You order at the counter, receive a table number, seat yourself, and your food is delivered to you. When you're done eating, you bus your own table. The male cashier was cheerful. The woman who dropped off the pizza seemed like she's already over it, whatever "it" is. If you sit in a booth close to the arcade game, you can get a peek of the pizza chef kneading and spinning the dough in the air like a pro. The large cheese pizza took about 15 minutes to be served and was so delicious! The sauce:cheese ratio was just right, the crust was thin but not floppy, the sauce wasn't too liquidy that it slipped away between my fingers, it wasn't greasy, the crust was firm but not crispy enough to crumble at the first bite, and the large pizza is enough for two hungry adults. The root beer (Rookie's) was a great choice! It was freshly poured from tap and tasted so unique. It's worth the $4 mug. The interior is light, bright, airy, and full of windows. They have print newspapers, a Deadpool arcade game, and ample seating, both tables and booths. Two single-stall noncoded restrooms were in the back around the corner. This morning l picked up the "best pizza in Vermont, " for my son for a delicious treat for the folks at Pre-Tech ! There is an on -going contest about which place has the BEST PIZZA in the state of Vermont. Folino's wins out every time. "The taste is out of this world.""The crust can't even be compared to any other." "It is not greasy." "Never has a pizza been as good as Folino's Pizza." There you have it ! The Vermonters at Pre-Tech love this pizza ! I highly recommend it. My experience has not been " take out," but dining inside- and l would highly recommend eating at the restaurant. The ambiance is perfect for private, casual dining . There are both booths and tables to choose from here. For delightful taste of the incomparable pizza, choose Folino's. They try. If you are celiac check your order before you leave with take out. I waited over 1 hours for a GF pizza to be baked on foil, got home with an oven baked crumb covered pizza that I could not eat. The other pizza was on the warmer the entire time I waited, (reg crust, non GF) it was very dry with hard cheese and crust. If the servers/ cashiers would have been honest about the timing, I would have cancelled my GF pizza, but they kept saying 2 minutes, 2 minutes. Not everyone cares about your Celiac health as much as you might. I even called in my order and spoke directly to make sure my pizza was prepared GF. I'm finished with folinos forever. read more

Great spot. Great pizza. Very quick service. We stopped in with 11 boys after jumping at Get Air, and were able to eat and get back out in less than an hour and a half. Some of the staff seem less than thrilled to work there, and I experienced this both in person and on the phone. When you deliver a pizza to a table, I recommend at least knowing what kind of pizza it is so that the customers feel sure in what is set in front of them. Especially with food allergies myself, my interactions didn't leave me feeling warm and fuzzy. Overall, good experience and I would return. read more

The experience was up and down. We ordered over the phone for delivery. Paid a delivery tip and was told our pizza would be picked up at 745, after waiting for about 40 minutes I decided to just call and check on the status. I was informed the pizza was never picked up because they use a third party for delivery and no one picked up the order. At no time was I called or informed about this situation. So I sat with my family waiting for dinner to come that would have never come and if it did get assigned for delivery it would have been ice cold. Which would have been a shame because this pizza is great. The counter girl was polite, and in the end very helpful to resolve the situation. I would have left 1 star but because she understood the situation and made it right, I ended up with a refund and double the pizza I ordered. Order from here but don't order delivery. I was so excited to try the Vegan Supreme w/added hot honey drizzle for the first time a week or two ago, and it was fabulous! I tried it for the second time yesterday, and it was terrible. Still edible but not the same delicious melding of flavors; very little hot honey drizzle flavor; soggy; toppings just slid off, and the slice fell apart any time I touched it. This was very good pepperoni pizza. Nice and thin, but not too thin. The slices of pepperoni were very large. This was comparable to some pepperoni slices I've had on Long Island. Unfortunately, this location doesnt live up to its Shelburne/Burlington sister restaurants. Super disappointed with the attitude and wait. When I arrived 10 minutes prior to the pickup time, the cashier looked at the one pizza that was already made and told me 10 more minutes for the 2nd pizza. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went back up and asked for an update, the 2nd pizza hadnt even been started. The pizza likely would have been great if it hadn't sat for 40 minutes before I left with it, had to heat it back up in the oven when I got home(12-minute drive). This is one of the issues with tipping when ordering online, The service certainly didn't deserve the 20% tip I left when ordering, but it was too late to take that back 2 hours later when I finally got my pizza. read more

This is our favorite pizza place. We typically get the Pesto Bomb and Frankenstein which are both delicious. We like thin crust and this is the best around. Definitely try the wings. I grabbed two larges yesterday and couod not wait to get them home and try um out. I couod tell as soon as i walked in and the aromas hit me square in the face!! My mind was like can this be real. A real NY CITY pizzeria complete with woodfired ovens ! Ok so got home and plowed right into both pies!!! Holy crap these are phenomenal pies and so dam tasty almost like you get in NY city!! And that charr is just right on the crust. The crust has got to be the best ive had in vermont ! Ive found my favorite pizzeria !! Outstanding creative pizza. Using caramelized unions is brilliant. We had pepperoni with the onions and it was fantastic. The pizza crust was thin crust, (flat bread type) and delicious . Service was quick and came to the table. A lot of families eating inside and the place was clean and fairly quiet considering the amount of children. Well the pizza and beer came to the table with no problem, But it was the most annoying time as we had to wave off fruit flys the entire time we were there, so it made it impossible to enjoy our time. I stayed at the Hilton suites next to Folinis pizza. I arrived late to the Hilton, and was quite hungry. Looking up places to get dinner, I had a choice of Chinese takeout, and 2 pizza joints. I opted for the place I could walk to in 1 minute and the "wood fired pizza" label sounded tasty. I love Anthony's wood fired pizza on Long Island and Pepe's pizza in New Haven, CT, so I was hoping for something remotely similar. Well, I ordered the large Hawaiian pie at the counter for carry out. I finally got my pie and I found it nothing as I had hoped. The crust was thin and chewy--gives the jaw a good workout. Also, pineapple chunks were sparsely distributed over the pie. For the bacon, it seemed they probably used 3 slices for the whole pie. I get pies from Hawaiian pies from Dominos that beat this pie hands down. I was a bit disappointed, but ate the pie in my hotel room. In the end, I should have gotten Chinese or tried Ramuntos brick oven pizza which is just around the corner. Btw, the large pie was about $22. Oh well. read more

He really liked the big shavings of parmesan, great touch. And the pizza was packed with flavor. The maple lemonade was tasty.
