Loved the outdoor seating and heaters. Outside patios are dog friendly and they have pretty good heaters. Server will bring you a water bowel too. Inside gets very crowded and loud. Really fun location with games, a great choice of drinks (both beer and cocktails), and good food. It was pretty crowded, with long lines to order and very little privacy at the tables. 3.5 stars for me, but It's New Years so want to give the benefit :) We stopped in around 11 in our one full day in touring Burlington. Space is huge with a fireplace...only thing about the fireplace is if folks are sitting in front of it, you are S.O.L. Coming from Florida we were cold and would have loved to, oh well. Everyone working was super friendly. We didn't have food so can't comment on that although Z.G.B is much more than a Brewery.....coffees, food, brews and i'm sure more. I feel like I've heard of ZBG before (pre Burlington) but the beer was good just not 'my' favorite of the ones I had in Burlington. We hung out for a bit and off to the next! read more

Went here on a Friday night to grab drinks with a friend. I have to say for a person who's not a huge fan of IPAs, they do make a pretty good one in the Conehead. There Oktoberfest was also pretty good. We also got the Norwegian Wood, which when they say it's resinous, they aren't kidding. It's an absolutely unique beer. Overall, good brewery atmosphere and I'd be interested in coming back to try the food. Other friends said there food was pretty good. read more

Awesome brewery right outside of Downtown Burlington. They have a huge beautiful porch and a really cool inside set up. There is a variety of seating options to accommodate groups or single diners. The beer list is great but I wish there were wheat beers! The few we tried were pretty good though! The menu has a wide variety to fit everyone's needs and is pretty impressive for being a brewery! The mushroom koji burger was vegan and seriously delicious!! Fries were excellent as well. A little pricey at $17 but worth it! read more

We arrived at Zero Gravity Brewery. Beautiful place. Very nice ambiance. People are saying it's one of the nicest spots. Really beautiful. It's a seat yourself restaurant. They told us to grab a menu, place the order at the bar, then sit down with a table number. A little different from other places, but that's fine. I did it, no problem. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. My wife ordered the steak and cheese. My son ordered a cheeseburger. Let me tell you, the food was absolutely fantastic. Delicious. The fries could have been hotter, but that's okay. Still terrific. We didn't have the beer or the drinks, just the food, and the food delivered big time. This place did not disappoint. Rare is the case for me to give a 5 star rating to a spot, but this brew pub earned it. I came across it on my way to Montreal and it was the perfect spot to grab some lunch. They offer wide assortment of non-alcoholic brews on top of the fully leaded stuff. My steak sandwich was sooooo good and the space is HUGE with an assortment of games and plenty of seating. Although the parking lot is small, I was told that there is street parking and spots over at the chocolate store. I may just have to schedule a return visit to Burlington just so I can come here. My wife and I stopped in after dropping family off at the airport for dinner and a drink. The ambiance is very casual and reminiscent of a modern ski lodge. Staff is very friendly and personable. Service is also very friendly and professional. The Extra Nitro stout was fantastic, with strong coffee and toffee notes and a smooth chocolate finish. The Pilolino is light, crisp with a delicious citrus forward note and delivers a crisp apple finish. I ordered the Goldstar burger, $17.00 with fries. The burger was small and the patty was thin, about the size of a fastfood burger. The bun came right out of the bag you get at the grocerystore. It tasted good but nothing stood out as exceptional. I have had numerous burgers at that price point that I would rate as outstanding. My wife ordered the grilled cheese and that was lackluster as well. The bread was wonderful, however the cheese was bland and chewy. If you are stopping in for a good beer and a snack definitely a good choice. If you are wanting dinner... perhaps a different option is what you are looking for. read more

Got some beers at yet another one of the many breweries in Burlington. It happens to be across the street from another one. Zero Gravity has been a local favorite for a few years now and has a ton of beers on tap. Cool atmosphere. There's also food like typical pub fare and that kind of stuff. Came here for the beers of course. It's got a pretty big list. There's a few interesting ones to be sure. It's about $7 a pint. That's about typical for a local craft brewery like this. Certainly among the most interesting was the Smoked Kellerbier. It's a Bamberg Helles, and it's got a smoky flavor obviously. This is from the addition of beech smoked malt, which gives it a woodsy taste to be sure. Also there's food. Much of this is meaty. It's about $6 for sides like fries. They have vegan meat substitutes like seitan. Plenty of real meats of course. There's chicken sandwiches and other fried things. For sure it's a great place for getting local beers. It has a crap ton on tap. There's also food including loaded fries, sandwiches, and whatever. read more

Went here while on our way up to Canada and was it worth a stop! We came at 10 am on a Thursday and they served both coffee and beer. The beer selection was great but the big seller was the waffles! As a group of four we ended up getting 6 orders of waffles! They were salty, sweet, crispy yet fluffy. We got some beer to go as well as some merch. I came here for beers with my ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend. We had a great time! How's that for a hook? It's really not as salacious as I made it out to be. My ex and I are best friends and climbing partners. I went to New England to do a rock climbing route on Katahdin with her. Anyway: both the beer and the food here are...awesome! I sampled many of the beers and they were all excellent. Crisp lagers, hoppy ales, malt bombs, all done exceptionally well. Side bar: how is this not a non-alcoholic brewery? This is superb dining for a brewery, or really any restaurant. My grain bowl was astoundingly fresh, healthy, and innovative. *Definitely* order the fried tofu, even if you think you don't like tofu. My husband got the chicken sandwich which was spot on, and the vodka maple lemonade was very refreshing and not too sweet. Beautiful interior and tons of flowers outside. We ordered the cauliflower wings which were super tasty. We also ordered the vegan dirty fries which were kind of weird but I kind of liked it! Solid food and appreciate the options. I do believe there is cross-contamination with meat with shared cooking spaces and fryers. Again, we are really just here for the beer! Visiting for a work trip and this place was recommended. I had a Irish Cream Porter beer which was similar as the Guinness at the Ireland factory (my favorite ever) and excellent clam chowder. If I ever come back to VT I will have to check out the other beer selections. It's a nice hangout spot with friends with different activities and sofas. read more

What a great place! We took a day trip to Vermont while vacationing on Lake George in early May. We stopped in here for a beer and a quick bite to eat. The building is awesome! It's large and industrial but they added such awesome elements to make it so much better: artwork, a mural, an incredible salvaged bar right in the middle, etc. You order at the bar area and they bring the food to the table when it's ready. My partner and I stumbled upon this place due to researching on Yelp a local brewery. After a long day of doing touristy things, we landed here. The ambiance of this place is amazing. There was a fireplace with U-shaped couch for people to sit and eat. There was shuffle board and pool as well. Seating is first come, first serve which is gives a casual feel which I liked. The food we had ordered was absolutely delicious. We ordered the bread and butter which tasted SUPER fresh, the kale salad which had the perfect blend of crunch and sweetness, the bratwurst which was so tender and flavorful, and a side of fries which we barely finished but was impressed at how fresh they were. The icing on the cake is that we were there on a Monday when they do trivia. We ended up staying for trivia and had such a blast! The beer was amazing and a certain one was only $3 on Monday! Such a score! The employees were so friendly, as well. We definitely will be back when we visit Burlington again! read more

Is your gravity brewery has some of the best craft bruise I have tried in a while. There, stout is absolutely delicious, especially the whiskey, aged stout that has a deeper complexity than any I've ever tried, and top to my list of favorite stouts ever. Your IPAs are delicious, and their logger has character that sets itself apart in a style. I typically find unexciting. This is a wonderful place for a date, or for delicious meal, with great nachos, unbelievable sandwiches, and pleasant attentive servers. read more

Strictly as an establishment - the beer is good, as it should be, though you would think it would be slightly cheaper than the beer you buy canned at the store, which it isn't it. The food is quite hit or miss. I've had the wings which are great! Though, I've also had the burger more than once which is TOO thin. It's close to the size of a McDonald's burger, though 3x the price. Also, this is a brewery with unfortunately overpriced food. If you bring in outside food, say from the burrito place NEXT door, they hound you. To recap- good beer, as expected, food that's good though overpriced, and comically small portions on some items. No outside food though it's a brewery..? Eh, next time I will go to one of the other 7 breweries in the area with better food options. Wow, awesome food and awesome beer! Came on a recommendation from a friend who has just moved from the area. The service is provided from a walk up counter and all the employees were very knowledgeable and super friendly. The brewery itself was a great environment, with lots of seating options and bar games. We ordered the burger, chicken sandwich and coney dogs. All were amazing! Wasn't a huge fan of the garlic aioli, wish it was more of a mayonaise consistency for dipping fries. Overall highly recommend and will definitely be back when visiting again! read more

Finding this place was easy, but understanding we were in the right place felt hard. I was looking for a place called the Great Northern which is this place. At least it wasn't me, as I heard someone walk in look really confused and ask the person at the register if this was the Great Northern. I am the type of person to hide my shame and not ask so I'm glad that got resolved for me. This is the place. In that mistake, there are a few others on the website that we fell into. When we came in, around 1145am, they were not serving food. They only have coffee and these tiny cutesy waffles (and of course the beer menu.) We ordered some mochas and waited for the kitchen to open at noon. The coffee here is very good. It was well worth the wait. My bf's steak sandwich was out of control good, even if it was a bit wet. It comes with a dipping sauce but it does not need it. I ordered the falafel plate and it was good. Not the best, not the worst I've ever had. We also ordered fries to share. My only hang up was the portion sizing. I felt so guilty to throw so much food away. I mean it's my mistake for ordering those delicious fries along with two entrees but it was enough to share with 4-6 people. The entrees were HUGE. However, this is quite the spot to come and hang out and have some great food and drink. read more

Great first visit to Zero Gravity, and would highly recommend this spot for great snacks and craft brew. Impressed with their Russian imperial stout (11%), which they didn't have in draft in the summer but had plenty bottled in the fridge! They age this stout in whiskey barrels, so if you're a dark beer fan, you should definitely give it a try.
