    I can't say enough good things about the experience I had today with the enterprise Rent-A-Car staff in Granada Hills I am currently renting a vehicle while my car is being repaired. I received a call from the dealership explained that would be receiving a call from Enterprise this morning regarding my reservation for a rental. Almost within five minutes I received a call from a lovely woman named Diana, who assured me that everything was taken care of and wanted to know when would it be convenient for me to pick up the vehicle. I thanked Diana and explained I was at work on the Westside of LA and she made my reservation for 3 PM today. As turns out, I was running late and I called in advance to let them know that I was running late and I spoke to a gentleman named Adrian and he tokd me as long as I got there before 5:30pm. There would be no problem with my reservation. When I arrived, the location seem very minimal and clean and bright. And I was greeted immediately by a gentleman name Miguel who was able to assist me right away I gave him my name and he pulled that my reservation. He asked for my ID and my insurance card, which I presented to him, I also gave him my credit card for the deposit. Five minutes I was already outside being assisted by Imran, who was showing me my vehicle that I would be taking home with me. The vehicle inspection, insurance and all the fine print was explained to me, I literally signed a tablet and I was on my way. This was a very seamless very efficient transaction and considering everything that I have been dealing with my car repairs, etc. this was a very enjoyable experience and I wish every car rental place operated this way. Thank you to all the staff at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Granada Hills location for making this process stress-free and painless for me to get back on the road.

    Great location! The staff here are very friendly and attentive. They do their best to ensure quality customer service. I am very pleased and satisfied using this location. The manager does his best to ensure customer needs are meet. The staff are exceptional. Shot out to the staff and management team! You guys are doing a great job. Thank you for your hard work.

    I travel twice a month for work and only rent vehicles from Enterprise because of their customer service.  10-2-2023@10:45 am.

I had to settle for a compact truck. Once I got to the lot I see 5 full size suv's. Don't have a vehicle reserved 4 months in advance to tell the customer you don't have what they reserved. I rather pay the $20 more total for rental and rent at enterprise or alamo.

Just after 1 hour of driving 1 tire was flat, the other losing air, neither were taking air and it was impossible to use the spare as the tires were frozen on. The vehicle was not safe to operate. Husband and minor child were left stranded in 20 degree weather. After numerous attempts to obtain roadside assistance from hertz/dollar over the course of 24 hours waiting for a tow which never came, we incurred over $800 of out of pocket expenses to tow the vehicle back to the airport and arrange for alternative transportation at a premium. After 3 months of attempting to speak with customer service - I am offered a voucher of $50 so I can rent from them again. Do not ever rent from them - luckily no one got injured.

I tried to use this company for the first time because I needed a long term rental and I was trying to save a few dollars. I filled out their reservation form and gave them a call. They were suppose to come to my house by 9:30am the next day and bring me the car. I waited two hours and they never came!! I had to take a cab to work while being extremely late to my new job. I called them to ask why they didn't show up and their excuse was that my reservation form was incomplete, although it was not. But the fact was, they received it and I spoke to them on the phone so there is no reason they should have not been there when they said they would be. To make up for it, Sam told me they would bring the car to me that night at 8pm. Sam and another woman showed up. He brought the rental car while the woman was in a separate car. My husband and I went outside. I provided all the documents they requested. My husband asked a total of 2 questions: 1) what year is the car? and 2) Is Penny's a corporation or privately owned? For some reason, this question pissed Sam off so much, he said, "Forget it! Get in the car! you are not renting a car from us!! Too many questions!!" He was a complete jerk! Completely unprofessional! A customer that is using a company for the first time and providing their credit card information and paying hundred's of dollars can ask as many questions as they want. This company is a fraud! They do not know the first thing about customer service! They are horrible! You do not treat your customers that way, especially when you didn't show up the first time when you were suppose to! The customers are the ones that keep a company in business! Business 101!! They act like they are doing you a favor by bring you the car, as they say "free of charge". BTW....Enterprise also picks you up free of charge and they won't get upset if you ask a few questions! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE! The company replied back with lies! What a shame that they cannot notice when the mess up and just apologize instead of always blaming the customers!
