I was quoted for moving out of my 1 bedroom apartment into a new house, and was told it would be 3-4 hours. It ended up being 7 hours of work. The guys who moved everything were nice dudes but horrifically slow at packing and moving things to the truck. Not to mention they took numerous breaks, which I've never seen from movers before. I never mind normally scheduled 10-15 min breaks and of course a lunch, but there were 4-5 breaks plus their lunch. They also packed things poorly, missing pieces of lamps, remotes for tvs and other items as well. At the end they were very pushy for a tip as well. Go elsewhere for your moving service, there are plenty of actual professional companies who will not bait and switch you with the guys moving. Update: The company reached out and provided an excellent response and rectification for the move. They were truly understanding and went the extra mile to make it right. They do a great job ensuring that you exit feeling heard and treated fairly.

They are amazing. Bruno, Carlos and Triston arrived early and were so efficient with their time. They handled our belongings with care and made sure to wrap furniture that needed to be wrapped. They made sure that the each TV was transported in a tote and made sure that the TVs were all on their stands and in working order before they left. They even went above and beyond and fixed the legs on a couple of dressers that have been damaged for years. We have used a couple other moving companies in the past few years and Movers Best is by far the best one. They are very professional, friendly and extremely efficient. If anyone needs movers, Movers Best is my recommendation.

Carlos x2 and Bruno called me when they were about 20 minutes out from arrival, they worked efficiently and were extremely respectful of property and all items we were moving. They took direction well, were beyond professional and courtesy and truly made the experience an enjoyable one. Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! Asking friends to help wasn't an option as I'd burnt several bridges the previous weekend by failing to attend a social event. That's when i knew i needed professional help. Naturally for an important task like this i vetted several companies but with their transparent pricing and glowing reviews, Trek Movers secured the contract. The big day arrived and at 9am sharp the moving truck rolled through the security gates at Eaves, which surprisingly were actually working that morning. Out jumped the guys, like an Eastern European swat team and after a few waivers were signed absolving them of any and all blame if they broke anything, they were straight to work. It was time for me to put my feet up and let these moving magicians do their thing but I'd barely finished my 3rd extra hot flat white at the local coffee shop when i got the text saying they were all loaded up! Back to the family home we went which luckily was free of any family members that afternoon. I directed traffic like a prime Jose Mourinho; pointing, whistling, at times chastising, but doing it all with the full respect of the team. Before i knew it we'd achieved our goal and they had unloaded and ultimately reassembled all the furniture in the rooms of my choosing. Nothing damaged. Nothing left behind. I could scarcely believe we'd done it. It was the kind of experience that almost made we want to run off again just so we could see if we could beat our time. And you know what? I think we bloody could. This is the only moving company you'll ever need.

Then - as i began to look for things I had a cracked chair, missing items from various rooms and a wheel from a file cabinet substituted for a balled up piece of cardboard with tape under one side. It fell over while I was adding items in the bottom drawer. Not a good experience. I would have expected to be told of this missing piece but was not.I have spoken to Eric along with many emails. I have been told they are looking for my items but with the holidays it has taken some time for any results. I am going to give Stressless a few more days with hopes the items will be returned n my broken chair will be replaced. Stressless please do the right thing.
