Joe responded quickly to my request and did an excellent job of cleaning out all the trash that I had collected when I remodeled my office. He came out and picked up everything that same afternoon. I would highly recommend him. read more

Literally a life saver! I messaged late on a Wednesday desperate and Joe and his crew came next day ready to go. all the necessary items were taken with ease and very quickly. Reasonable price and very accommodating when I randomly had extra stuff that required moving. I also want to mention that Joe took a look at items and one was a working fridge that he said he will donate, so Joe and his company is also thinking of others while they are doing literally all the heavy lifting. Joe also took the time to take down a tv mount for me since I didn't have the tools. 10000000000000/10 rating from me. thank you Joe and crew! read more

Awesome experience. I got quick response from Joe who asked for pictures of items to be hauled away. Within minutes, he gave me a quote. Many of the other junk haulers won't give you a quote until they showed up. Three guys showed up within hours (same day) of first contact and all my stuff was gone. Highly recommend these guys if you need some junk hauled away. Be prepare to send pictures. read more

We are beyond satisfied with the service we received from Joe's Junk & Trash Removal! From the moment we reached out to request a quote until the very end of the job, Joe was extremely communicative, professional, and super friendly. He was very detailed and transparent about the pricing and took the time to explain his process so we knew exactly what to expect. Joe and his workers were punctual, respectful, friendly, and did an excellent job. They were also very careful while hauling everything out, making sure not to damage or bump into any of the surrounding furniture or walls. What really impressed us was that after everything was loaded into their truck, they even took the time to sweep and clean up the area. They didn't just haul everything away and leave -- they made sure the space was clean and looked great when they were finished. We would 100% recommend Joe's Junk & Trash Removal to anyone looking for reliable, honest, professional, and friendly service. Small business owners deserve praise and recognition when they go above and beyond, and Joe and his team definitely deserve it for a job well done! We will absolutely be using their services again in the near future. Thank you, Joe, for making the entire experience so easy, smooth, and pleasant! read more

Very prompt, efficient, friendly, and flexible! To give an idea of how responsive they are, I requested a quote at 8:58am and got a response at 9am. Jose and his father-in-law came by literally just an hour later to give an in-person quote. While his original quote was higher than some other quotes I had received, he was open to negotiating and gave me a competitive price. When they were done, they also swept my garage where the items had been stored. This was all on Thanksgiving Day too! read more

I contacted Joe and he immediately responded. The next day, he came with his nice co-worker and moved 2 containers full of junk from my dad's house. I highly recommend Joe's junk removal. They were able to schedule a next day pick up for me. Joe is a great communicator and let me know what to expect every step of the way. He introduced everyone that would be assisting on the job, which was very nice. It was an awkward project as they had been requested to remove hundreds of flattened boxes from a third floor walk up. They were cost effective, professional, fast and efficient. Joe outlined the other services they provide which was very good to know. I will not hesitate to use his services in the future. THANK YOU, JOE!! read more

Joe is AWESOME! He got here the same day I called and did such a great job with the first load, I had him come back and do more. He is polite, helpful, thoughtful and very pleasant to deal with. He and his co-worker get the job done quickly, thoroughly and without drama. They found a few things I didn't mean to throw away and let me know so I could save them as well! They stick to their quote and were extremely professional. It is also amazing how much they can fit in a single load with their truck. They helped us clean out our warehouse of junk we'd been accumulating for 20 years. I highly recommend this business! read more

Hired Joe's junk removal to remove a bunch of junk I had from a garage clean out. I had mix of trash from bricks, granite, tiles, scrap metal, hazardous material and regular trash. I need the trash removed ASAP and he was able to come the next day early in the morning. They did a good removing the trash quick and efficiently. The final price we agreed on was reasonable but we did have to negotiate on the amount. My main complaint I have is that the company should be more transparent with price. He responded quickly to my quote request and requested photos to provide an accurate quote. I provided 10 photos and a detailed breakdown of everything I needed hauled away. I was expecting an estimate but then message me he was unable to provide a quote. Not sure why they would ask for photos if they won't provide a quote. He said that he can come in person and give me a quote and if I'm okay with the price they will take the trash right away. I wasn't that comfortable with the way of quoting but I ended up having him come over the next day early in the morning. If the price was too high. I had another business in mind. The original amount he quoted me was close to $1K which I thought was wast too high since the other quotes I got were between $200-$500. We were able to come to a price we both agreed on about 75% of my junk. The rest I took myself to the facilities or just left it at home. Other than the pricing they had great customer service and did a good job. I would hire them again but I would be very transparent with them what your budget. read more
