Jesus is knowledgeable about the permitting process and was able to complete the work according to our verbal contract that later I documented. He seemed very busy so it does require proactive communication and proactive documentation of the verbal agreement but when you do you won't be disappointed in the end. He is a straight forward guy and will get the work done. Jesus will be my guy for all demo's in the future. I'm leveraging his services again for our driveway and side yard remodel. I reached out to him and he came the next day and started the work the few days later thankfully as it was a rerouting drain work and we need to start the work fast. Highly recommend him if you have a tight budget and need someone who has the man power to demo and get the work done.

Everything moved smoothly and stayed on schedule--from pulling permits to wrapping up the final details. Jesus in particular was fantastic to work with. He always answered quickly, kept us in the loop, and made the entire process stress-free. Before finding him, we tried working with three other companies, and the difference was night and day. Jesus and his team are light years ahead of the competition in responsiveness, reliability, and quality of work. If you're looking for a pool demo company that truly delivers, this is the one. Don't waste your time elsewhere--you'll be glad you went with them.

I had three bedrooms that had been used like litter boxes by the previous owner of the home, and had covered it up with carpet. The small was horrible. Mendoza's Local Boys came and took out the carpet, pad, baseboards, and the original urine soaked, glued down vinyl flooring. They also took out a DIY closet organizer that was in bad repair. They hauled it all away. They left all of the areas in excellent condition. The rooms were swept and made ready for the contractors to come in and place new flooring, baseboards and paint starting at 7am the next morning. I'm planning to have them back out to do a BIG yard cleanup, since they manage this type of cleanup and hauling as well! I highly recommend them!!!

5 stars plus more! CT Services is the absolute best!…read more We recently leased the suite next to ours and needed to demolish the connecting wall between the two spaces, as well as remove the drop ceiling. Cody was quick to respond, came out to assess the project, and provided us with a fair quote. Once the work started, everything went exactly as promised. His team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the entire demolition in just a day and a half. What impressed us most was Cody and his team's reliability, professionalism, and efficiency. Cody did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the project and kept us informed every step of the way. The team also cleaned up thoroughly when the job was finished and left the space spotless, which we really appreciated. If you need demolition work done, these are the guys to call. We couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you to Cody and his team for taking such great care of us!

Ernesto was the 1st one who came at 9:00am and he gave me a verbal bid before he left. He was very upfront and told me he could start the next day and it would take 8 days to complete. I received the written bid around 11am via email. While waiting for the other 3 to get me their bids, I decided to go with Ernesto that evening since he could start immediately while others couldn't start until the following week and it will take them 10-15 days to complete. Ernesto's bid was also the most competitive as well. The next morning around 8am, Ernesto showed up with his 20ft truck and a 20ft trailer ready to go. His crew of 3 worked very fast and efficient. Since Ernesto started, I also added some things on the list that weren't a part of the original bid. Ernesto graciously accepted the changes with reasonable additional charges of course. Regardless, Ernesto followed through with the tasks and finished everything including the added items in 5 short days. Everything was done properly and all debris was cleared out. His demeanor, professionalism, graciousness and flexibility were much appreciated. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend Ernesto for all your demolition and hauling services.

There was a bit of a wait to start including our city building department which was backed up. Once underway Dylan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He devoted all his energy to making it (a messy job) as seamless as possible. He worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. When we asked him how much it would be to expand the scope of work by tearing out the surrounding hardscape and concrete patio, as well as an 8' high wood fence, he quoted us a very fair price and we proceeded. It was a complex job doing the demo around the existing posts of the patio cover which we wanted to keep. When the job proved more complicated due to the extra thick reinforced slab I offered to pay extra due to the amount of debris and extra work it took. He told me that it wasn't necessary, and honored his quote. Additionally, he took care of the coordination with the city and the soils engineer. As homeowners, having never gone through this process, we appreciated his experience and taking it off our hands. We easily passed final inspection :) You cannot go wrong with Casper's Demolition!
