I love this place. When Hertz and budget and enterprise tell me that they're all sold out, Midway always has a car for me at a great rate.

Excellent service, especially from Paul! Made it quick, easy, and painless to get in a rental car.

Exceptional Service -- Above and Beyond!…read more I had an outstanding experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 8230 Sepulveda Blvd, Panorama City, CA. I needed a last-minute reservation, and Sal (the rental manager) and Fatima (the associate) were absolutely amazing -- professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. They worked quickly to get me taken care of, even though the office was extremely busy. What really stood out was how accommodating and patient they were when I returned my rental on December 24th. Despite the holiday rush, they made the drop-off process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they even provided me a ride to the body shop I needed to get to, which was incredibly helpful and truly above and beyond. I would definitely come back to this location to rent again. Thank you to the entire Enterprise team -- you've been doing a great job. Wishing you all happy holidays!

I returned my rental at 2:15 PM on Friday and personally handed the keys to the manager, Jenna, and an employee named Joe. Both looked me in the eye and promised they would "take care of" the check-in and send a receipt. They lied. They never entered the car into the system and refused to provide a receipt on the spot, claiming "minimized contact" protocols. I have been calling this office since 3:00 PM (it is now 6:45 PM) trying to get my documentation. I spent over an hour on hold only for them to wait until the office closed, pick up the phone, and immediately hang up. To make matters worse, Jenna attempted to falsely claim I damaged the vehicle damage that was present when I received it. It is clear they are stalling until Monday so they can bill me for the entire weekend while the car sits on their lot un-scanned or it's stolen , who knows I have already filed an official LAPD police report for the missing/unaccounted-for vehicle and have timestamped photos and videos of the car and the employees at the time of return. I will be filing a formal corporate complaint and pursuing every legal avenue to hold Jenna and Joe accountable for this disgusting service and attempted fraud. Update : after searching other reviews, there is no mention of Jenna or Joe, I double checked, and this is the exact location, so they gave me fake names, thank God I took a photo of her despite her requesting that I don't take any pictures. She claimed to be the manager at this location.

What could they improve ? Pretty much everything !!!!…read more I should have known better then to go back to this location , being that employees are always rotating & or disappearing i figured I'd take my chances & hope & pray for decent customer service !!! Also the collision place i was using for my carrier was conveniently located very close . They had told me they had plenty of vehicles to choose from & that the insurance Co. who was covering the rent car had entered the necessary info into the system . When i arrived there to choose a car , all i was being offered where cars way below the value of what was stated i was allowed which was $100 a day vehicle , since there had been i complete misunderstanding and bad communication between enterprise and the insurance which i was not aware of , they could have explained that to me and we could have figured things out but instead they were very disrespectful and not nice or professional or attempting to explain things to me so everyone could work out. The entire scenario escalated into a very unpleasant encounter and sadly it was pretty shocking to say the least . last time i rented from them i was $6,000 out of pocket after they told me everything was covered by insurance , & again i should have not gone back there , as i stayed sitting in the waiting area hoping to resolve things they decided since they heard me on the phone & thought i was being too loud , i was told they won't rent to me & once & ended up 1/2 hour away in Thousand Oaks where there was a real sense of pride & professionalism which was not existent @ this location , & if everything wasn't bad enough with this location , they had the audacity to say completely mean spirited things & complete untruths about my character to the employees @ the Thousand Oaks location , anyone reading this be aware that if you aren't being treated with respect , it's not you , it's how they are & some how they are getting away with there very bad ,mean behavior ! There has to be some accountability , idk but this is just not OK !!!

Note: This review is specifically for the Budget Truck Rental service located at the Avis building…read morein Van Nuys, CA (the two share a location). I booked my Budget truck the night before, and first thing in the morning, I got a call from Kurt. He was honest--he didn't have a truck on-site yet but told me he was working on it and would keep me updated. The truck ended up arriving about an hour late, but honestly, I didn't even care. His communication was clear, and his energy made all the difference. I also asked if he knew any movers or someone who could help me get the truck to my storage unit. He casually gave me a few solid recommendations, and one of them worked out perfectly (I'll leave them a separate review). But here's the thing--this wasn't just a truck rental. I walked into that office thinking I was fine, just going through the motions of a move after a breakup. But something about that interaction... it hit me. I ended up opening up to Kurt about my year in LA, how I packed up my life to travel with my partner, and came back almost five months later--alone and heartbroken. Saying it out loud made everything feel real, and I started to cry. Kurt didn't flinch. He didn't have tissues, so he handed me a microfiber towel from a clean pack. I still have it. That small, kind gesture meant the world. He was present, kind, and just so human. We bonded over travel stories, and it reminded me that there are still good people out there who genuinely care. As for the rental itself: Budget ended up being more affordable than U-Haul for my one-way move from LA to Vegas. I also appreciated having three full days with the truck included in the price--U-Haul charges extra for that. Heads-up: if you don't refill the gas tank to the original level, they'll charge $10 per gallon, so be sure to top it off yourself. One hiccup: the check engine light was on. My dad, who's experienced with trucks, was concerned. Kurt explained it had to do with a stolen catalytic converter triggering the light and that the truck was still okay to drive. My dad said it struggled a bit going uphill, but we made it safely--and that's what matters. When we dropped off the truck in Vegas, Alvin at the return location was also super friendly and helpful. We showed him a photo of the fuel level from pickup (it wasn't quite full), and instead of being rigid, he worked with us and waived any issue. That kind of trust goes a long way. All in all, what could have been a stressful and emotional day ended up feeling light and supported. Kurt made a real difference, and I'm so grateful I crossed paths with him.
