The sales associate told me it was a "last act" item and refused to do anything. I asked where it says no return or exchange, she showed me a small abbreviation that being very small that I couldn't see it . When I purchased it nothing was said about "last act" the rack they were on didn't say sales are final. It's not about the amount of the item, it's about retailers secretly screwing the public. I wonder how many more consumers are being duped by Macy's. Maybe we can stand together and make them stop defrauding the public . Pictures will show my point.
