I correct the reservation because the time was still available, but when I get to the UHaul counter they have my drop off location incorrect. I provided sufficient information to the gentleman on the phone and he seemingly recorded it. The attitude of the assistant at the counter was deflective and negative, when I told them that they put in my drop off location wrong, they called the appropriate department and told them I incorrectly set my drop off location. I have no problem awaiting my turn...Julie is totally worth the wait. Been here for Livescans, Notary & Passport services, shipping and just gift shopping...never had one bad experience. The Post Stop sets the customer care bar so high...FEDEX, UPS and DHL need to charter a plane just to see it. Zero room for improvement. The Post Stop is a special place.
