Thankful for Tina and Rene in keeping me up to date throughout this whole process. After waiting a few weeks for my car part to arrive, it only took 1 day to fix my car and have it ready for pickup. Would 100% recommend ACC. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service and care at American Collision Center. My Insurance company referred them to me because they specialize in Teslas, and believe me they do. Michael was kind, professional, and helpful in making sure I wasn't inconvenience anymore than I already had been from the accident. He worked with insurance company and even helped set up a rental. They picked me up from the shop and I was on my way. 13 days later , ahead of schedule , I picked up my car and it looked perfect. Like it never even happened. Correction: it was even better because Michael had the car washed before I got it back! If you are referred to this company, know that you're in good hands and you will be taken care of. read more

Hands down one of the BEST body shop experiences I've ever had. I brought my car to American Collision Centers after an accident and was honestly stressed about the whole process -- but the second I walked in, they put my mind at ease. From day one, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely communicative. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. I never once felt left in the dark, which is rare when dealing with body shops. Now let's talk about the work... ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. My car came back looking better than before the accident -- no exaggeration. The paint match is perfect, the body lines are flawless, and the attention to detail is next level. You would never know the car was ever damaged. They treated my vehicle like it was their own, and that alone says a lot. On top of that, the turnaround time was very reasonable, and everything was completed exactly when they said it would be. No delays, no excuses -- just solid, honest work. Customer service was top-tier the entire time, and that's something you don't see often anymore. If you're debating where to take your car, stop looking and bring it here. American Collision Centers is the real deal -- quality work, honest people, and outstanding service. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and will 100% be coming back if I ever need body work again. read more

What a wonderful experience at American collision center in Northridge. From their elite and responsive customer service to quality precise work. I had taken my wife's bmw that had been rear ended bad, in a fast short period of time, American collision slammed dunk the whole process with the other persons insurance company and process of fixing the vehicle. Ownership at American collision definitely takes pride in their customers and work. I took my Cadillac for some dings and bangs and they made it look brand new. I would like to say out of all my collision centers I've worked with in the past, American was definitely the best in every way. Thank you everyone at American collision with your electric work and customer service! read more

I had a hit-and-run a few weeks ago and, after working with my insurance, I needed to find a body shop to repair the damages. I first went to another shop, but after going back and forth multiple times, they told me it would take two weeks to order the parts and fix my car. Then I came to this location and spoke with David. Even though I arrived around 5 p.m. (right at closing time), he and his team stayed to help me with the paperwork, estimates, and everything I needed. David told me it would take three days to get my car ready. I dropped it off Friday afternoon, and by Sunday morning he called to let me know it was finished! I wasn't able to pick it up until Monday, but the quick turnaround was impressive. On top of that, they went above and beyond by fixing small paint dings here and there and even replacing my steering wheel for free (twice!). This is truly a fantastic body shop. The entire team was extremely professional, honest, and helpful. They did far more than they promised, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommended! read more

My wife purchased a new Tesla (Launch) and needed some work done on her 2020 Y before being handing off to our son. American was awesome from the moment she arrived and the work was promised and completed in 4 days. Its looks awesome and the pricing was frankly better than other shops she spoke to. We will look no further and suggest that you don't!! read more

Absolutely the best experience ever. They turned my badly damaged 911 turbo into my dream car once again. My fear was it would never be the same after my accident but now it's better than before thanks to their careful attention to detail. David and all the people that worked on my car took their time to get everything just right. To say I recommend them is an understatement. I feel so fortunate to have been recommended to them by my mechanic. Insurance paid for everything smoothly and appropriately. Thanks again guys! read more

American Collision Centers - After my first drive coming home from their shop. The car feels and looks better than ever - Body Shops Near Me - Northridge, California

Update-- Since my first review five years ago, I have continued bringing our other cars, including Mercedes and Lexus, to this center for bodywork. Each time, they have delivered excellent results, restoring our vehicles to perfection. Most recently, they repaired the front right bumper of our brand-new Lexus. In less than a day, they not only fixed the damage but also painted the area flawlessly--making it look as if nothing had ever happened. Paul, the owner, known for his technical expertise and outstanding customer service, generously didn't charge me. This level of craftsmanship and kindness is rare and truly appreciated. Once again, I wholeheartedly recommend this center to anyone seeking top-quality work and exceptional service. Two thumbs up--way up! Highly recommended! read more

I have got a great experience with them since 2019. They are very caring and supportive. Repaired my car very quickly and at a very high quality at a reasonable price. The bad news is that I wanted to paint my Highlander last year but they told me that they only repair tesla, regarding its hot crash market.!!! read more

I've been very fortunate in my 20+ years of driving to have very few accidents or incidents with damage to my vehicles. One day, my Tesla was parked at a parking meter on a major street. Some jerk pulled out of the parking lot right behind it and misjudged the distance he needed to turn, striking the driver-side rear quarter panel of my car. Fortunately, I got his insurance information and thanks to my Tesla's 4 dashcams, the whole event was caught on video. Never having been in this position before, of being a victim of a collision, I didn't know where to start. I went to Tesla's website and looked for their approved body shops near me. I called up American Collision Center, made an appointment and they welcomed me in. Their lot was full of Teslas with much worse damage than mine, so I was hopeful they would even take in my relatively minor body damage issue. Let me tell you how these people made it so easy for me. They dealt with the at-fault parties insurance company, negotiating extensively with them, they loaned me a Tesla to use while they were fixing mine, and they even buffed out a scratch that was unrelated to my accident damage. They returned my vehicle to me cleaned and waxed, and it looked as good as the day I took delivery when it was new. Karo and Tina get all the stars in the world for updating me regularly and returning my Tesla to me like it was brand new. And did I mention the lifetime warranty on the work that they did?! Don't take your Tesla anywhere else. These people will take the best care of you! read more

I have been told that Tesla repairs usually take around a minimum of two months, so when the American Collision Center told me it would take less than two weeks, I was shocked. They mentioned that they had all the items in stock and would be able to work on my car as soon as I dropped it off. Although many Teslas were waiting to be repaired in the lot, my car took precisely 13 days to complete. They updated me when the bodywork was finished with the car and sent me updated photos when I asked. They truly made me feel like my car was in great hands. Once I picked up the car, everything looked perfect. The interior of the car was also immaculate. They left no mess and returned my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would HIGHLY recommend choosing this body shop! read more

I'm also leaving this same review on Google, because this shop deserves it. This is the second time (unfortunately) I've had to bring a car to this shop. Not because of the shop, but because having to bring your car to any body shop is unfortunate. My first Tesla ended up being totaled... thankfully. Because it was in 2021 and the used car market was completely dry of inventory and my 2021 Model Y with about 10k miles got me $72,000 from the insurance company for "fair market value". Not an exaggeration whatsoever. Fast forward to 2024, within the span of 1 month, my 2022 Model Y Performance was hit from the front right corner in a small traffic accident, and also my back left door was hit by my neighbor, completely bending it the way it's not supposed to go. I have Tesla insurance and had 2 claims filed with them for each incident. I took my car back to American Collision, and the same nice lady at the front desk helped me (Tina I think is her name). Quick, easy, and pleasant. They are very professional and organized, with that kind of family owned vibe. David was in charge of my car and he was nice and told me it shouldn't take too long to get it fixed up. My car was repaired by them pretty quickly, maybe a little more than a week, and then we had to wait for Tesla Insurance to send out the checks for each claim. Once I received the check in the mail, it was a Friday about 4oclock and they close at 5, but I called David and he told me I could come by in the morning (on Saturday) and he would be there for a few hours and I can pick it up. I met him there early in the morning, he took care of the checks and paperwork at Tina's desk, I signed off on it, really quick, less than 5 minutes. I checked my car out, absolutely incredible job. Perfection. You cannot tell anything happened to it at all. It's as good as new again. I had forgot my backpack in the lobby but David ran out and gave it to me before I drove off. Thanks David, Tina, and American Collision. I hope I never see you again (but if I have to, I'm definitely coming back). read more

As someone who hates dealing with all things body shop repair, American Collision Center made everything so easy for me. From the first time I called and spoke to Tina at the front desk to picking my car up completely fixed (and washed!), I can't recommend this place enough! Karo took care of me & my car when I arrived. He provided great, honest service and delivered on his word when he said it would be ready the next day. Michael was great too when I picked up my car. I hope I don't need to go back, but if I do, I know I'm in the best hands possible. read more

I have a Tesla and I've taken my cars here 2-3 times. Not only are they a Tesla certified shop, their work is very good. The owner and staff are amazing and they make sure they get the service done right and detailing my car to ensure it's clean was a great touch. My car is like new and you would not be able to tell it was in a loss and the work was done fast. This is the only body shop I'd trust my Tesla with right now in the valley. Hopefully I don't get into anymore accidents, but I am happy I have a shop I can trust. read more

Karo and the rest of the team at American Collision Center were amazing. They were very thorough and updated me throughout the process of the repair. And despite how busy they were when I dropped the car off they were still able to get it done in less than 2 weeks and they did such an amazing job with the repair. I can truly vouch for ACC, & recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Tesla Certified Body Shop. read more

Everything was exceptional. The front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. Truly a great experience. I was referred to American Collision Center by my insurance company to repair my Tesla Model Y. An appointment was made and when I arrived I was greeted by Michael...very professional and super nice guy! He examined my vehicle and informed me that it would be one week for the repairs. One week later and my car was ready for pickup. The repaired area looked amazing! Thank you to the entire team a job well done. It's a pleasure to work with a company that honors their commitments and takes pride in their work! read more

Took my Tesla to ACC for repair after a rear end accident while driving in Los Angeles (out of state driver). Tina, Paul, and his father were great to deal with though on my initial interaction. The overall experience left a lot to be desired though, but I get that all these shops are hit or miss. Communication could've been better throughout the process. I'd classify the final outcome of the work to lean more towards mediocre than OK. Many areas missed or skipped over, but to be quite frank I just got tired of dealing with them and just needed the car to get back home. Almost 1 month is excessive for a 3-4 day job as well. Would I recommend this shop? No. And it's unfortunate that I have to give this negative review. I think you're better off trying a different place. Good luck. read more

My Model Y looked like it went through a warzone -- badly scrapped doors, mirror, and tire. I was dreading the whole repair process, but American Collision Center put my worries to rest. I called for an estimate on a Friday and by Wednesday, 5 days later, I had it back looking brand new. Other shops'd take a month but American Collision keeps the parts on hand so they can get right on it. They even had a loaner Model Y I could use. Their quote beat others. They accept credit cards. The only negative was I live 25 miles away from Northridge but it was well worth the drive. I only give it a 5 star because I can't give it 10. Kudos to Tina, Dave, Paul and everyone at ACC for a great experience. If you're looking for a collision center that prioritizes customer service, gets the job done fast, and delivers top-notch repairs, look no further than American Collision Center. This place is seriously awesome. As a woman, it is a rarity for me to have a good experience with car based places. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. I never once felt uncomfortable. Every single person who worked here was so kind and lovely. All they wanted to do was help and make some nice conversation. It took a while to get the parts in for my Tesla but they only kept my car for 5 days to fix it and it looked good as new afterwards! There were some minor scratches I noticed on the back that were not there previously. I pointed them out to the owner and they took it back and fixed it. So wonderful! I really appreciate the people at this place and would very highly recommend it. Also, they completely cleaned the interior and exterior of the car before returning it to me! Amazing. read more
