We just called and picked up our pizzas, so I did not get any pics. It is definitely small inside, so I think takeout is their main attraction. It is cute inside but small. They have some seating inside and a few picnic tables outside. It is in the middle of a fork in the road, so parking is very minimal! There is a small lot nearby that you could park if needed. When I visit my parents' house in Underhill, this is the go to pizza place. Their pies are good, but it's their Key Lime Pie that's an unexpected treat! It is really good! I always have to get a few slices to go with the pizza order. The staff is friendly, and they have these tiny video games that are miniature versions of the arcade game staples that all the pizza places seemed to have when I was growing up. It makes the wait enjoyable. It's a tiny building, so most of their business is take out, but there are few smaller tables and a counter. Just did the fabulous ropes course nearby and I had three hungry kids. This place is adorable and the food is top notch. We got two large meatball wedges on soft delicious crunchy fresh rolls with big yummy meatballs and great sauce. And then one lovely calzone. Kids devoured it. Then got fresh baked multi berry pie and chocolate mousse for dessert. The ambiance is so nice with a long real wood counter and the folks who work there couldn't be nicer. Most people would hit the accelerator when they see this place. It's in a 1920s building that is painted in Italian colors. There is a tiny parking lot that is barely large enough for four cars. If you ignore your gut feeling and stop for food, you will be rewarded for that decision. We have been there many times for their lasagna that is really good. Today, we ordered a pizza and both of us felt it deserved five stars. The crust was thin and very tasty. The tomato sauce had a nice balance of tomato and spices. All of the veggies on top were fresh and very tasty. We ordered the pizza and had it delivered to our car. Then we went across from the street and ate it in the church parking lot across the street. It was a very nice experience. We chose not to bring home any lasagna since we were many hours from home. read more

I gave this rating only a 1-star because the owner was very unprofessional, as she was hollering at one of her cooks in front of myself, girlfriend and kids, using the f-bomb for a mistake that she had made on our ticket order. She was also quite rude when we had asked a legitimate question about a food menu item and she got offended for no good reason. Stopped on our way home from the NEK. Order a large mushroom/half and pineapple ham/half. The crust is not thin but not to thick. The ingredients were fresh and the flavor was delicious. While paying I was eyeing the great looking cupcakes. I asked the owner (I think), who made the cupcakes. He said "My wife" and describe them in detail, so I bought two. We've been here twice now on our way home from a day skiing at Smuggs. My husband officially says this is the best calzone he's had (he's had many). Don't let the small size fool you, he was stuffed after finishing this and was raving about it. We each had a blood orange IPA from Bent hill brewery, recommended by the man taking our order (possibly the owner?)... SO good. I had the tomato soup and grilled cheese... exceptional. I then had the key lime pie - generous portion, the most amazing crust and overall flavor and the fresh blueberries on top were a perfect addition. I was so surprised. It's a small place with one 4 top table and 8 bar seats. We went once with our kids and once the two of us - service was great both times. I'm a local, which means if I'm ordering out then I get a few selections as far as variety. It's a place I frequent for myself and my kids- pizza is delicious if you prefer a thicker crust that is crunchy and soft; the pesto Mac n cheese is perfectly gooey with an amazing pesto, crumb topping; my go to has been the quiche and salad which is the perfect balance of savory and creamy- even better that it comes with a side salad (balsamic dressing always). I won't get started on the desserts but you won't get the full experience if you don't try at least one on the list! We come here every Monday for half priced pizza since November 2015. Everyone's friendly for the most part and the food is pretty good. Cons: Dropping the ball on putting our ticket through and telling us it'll be out in a minute - then we watch you put our pizza in the oven and wait 15 min... Sometimes the staff talks loudly about their problems which is a negative atmosphere for the customer - time and a place for everything! read more

Glory be... ecstasy! Maybe the best calzone I've ever had. Right here in rural dairy land. They have 2 varieties - baked nicely crisp, and FRIED. Since the Weds nite special is $5 calzone I got both. Amazing! Glorious! Only bummer - no free refills on soda. I paid for two and called it rounding error on the calzone special. Oh, and yes - I did eat both calzones. Stopped here after reading great reviews on our way out of Smugg's. Read about the meatballs being homemade but wanted pizza. Asked if I could get a side of meatballs. They were able to accomodate us at .50 a meatball. Not bad! And they meatballs were really good! Had them as an appetizer. Then ordred a large half pepperoni pie. Crust was really good. Very light and airy. Sauce was just okay but had a good bit of cheese. Not NY style in any way but still pretty good. If in Smugg's again would probalby pick up a pie to go and a meatball sandwich. and with 2 soda's the bill was only 20.00! they also have homemade cheesecake and canolli's for cheap but we were too full to try them. They do only have a few small tables inside and you order at the counter. they do bring it to you but not full wait service. But still good. read more
