These guys were recommended to me by our real estate agent, and from the first phone call, I was very impressed by the quality of the customer service. The business owner was able to answer all my questions, made it super easy for me to make arrangements for them to come to our house, and best of all, Michael, who did the junk removal absolutely deserves 10 stars read more

super nice staff and so fast! I call them all the time and they are able to accommodate within just a couple days!!! :)

Wow! Just wow. These junk removal folks are great! Tim is very polite on the phone and professional. They got me an invoice and a receipt almost immediately. In addition, they were exactly on time, and they were able to squeeze in my junk removal same day which I really appreciated. And the pricing structure is exactly as it is quoted on the website. There are no hidden fees or add ons, just perfectly transparent pricing. I was also seriously impressed by how fast they worked. It was like blink and you'll miss it! One moment my junk was there, the next - poof, gone. Left the place looking spick and span. So if you've got junk you need gone yesterday, give these guys a call. They're solid, fast, polite, and fair. Couldn't ask for more! read more

I had a garage opener motor and rail that I didn't know how to get rid of. At first, I called one of the big junk hauling businesses locally and they quoted me over a hundred dollars (maybe because they're one of the most popular ones, that they up-charge for the same service). Then I used yelp to find Toss it and asked them for a quote. I'm really glad I contacted Toss it because they gave the best quote out of the 5 businesses I messaged. I definitely recommend Toss it to anyone who needs to get rid of their junk and doesn't know where to start. Thank you to Tim and Michael for providing excellent service. read more

Toss it was quick to respond and the price was very reasonable versus other haul companies that contacted me. I highly recommend Toss it and would hire them again with no hesitation. Mike contacted us personally to see if Toss it could come sooner than our schedule appointment. How could we at no! Especially because we needed the couch gone ASAP. He was so kind! What a great team Toss it has!! Thank you again! read more

Super rad company always shows up on time, but usually early, which is great, they clean up and offer to pick up other things. I didn't notice we use them probably 5 to 6 times during the course of our construction/remodel of our house would definitely use them again if ever needed. Michael was super attentive, and the owner came one time and he was great as well. read more

Have used them 3 times now. Fast, friendly, efficient, and fair priced. I would very much recommend if you need a junk pickup service.

These guys were awesome! We called them up for a last minute pickup, and they came within an hour. They originally told us they'd show up later on in the afternoon, but they ended up calling asking if they could come earlier, which worked out great for us. The guys worked hard and got the job done quickly. read more

Update: 1/2020: Toss It has provided my family with outstanding customer service on two more occasions since my first review. Their quality and consistency are stellar. I would continue to highly recommend this service. I have only had one experience with Toss It but it was very positive. I contacted Toss It for a small-ish job of very bulky furniture and household items. They responded right away via phone and text; communication was quick, easy, and they gave an accurate pricing quote, and did exactly what they promised, exactly when they said they would do it for a bit less than the quote. I would recommend Toss It for your junk hauling and household disposal needs and I plan to use this service again. read more

After cleaning out the garage, we had a ton of stuff to get rid of so I hopped on Yelp, read some reviews and decided to call Tim. Tim picked up immediately, had very affordable and straight forward pricing and came the next morning to pick everything up. His guys were on time, friendly, courteous of neighbors (could of easily blocked their driveway but made sure they had room to get out), and efficient. Having hired 800-got-junk and other junk removal companies in the past... Tim & his team are far superior, more affordable, and way easier to get ahold of. Will recommend to anyone/everyone needing to get rid of their junk. read more

I highly recommend Toss It for any junk removal project. Michael was always on time and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. I've used Toss It three times now and plan on calling them again soon! Their pricing structure was clear and affordable. read more

We called several different places for removing 2 couches and this one was definitely a winner in all aspects! Awesome customer service plus great price! Tim was super friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend using Toss It. read more

Michael was amazing. So hard working, excellent customer service and very willing to help. The only down side was the pricing quote. Full truck was $400 which was a fair price, they needed to make a 2nd trip, but did not explain that would be a 2nd full load fee. We don't disagree with the fee, but would recommend that be explained up front. I would recommend them based on price and service read more

I'm moving & realized at the last minute that we couldn't take a lot of our stuff as it wouldn't fit in our pods. Confession: I called CR&R on a Friday & reserved a dumpster for Monday only bc they wouldn't provide same-day service. With my pods getting picked up early Sat, I didn't want my junk sitting on our driveway over the weekend. Bc I wanted same-day pick-up, I checked yelp & started with the first listing for junk removal. They didn't take my call so I left a message with them along with messages with the 2nd & 3rd listing. I had also left a message with a friend who is in the biz. Tim was the ONLY one who called me right away. In my opinion, TOSS IT, should be the NUMBER ONE CHOICE bc Tim was the only one who called me back before I could even leave a message. Tim called me back right away & offered same day service which is what I was looking for. He was at my home within a couple of hours! He texted to let me know his ETA to ensure I was home. He took everything on my driveway plus a few extra things that I found as I was cleaning up. I definitely recommend Tim & Toss It for all your junk removal needs, Tim is your guy! I will definitely recommend him to my friends & fam who may need his service. I wouldn't hesitate for a second if I need stuff moved again in the future. A GAZILLION THANKS TO TIM & TOSS IT!!!!' read more

Toss It just cleared out my rental property where the tenant had to be evicted and he walked away from the property leaving it a disaster. Three trips to the dump. Michael was wonderful! Fast, efficient, hard working with a smile on his face. I got bids from three different companies and Toss It came in much lower than the other two. Michael was referred to me by a realtor friend who has used him several times. I highly recommend Toss It and Michael!! read more

Toss It is the best junk removal service in Orange County! The guys that came by were awesome :) Tim responded quickly to my request for a quote and was able to get his team to our house in Dana Point the morning that I needed it to happen. They have a ample sized trailer for hauling junk and the guys were strong enough to handle my heavier items (old oven, solid wood desk, etc). They were polite, worked quickly, and even swept the garage floor after removing our junk! I was pleasantly surprised by that and am keeping their number on hand for next time that I need junk removal services. read more

Hi!! I found Tim because of an actual hand written note he left on my porch. I had a bunch of household "stuff" i was going to get rid of on my driveway. I'm sure the neighbors loved it, but I was doing a big clean out!! He was a God send because I was thinking I would have to order a dumpster. His note came at the perfect time. I called the number, after I checked the ink to make sure it was really hand written, lol, and he picked up my crap the next day. He was so accommodating, and user friendly!! Whaola!! Junk is gone!!! Just that easy!! I've since used his service again, and the same great service was really appreciated!!! Thanks Tim!! They had me at the hand written sweet note, his fiancé helps with those!! Great touch!! read more
