My husband did an impossible job at you place three times!…read more should have been twice, but he forgot to do one vehicle and had to come back You told me on the phone you would have 2 canopy's I offered your husband the use of a 10' canopy, he looked up and said "no" nope didn't happen , we agreed that we would tint 2 at your place and 2 at our home. you said that but I said " no" because I have canopies that you said were necessary. You said you paid for the 3 truck but did not I did apparently you don't talk to your husband I paid him in cash and I have a video of me handing something which was the amount he and I agreed on..., we did not agree to the 3 third truck being tinted on Saturday because we had a job at our house at 1 m. We apologized for no reason you never said anything to this effect and came to do your truck on Sunday before our scheduled Sunday appointment !! it was your fault as you never did the second truck that I already had paid for When your truck was really scheduled for as our agreement on the phone. ! Plus we tinted your truck with out being paid he was paid in cash had to move the garbage pails to open the doors and all the stuff in the truck put everything back. wrong, he moved the truck forward and left the keys in the visor as is your policy as you only di the two outside doors Monday you contacted me just hours before your appointment saying we can't tint your truck unless we come to you. Once again we had to remove everything around your truck no canopy a full strip and re tint with your truck packed with crap wrestling the wind !! you were advised that I did not have time to empty the truck the video I sent you says other wise no or little wind Do you think it might be stressful!! We left in a hurry because my father in law was found unresponsive and the hospital was wanting love ones to cone day their last goodbyes. So if you feel justified by this huge inconvenience of the one razor blade that would not have been there if you would not have been walking in an area that you had no business being in ( please watch video) and your truck not being put back you do you. Our family is heartbroken at the moment and don't need this BS. sorry for your loss but since you tend to exaggerate I tend not to believe you.............. and you left a lot of scrap window tinting in the back of my truck which I took pictures of........ I wonder if there was an injury, due to your negligence with a discarded razor blade and my puppy who almost stepped on it would I be able to sue you? the wind would not have blown a razor blade 7 feet behind my truck, the video shows you right there, https://ring.com/share/401965dc-ac09-462f-ac5e-9e9de902c904 leading me to believe you dropped it, as the first part shows you picking up debris , while you were on the phone ...... really are you serious? While the work seems to be ethical , you and your abusive husband ( Listen to the videos) are not....... there were four cameras on you... you husband did two vehicles in 75 minutes and it should have been 3, this is his fault not mine for the return trip on Sunday, the work I paid for was not done he told me it would only take 20 minutes to do the vette , which was almost done before I left, two windows.... three windows in the 2000 truck which was empty and two windows in the 2003 truck which was not empty but when doors are opened, is completely accessible and I agreed for him not to do the rear window. you were made aware the the 2005 which I did not have unloaded the video also shows your husband abusing my truck with some kind of hose https://ring.com/share/a14674f9-d9f5-4c4a-92e8-de001af48fe1 and throwing a box with glass in it in the back of my truck. luckily, nothing was broken.... https://ring.com/share/df6c354e-0646-4198-88bc-920b1d0b0f57 as soon as I get the w-9 I will Zelle the money to you as I promised copy and paste the ring videos for the full effect.....

I reminded him (the owner) what he quoted me, and he tries to negotiate before eventually settling on $10 above what he quoted. I want to note that I am a woman, and fully believe this place will take advantage of you if you don't clock them on their shit. When I was leaving, he literally told me to save $1 a day so I could afford a yearly windshield replacement. 1) Unless you drive a lot, you shouldn't need a yearly windshield replacement. 2) He quoted me $100 MORE for my next windshield replacement, telling me it'd be $365 when for my car (and the increase in prices due to tariffs) should be no more than $200-250. Do NOT go to this place. Unknown to me, my sister took her car to him for a tire rotation earlier in the year where he charged her for the service he never even did!!! Our brother took a look at the papers she was given showing the "service" and went down there with her. It's because of him that she was able to get a refund. They literally charged her for a service they didn't provide, and it's only thanks to my brother who knows cars that he was able to call the owner out and they immediately gave her a refund. Immediately. Which means they know what they did and they acknowledge they tried to scam her. Takeaway: This establishment WILL charge you through the roof if you don't know your shit. I will not be back.
