything and wrote me a receipt. Our oven stopped working right before Christmas. Sean came out and diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and then came back on the weekend to get us back up and running. He was very communicative, provided us with options and his rates were extremely reasonable considering the work that needed to be completed. Our dryer was making a horrible noise when it started running and we weren't sure it was something we could handle ourselves. Having had a bad experience with another appliance repair company, we were hesitant to try another. I am so glad I called. I've used Sean twice now for assistance with my appliances. First time, my stovetop wasn't working, I called a few places that couldn't come out on a Saturday or they were going to charge an additional fee. I called Sean and he came out right away and resolved the issue. The second time I had him come out, again on the same day, to look at my Sub Zero refrigerator that was making a loud buzzing sound. He correctly diagnosed the issue as being a bad freezer compressor and made his recommendations on how to proceed. I ended up replacing the refrigerator and he came back out to remove the custom cabinet covers off of the old refrigerator so that I could try to reuse them. Overall, he is very helpful, professional and is quick to respond. If he doesn't know something or can't help, he will let you know upfront without wasting time or money. Sean is awesome! Any job/task that I've asked him to do he has tackled it. He thoroughly thinks things through and completes the job in a professional manner. Sean is also very trustworthy. I've left him to do work and have come back with everything finished and cleaned up. The thing I most appreciate about Sean is that he will not attempt to do jobs that are over his head. Instead of trying to figure it out as he goes he lets you know what he can do and what he can't do. In the end this saves time and money.
