Quick to respond to inquiries on Yelp! Price to remove a large amour and patio set were very reasonable. Andre and team showed up on time, very quick and efficient with removal- and took extra care not to scratch walls or my wood floor when removing the amour. Very professional & friendly- I would use this service again in a heartbeat! Contact them for 5 star service! read more

Bait-and-Switch Tactics & Incomplete Work -- Proceed with Caution Rating: 1 / 5 Stars Review: I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Junk Solution. I was quoted $1,300.00 to complete a furniture and debris removal job at my home. However, the service fell far short of what was agreed upon: Partial Capacity on Arrival: The truck arrived already half-full from a prior job, meaning they didn't have the capacity to complete my job from the start. Delays: I had to wait around while the crew left mid-job to empty their truck at the dump before returning. Unfinished Work: Even after returning, filling the rest of the truck, and collecting the full $1,300.00, they left without completing the job. My house is still full of debris. It feels like a classic low-ball quote strategy to get foot in the door, only to demand more money to actually finish what was originally quoted. Charging $1,300.00 and leaving a job half-done is unacceptable business practice. Save yourself the hassle, delays, and extra expense--look elsewhere for your junk removal needs. read more

Very prompt in response and Excellent service! Will use their help again in future. Thanks guys!!

What a wonderful service! Our elderly neighbor had his tree, which overhangs our yard, trimmed and the tree service that did it left a ton of trimmings that fell into my vegetable garden patch. We were looking for a removal service to help get rid of it all and my husband found Junk Solution on a Sunday. They were able to come that very day, within half an hour of our inquiry call. Their pricing was excellent and they did a terrific job of getting rid of the mess so I can plant my veggies! Thank you, Junk Solution. We definitely recommend and would use again! Before and after shown in photos. They even swept, not only over the soil to get small pieces, but all along the sidewalk from the front yard to the back. read more

I can count the # of times I've yelped anything on one hand, this is one of them. Don't even bother calling anyone else, I did that for you. One 'local best' family' service, did not even return either of my 2 calls. Another was too far away and more expen$ive. Junk Solution not only called me back, but asked to come over to see what I had in later that same day. I took pictures and sent dimensions, we figured out a price... 2 days later, items were removed. VERY professional, efficient and fast. Save yourself time and money... call these guys first! read more

Junk Solutions is the best! I had an old couch that I needed to be removed from my upstairs apartment. After reviewing a few quotes from various companies around OC I decided to use Junk Solutions since they were local. These guys were at my home less than an hour after I accepted their quote, and it only took them a few minutes to remove the couch. Very professional, same-day service, super friendly, and mindful of the property. Their price was extremely fair, with no hidden fees, and flexibility if needed, what more could you ask for? I am so glad I chose them for this job, saved me a lot of time and headaches. This is my second time using Junk Solution and I'm sure it won't be my last. The team is so friendly and so fast. Their price is incredibly fair and competitive. I can't imagine using anyone else so I have them saved in my phone for future needs or for easy referrals to friends and family that have a need for their service. Both times they were on time and both times they were incredibly careful to remove my junk without damaging anything in my home. There's not a lot else to say except "read the reviews". The positive reviews aren't an exaggeration. There's a reason they get an overwhelming 5 stars from 99.99999% of people. I can't imagine having less than a 5 star experience! Recently needed a lot of old furniture and related items removed from my home. Being on the second floor of a condominium with somewhat narrow stairs, it was going to be challenging. Contacted Junk Solutions and Andre came out to take a look at what needed to be removed / taken apart. We arranged a pickup day and time. The price was better or in-line with other companies, was based on volume. I had a very good understanding of what the end cost was going to be. Received a "heads up" call before the arranged time on an estimated time of arrival. Andre and his colleague showed up on time and started removing all of the identified material. This included two heavy sofa sections from the main floor, a heavy mattress and frame, two dresser drawers, a pile load of demolished bookshelves, and patio furniture. Most importantly, a sleeper bed, large, heavy printer stand and old CRT monitor, and miscellaneous items had to be disassembled and removed from the loft up a spiral staircase. They expertly got everything out without any damage to the recently painted dining room walls and staircase! It took a couple of hours. With all the trips needed up and down the stairs was surprised they finished in that amount of time. They were awesome and will definitely use them in the future! read more

Andre at Junk Solution saved the day!!! Their quote was the lowest out of 7 others I received. Most of the companies I called said it would take two trucks to haul everything after I sent them pics of the job. Andre said nope! One truck should do it which saved me so much money! They have an extra large truck, so sometimes bigger is better! Communication was excellent! I made my appointment for a specific time, one other hauler gave me a two hour window, and Andre texted when they were on the way. They got there within 15 minutes of the text. Their service was courteous and very professional. They even came across a personal item of value and handed it to me... WOW! I'm so impressed :D I'm a realtor in OC and this job was for a residence clean out. The owner left the place full of all their furniture, fridge, washer/dryer, treadmill, clothes, food, trash and many small personal items. Other haulers were going to charge extra to box and bag the small items, but not Junk Solution! The price he gave was all inclusive, no hidden fees! I'm so glad I called around and I was able to compare services. Yelpers, Call them! I did the research for you... You're welcome ;) read more
