First off I used Yelp to send out bids on a short turnaround timeframe on Sunday morning at 8 AM. OC junk pros was the first to respond back immediately and gave me a simple flat rate based on my description. I mentioned that I would need everything done by 5 PM and they responded back immediately stating they could get the job done no problem. They quoted a time of between 230 and 4 o'clock into my surprise, they were even earlier than that which was great for my timeframe. I'm horrible with names so I forget the two people that helped me out, but I do know that the gentleman was driving truck number one. They both busted their butts did everything they could do to make sure that I was satisfied and even asked if there was anything else that I wanted to include on the haul. As we looked for more and more to add to the truck, he was very helpful with pointing out items that he felt we could get rid of the overall visit was about a half hour maybe 45 minutes and they worked nonstop. it was quick. They did such a great job! Me and my roommates have been here for quite some time now and they were in an out of our place in less than 30 minutes. I requested a quote through Yelp to remove a sofa and 2 recliners. Christopher responded almost immediately with a price far lower than most of the other quotes. I even added a few more items and the additional cost was very reasonable. The first quote we got from a major junk removal company (for ONLY the sofa and recliners) was nearly $600 and this quote was over $400 less!! I scheduled an appt and got a 2 hour window for when they would show up. Christopher called a little before the window was to start and asked if he could come earlier or if I wanted to wait for the original window. Since we were sitting at home waiting, we said come now! Christopher and Thalia showed up and disassembled and removed the recliners, sofa, a rowing machine and vacuum cleaner. I would like to add that they were both wearing masks which we appreciated because I'm extremely immune compromised. It took about 20 minutes and we paid quickly via Venmo. OC Junk Pros responded right away, but I didn't contact them back until the next morning and we setup a time for their pickup that same day. OC Junk Pros arrived on time, the team was police, neat and clean. They walked through and gave an estimated price. Many of the items had to be carried down from a 2nd story condo. They worked quickly and efficiently, stacking items into their trailer so all our items (junk) fit into their trailer. They worked caring for the surrounds and there was no damage to the condo. I hired OC Junk Pros to remove a bunch of moving boxes, household trash, and furniture sitting on my driveway. Christopher was very responsive and was able to come same day and finished the job in under half an hour. They have great attention to detail - I accidentally left out an unopened package that was not trash with the rest of my trash pile.
