The staff was super friendly and helped me use a coupon to score a discount on my purchases. I also really liked that this store had lots of places to sit down and try on your shoes. Sometimes, I've felt at DSW that there were so many people that it was hard to have some personal space while you shop. The clearance section here had a great selection, but the discounts didn't feel particularly strong. All in all, I had a good experience shopping here and would definitely come back.

I said hello do you have a women's size 9.5 wide in stock, he immediately (one second) replied no. I was surprised how quickly he responded and asked him how he knew there were no size 9.5 wide in stock, he grunted "I looked at the wall." I asked if there was a manager then the next thing I know another male gets on the line. This guy didn't identify himself. I asked him for his name, he refused, I asked again he refused saying he was not going to give me his name. Nor would he confirm his position. Then I asked him for his supervisor, same refusal, then I asked for the corporate number. He said, do you have a receipt? I said receipt? (apparently, the receipt has a customer service number on it). I said no, I hadn't even made a purchase yet. He reluctantly gave me 888 777-3949. I told him the experience was a terrible customer interaction and that they failed miserably. I made a complaint to Marie in CS...not expect anything to come of it. So, yeah that was my big warm & fuzzy interaction with employees of Finish Line located at the Florence Mall in Florence Kentucky. He immediately started asking questions about our dad to determine what he might like for the holiday. The shorts themselves were on sale for $75 so I was happy with that price but couldn't afford to get a shirt too. I ask if the delays are occurring, please keep customers in the loop every 2-4 days or weekly if the delays are extensive. The weather is unpredictable but giving proper notice via text and email definitely would've kept my frustrations minimum but provide the customer the opportunity to have alternative wardrobe choices ESPECIALLY during our Football season.
