Good thin foldable greasy slices of pizza. Sauce is a little on the spicy side. I would definitely stop in and get another slice. Good food at a cheap price.

We ordered buffalo chicken and mad Mike's pizzas, Greek salad and small order of French fries. Everything was delish, amazing crust. Unfortunately, there were no pasta dishes or other entrees on the menu. Probably due to Covid. Order came out without delay. Very satisfying experience. Highly recommend

Best pizza in Vermont, the only place to get an XL 18in pizza and they have some of the best toppings around.

Delicious marinara sauce. The pasta dishes and the press were both great. Informal, casual dine in. Perfect after a day of hiking.

We, party of 5, really enjoyed our meal and experience at the tillerman. The service was terrific,…read morea nice variety of wine selection, food very good, and the deserts were amazing! The Caesar salad was a large serving that we shared, was creatively made, and delish. We ordered 3 pizzas, wonderful crust and toppings. The "Sausage" was very interesting, serviced with flavorful lentils, and recommended as it was also good. The chocolate gelato was quality rich, as the other choc desert, and also very delicious. We had a very good Spanish Albariño, which is not common to find at all. Nice inside the restaurant too.

The Tillerman is located about 5 minutes from downtown Bristol. The restaurant is inside an inn that is popular for their outdoor weddings. +++. Ambiance is idillic Vermont farm inn. Beautiful grounds and surprisingly large restaurant. The restaurant feels intimate as it is divided into many rooms. They have a wood burning oven for their pizzas. We sat in an intimate nook with a view of their front garden. +++. Food is new American and pizze. Interesting, creative and insanely delicious cuisine. +++ beef tartare - first tartare I've consumed more than a bite! +. Shrimp skewer- perfect temp but a little fishy for me. Others liked it though ++. Green salad - loved the presentation and tasty. Though flavorful, some bread crumbs were gravelly. Will skip bread crumbs next time. +++. Funghi pizza - fragrant blue oyster mushrooms on thin sourdough (they use a mix of several flours) crust. Though the bread crumbs are reminiscent of bacon bits, will skip it next time. Even so, the best mushroom pizza eva! ++. Orange sunrise mocktail was sweet and refreshing ++. Price is high but oh, so worth it! Very good value for the quality +++. Service is attentive and informative. Ian, our waiter was great! ++. Parking is a private lot TT is my new favorite resto in VT replacing HOTW. They are mindful and don't use seed oils and support local producers. TT is truly a farm to table resto that delivers interesting dishes beyond their delicious pizze. MY RATINGS - - - Inhumane -- Disgusted - Don't bother =. Missed the Mark +. Good ++ Better +++ EDIBLE... WHERE have you bee my LiFe!

We sat inside this time because it was 30 min instead of an hour wait to be outside. In part I think you are paying for the experience here, not that the pizzas (or flatbreads which are pretty similar) aren't good but they are pricey. On this occasion we wanted to try the special salad but they were all out so we got the regular evolution. It's a simple, but fairly priced and deliciously dressed salad that I would recommend. Pizza wise we split medicine wheel, classic Vermont sausage, and a split pepperoni cheese for the kids. All of the pizzas were tasty but I maybe liked the herbs on the medicine pizza the best. Service we knew would be slow because of how busy it was but perhaps not as slow as it was. Drinks came relatively fast but then it took probably thirty minutes to place our order which, after waiting to get in, meant that kids weren't eating until well after 8 when we got there before 7 which was less ideal.

The poutine was very good, but I'll grant you that it's maybe hard to get that wrong - but their gravy is on point! Service was great - got there around 5:40pm on a Wednesday, so the wait was non-existent and a table for 5 was easy to accommodate. Duncan was the server, who disclosed that he was new but you wouldn't know it from how he took orders and brought food out. Even threw him a curve by asking for the steak frites with an additional side of brussel sprouts, which he handled no problem - even though there weren't any sides I saw on the menu. Steak was medium rare and perfectly seasoned, and I think I mentioned the chimichurri but it deserves additional mention. Maybe you're wondering about beverages. The maple lemonade is great - it leans harder on the tart side and there are sweeter options around (Cliff House) but I love a lemonade that tastes... lemony. Pineapple cherry punch was also a hit - but that's secondhand hearsay, unlike my direct opinion on the chimichurri - which I would drink if I could. Definitely check this place out. The table near ours seemed to immensely enjoy their meal and also get great service from Duncan.

They use the Yelp waitlist, but I couldn't join it until we showed up to the restaurant, which was a little confusing. We ended up sitting at the counter by the wood fire, which was neat to watch. Our server (Jenn) was awesome. My drink was very pricy ($18), but it was pretty tasty. Everything was absolutely delicious - we got a Mac & cheese and 2 burgers with fries. I love that it's all farm-to-table. Would absolutely eat here again and *highly* recommend it.
