This review is based on my personal experience and is not to slander this businesses name but to warn with the biggest red flag possible. Please think twice, three, four times before getting involved with this car dealership. I was so excited to buy my first car and only had a grand cash to spend. I did not care about what the car looked like but cared it if ran and drove. I made that statement very clear. I said I prefer an SUV type of car and was told no worries to come in and they had a car just for me. Well, I didn't bring my dad with me because I didn't want him to feel obligated to help. So in turn, the car when I took it for a test drive wouldn't start from the get go. I was told it needed a new battery but they had already put one in. So they replaced it and then I took it for a drive. It was a little shaky but they PROMISED the car ran and drove. They also stated their mechanic didn't get a chance to look at it when they got it so I would have to come in later (after lemon law) to see him. Ironically I was supposed to be the one to pay for repairs, well correct me if I'm wrong, any car dealership who resells a car makes sure it runs AND drives before selling it. I mean why the hell would anyone buy a car that didn't run and drive right? My point exactly. So they had to finance the rest and I had only two payments to make on the car. The day I drove off the lot it dies MID DRIVE on the FREEWAY out of all places. And when I call to mention that they said "well you didn't need it to commute or for work, so don't drive it till you see OUR mechanic. I said what? That's in like 4 days. So I spend a grand on a down payment and can't drive the car until I see their mechanic. So I take it to a trusted mechanic off Everett mall way next to Mc Donald's and after 10 minutes of doing a check up they come back and say they cannot work on the car. I question their statement and ask for a summary of what they found and why they couldn't work on the car and then they say they just don't want to get involved. And they don't. Hmmm that was another huge red flag. So the car continues to die while driving in the most inconvenient places and eventually I'm not able to start it again off the highway and it gets towed when I call for a ride to my parents to see what can be done. Mind you the car is already over 40 miles away from me. The car ends up gone and I write the guy who's number I found on google and he accused me of making false accusations and yada yada an then messages me that after I make a first payment I can come pick up my plates and title to a car I don't have I said are you kidding me?? Anyways over a week and $860.00 later I am able to get car out of tow yard at the owners grace. The dealership told me to stop contacting them and they had text messages to show I was a liar and all that great stuff that scam artists do. Okay so rule number # this is for the ladies, ALWAYS bring your father or male figure who can smell bullshit from a mile away, # 2 NEVER go here for your first, second or any car. And Lastly please do not let these criminals take your money and do NOT be manipulated by their tactics. I was able to catch on and see right through. It's horrible enough my spirits were shot down and now I have an un-drivable car sitting at my family's house so it doesn't get towed anymore. I lost a grand I could have spent on another pos that ran AND drove. The dealership hasn't had any contact with me after I told them the car had gotten towed! I cried for days regretfully and contacted our attorney to start an investigation. They will sell you a lemon and refuse to admit fault. I could have and almost got hit by a few cars due this dealerships negligence and lack of care. Yes this is the fault of the dealership. Not I, not the cars. Be careful and stay far away. I had been having a horrible week. I needed a vehicle, my son and I walked on to the lot. I was there to check out a vehicle that I saw on their Craigslist specials. The one that I was looking for had been sold that morning. Jesse the salesman, spotted us looking and came right out. He asked "how's it going? " I said it's okay. He asked me what I was looking for. I told him that I needed something that would work for me and my family. He then called Danny, who got on the phone with me through out three different choices for the price that I could work with. I should also mention that I have worked with the lot on two other occasions. I bought a chevrolet astro and a VW golf, getting very good deals on them both. I bought a used '92 Lexus SC400 from them for $2500. It runs like a dream. However, life happened and I was unable to make my first 2 payments. Every day I would look out and see that it was still there! They did not re-posess it! I stopped in today to talk to them about it and William was so understanding, he asked if I could put something toward it and I gave him $100. Damn great place did a trade in for a truck that I knew had some tires that's been on the road for awhile they are straight forward honest and know what there customers perspective are.... They did not rush me into higher grade vehicles or aggressively push sales they put there shoes in our shoes.... Love it very patriotic there.. These are two great men to work with. I came in with a horrible car that someone had just smashed the rear window out of with little money to put down and bad credit. I was looking for a good low cost commuter car, for under $5,000 I didn't expect many options, but they had lots to choose from and Dan the salesman was really helpful. It's a cheap used car-so I definitely make sure to change my oil and keep on top of maintenance.
