My apartment office was very hard to work with. I asked how much it would be if I left the furnitures inside the house instead of calling someone to move it out for us a month in advance, and they did not give us an estimate until the last day! When I found out the price, I called around to find some other places who can do it for us cheaper than what the office had offered. I called several places, but I was blown away with HAULNJUNK's customer service and how professional they were with their business, so I decided to go with them. They were packed for the day (because I did not set up an appointment earlier), but Rolly said that he can squeeze us in and would go himself if he has to, and he did! Tracy called me to confirm the schedule, and they even sent me a text reminder in prior to their arrival. Rolly and Tracy finished very quickly and professionally; I have no complaints! I got my quote from Rolly through Yelp - the initial price estimate he gave me was in line with others I got... but as I was providing more details, his estimate was the only one that didn't start creeping up with every word I said. Also, a lot of his competitors seemed extremely inconvenienced by my asking for information, and I got the feeling that all of their estimates would skyrocket as soon as they were inside my home and I was without other options.
