Hired Platinum Bucket for a small junk removal job. I was able to enter information and upload a picture on the website. I got a call within the hour with an estimate and a next day appointment. Two guys with a truck came on time, removed the junk, were paid via invoice and Apple Pay, and were gone within five minutes! A job well done and I would highly recommend! read more

We recently had to clear out my late uncle's home in Laguna Woods Village, a unit that had been unoccupied for two years due to probate delays after his passing. The place was in rough shape: layers of dust, cobwebs, dead insects, and piles of junk everywhere. It was a daunting job both physically and emotionally, but Platinum Bucket made it feel manageable. Back in July, I found them by chance while searching Yelp for last-minute junk removal. They weren't the first to pop up in the search results, but something told me to give them a call, and I'm so glad I did. Christina was incredibly kind and accommodating, and within an hour Juan showed up with his truck and trailer, ready to help. Despite already having a nearly full load, he and his helper still managed to take more than we expected. They worked quickly, efficiently, and with such great energy that I immediately knew we would call them again when it came time for the full cleanout. Fast forward to October. I scheduled a full unit removal (almost 1,000 sqft, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and two outdoor storage units). Christina gave us a fair quote for about two trailer loads. On cleanup day, Juan and his helper Owen showed up on time and got straight to work, short-staffed but unstoppable. Juan hauled two full loads to the dump, and before the third run Christina even showed up to help hands-on. My aunt and I jumped in too, and together we almost filled that third trailer. They went above and beyond to get this tough job done. It took longer than expected, but not once did they complain. They handled everything with patience, professionalism, and heart. My aunt, who has been grieving and overwhelmed, was so relieved and grateful for their compassion and support. If you're looking for reliable, honest, hard-working people who truly care about their clients, Platinum Bucket is it. Christina and Juan are the ultimate small-business power couple, organized, communicative, and genuine. I just wish they were in Hawaii too because we could definitely use them here (we've got our own hoarding situations, lol). Mahalo and thank you, Christina, Juan, and Owen, for your kindness and hard work. You've made a huge difference in such a difficult time. Hope to see you folks in Hawaii someday! read more

This is one of the greatest companies I have stumbled upon recently. I had a very unique situation and reached out late Friday night to see if Platinum Bucket could help me. Christina was great and got back to me almost immediately. She was professional, kind, and eased my anxiety around my junk removal needs. She got me on the schedule first thing the next morning and for a very reasonable price. The guys showed up EARLY, had a plan, and removed the junk in less than 5 minutes. Something that had been causing me anxiety for weeks. They were just as kind and helpful as Christina was. I was actually in shock of how quickly and seamlessly these two men could remove a heavy, oversized fridge without ever having to open it or disassemble it. I know people think healthcare providers are doing Gods work, but so is this company! I will absolutely be using them again and recommending to everyone I know! Thanks PB! read more

Phenomenal service! I requested a quote yesterday from Christina and Juan and they were ready to come the same day. Unfortunately I am not as quick and efficient and needed a day to gather all my things. Juan came right on time and quickly got to work, within 20 minutes Juan finished loading two couches and a ton of miscellaneous items on his own! This took me and my husband 2-3 hours so we were very impressed! Amazing value and highly recommend. Will be using again for our next move read more

Platinum Bucket - Excellent Service - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

Quick and great service from Christina and Juan! I had two x-large boxes and an oversized wooden coffee table that I needed to get rid of. I reached out Sunday evening to get a quote and Christina got back to me so quickly, within minutes. The quote they gave me was very fair and they told me they could pick up first thing the next day on Monday. Juan arrived right on time during the service window. I was worried he wouldn't be able to pick up the coffee table by himself because it's huge and quite heavy but he did it so easily and with care. It took him less than 5 minutes to lug all of my stuff out of the house and I was so happy to have my living room back! If I ever need junk removal in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to Platinum Bucket again. read more

Excellent communication from the first phone call on through pick up. Juan and Andrew were extremely polite, professional and careful moving items out of the house without damaging walls and floors. They were thorough and really awesome to work with. I also appreciated how they dropped off many salvageable items at a charity instead of just automatically taking them to the dump. Pricing was fair and they were honest and upfront about all costs. This reflects their excellent company values! They will now be my go-to junk removal company! Thank you!!! read more

Juan and Christina were the solution to a big problem for us and I'm so grateful! We moved into a new home where the previous owners had left some furniture behind for us. There was one piece, a very large wooden TV cabinet, that we couldn't use. I tried desperately to give it away on Buy Nothing and Offer Up, but no one was interested. After more than a month, my husband was very antsy to just get it out of our house, and Juan had reached out on Offer Up with the option to haul it away for us. The price he offered sounded fair so we decided to just do it. He and Christina made it so easy to schedule it. They had great availability and showed up right when they said they would. They loaded the cabinet themselves very quickly and the whole exchange was quick and seamless. Payment was easy over Venmo. I will absolutely recommend Platinum Bucket to everyone I know. Super! read more

I never thought I would be so happy with a junk removal service but these guys are fantastic! After weeks of trying to get rid of some old bulky furniture, that even thrift stores wouldn't take, we finally decided to have it hauled away. I expected to wait several days before I could get a service to come out and I expected to pay way too much to have just three pieces of furniture picked up. Platinum bucket was very affordable, super efficient, punctual, and fast. We contacted them in the morning and by noon, our furniture was gone! I will definitely use this company in the future and will recommend them to our friends. read more
