This review is for a pick up order. Ordering and picking up process was very easy. The flatbreads were much bigger than anticipated which was nice. Two large flatbreads fed 3 adults and 2 small children well. The crust was crispy and the quality of ingredients were good. I'd definitely go in and eat next time though, as it seems eating this fresh is the way to go. read more

One bite everyone knows the rules. We ordered an evolution salad, a revolution pizza and a couple beers. I started with a Pacific Cooler which is a New Zealand style pilsner. My Fiancé kept it classic with an Uptown Orbit New England style IPA. We were both happy with our drinks. Lots of exposed brick in here. Cool ambiance and the outdoor seating looked very nice even though we sat inside. This is some good pie. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Dough sauce cheese toppings . It all passed the test. It did have some flop due to the way they cut it in thin strips, but that doesn't detract from what I consider a good pizza (sorry Portnoy). I figured the salad would be your run of the mill salad but it was unforeseeably delicious, very well put together and fresh. This place pays attention to the details. The staff were very lively and friendly. They were well spoken and made eye contact when chatting with us. Most of them appeared to be young adults/college students if I had to guess. Next time we're in town we'll definitely pop back in. This establishment seemed to be well managed and thriving. Overall good experience. read more

This pizza is so good and the service was fast. The server was so nice too. I got the mushroom w caramelized onion. It's a little pricy but it's worth it. I got a small and I inhaled a whole one myself tho I could've easily inhaled a large one because when it comes to pizza I'm a professional eater. We stopped in on a busy Monday night- had to wait about 15 minutes but they had a few seats in front of a fire while we waited and had a beer. We were seated in the main dining room - this room and the bar have a lot of sound dampening above and on the walls, so despite the brick walls and tin ceiling, it was relatively quiet. Nice touch! We split the Evolution Salad and a large pizza (it's huge!). We had the Vermont Sausage pizza- real tasty with sausage and mushrooms. Great place to bring the kids or a famished soccer team. They also seem to hire some of the happiest staff from UVM. Always a good vibe. As for the food, living in NYC for too many years has made my pizza tooth quite pretentious, but they have fresh pie with good ingredients. Can't complain about that. This is a nice spot for lunch or dinner with a nice outdoor space. The only downside is that the outdoor seating is partially sullied by gnats everywhere, which occasionally end up around your food. In order to really enhance this experience, investment must be made in some sort of insect traps (there are some sticky traps that basically sit right inside planters). Otherwise, this place is really nice. - New Vermont Sausage Flatbread - A good dish, the sausage flatbread was great and I enjoyed it overall. The sausage was tasty and there were plenty of toppings in each bite. One enhancement: I wish it had more sauce. I think this dish would benefit from a little tomato sauce. Although there are many cherry tomatoes, tomato sauce would really put this over the edge. Came here while visiting Burlington and LOVED it. The atmosphere was great and backed up to the next door bar, Orlandos, that had some good live music going on. We had a great time, not to mention the food and beer were delicious. App - 4/5 The October fest pretzel with cheese was a great app. I wish it was a little bigger. Pizza 1 - 5/5 We got the New Vermont sausage and added goat cheese... so good. Best choice of the night. Pizza 2 - 4/5 We got 1/2 Punctuated Equilibrium and 1/2 power to the people (buffalo). Both were really good. I liked the buffalo better. Ranch - 4/5 I really love restaurant ranch in general, but especially with pizza. We asked for a side of ranch and they said they could do 2oz for $2 or 8oz for $5... this was weird to me. 2oz wasn't quite enough for the two of us, but for the price of us each getting our own 2oz we thought might as well get the 8oz.. which was obviously too much ranch. This place was so crowded and we had to wait for 30 minutes for the table on a Friday night. The food was great but the waiter was so rude. Their tomato soup was great and loved how flavorful the ingredients were. We got the revolution and equilibrium flatbreads and both were amazing. The crust was so good and ingredients so fresh. My husband and I took our two daughters to "grab some pizza nearby" but this was not just some pizza. This was some of the most delicious pizza we have had in awhile! We tried their cheese for the kids, their Buffalo chicken, and their maple fennel sausage pizza. All three were mouth watering. My husband ordered their Bloody Mary which they make in house, and it was very good. I ordered the blackberry Collins and that was SO good. It had a warm spice after taste. We also tried their in house recipe of ranch and habanero hot sauce. Again, soooooo good! Last but not least we tried their in hosue brownie for dessert and it did not disappoint. It was the perfect amount of sweet without it being overbearing. The service was very attentive and kind, we didn't feel rushed to make decisions. The ambience is very cozy. This may not mean much to most people but I was impressed by the fact that their soap in the bathrooms is organic castille soap! No hormone disrupting chemicals and fragrances for me and my girls! I came in for a fundraising night (buy a pizza, fundraiser earns money). I Tom a seat at the bar and the bartenders were friendly and helpful. One suggested I order a half and half large, so I'd have a little leftovers. I ordered the Cheese and Herb with Mozzarella and Gran Padano Cheese plus garlic oil on one half, Pepperoni and Peppers (green peppers, red onion, pepperoni, red sauce) on the other with an addition of mushrooms. The large is huge. I took 90% of the pizza home. At least I like leftovers and it did help raise money for a worthy cause. I also ordered a half pint of Zero Gravity Dornbusch, a dark sour lager (only $3!). Delicious. The taste? Amazing. A really nice thin crust with a great cheese blend and toppings. It's incredible when you go to a new location and hope for the best in terms of something like splitting a pizza with half the toppings you want and half toppings that your partner wants, and they happily do participate in those accomodations...AND the food turns out amazing. Fast, fresh and delicious!! We stopped in for lunch while visiting Burlington and were seated right away. Our waitress was very friendly. She provided us menu options and I was thoroughly impressed when she took all 4 of our orders without writing anything down and each order was a little complex. I was more impressed that every order came out exactly as we ordered them! The pizza was very good, all the ingredients tasted very fresh, the crust was thin, light and crispy and the wait was very minimal. They had a good list of beer to choose from and a pretty good bourbon listing. Loved that. We left very satisfied and refueled for more site seeing! After a brief wait for a table my wife and I split a flatbread (I.e. pizza) which was half buffalo chicken half regular cheese. It took a while but came out piping hot, crispy, and delicious. Frankly, this is a great pizza joint. Wood oven delivers the goods and the flatbread is the perfect kind of pizza. Seating was quick, service was 5 stars. Super friendly and accommodating guests with young children. My daughter received a little care package to keep her busy and a cute little cup we were able to bring home with us. Pricing is very reasonable and the menu selection covers anything you'd want. You can even do a half/half on your pizza! The pizzas? Perfection.
