My husband and I went outside. I provided all the documents they requested. My husband asked a total of 2 questions: 1) what year is the car? and 2) Is Penny's a corporation or privately owned? For some reason, this question pissed Sam off so much, he said, "Forget it! Get in the car! you are not renting a car from us!! Too many questions!!" He was a complete jerk! Completely unprofessional! A customer that is using a company for the first time and providing their credit card information and paying hundred's of dollars can ask as many questions as they want. This company is a fraud! They do not know the first thing about customer service! They are horrible! You do not treat your customers that way, especially when you didn't show up the first time when you were suppose to! The customers are the ones that keep a company in business! Business 101!!
